The aim is to analyze a performance evaluation of local governmental public hospitals. Data were collected from public disclosure system DB of National Tax Service on 15 July 2013. Twenty-two income statements of local governmental public hospitals were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis. The analyzing factors were medical operating profit, contribution margin, and trend of operating profit. The important result was that the medical operating profit was negative, average medical operating profit was -4,678.9 million won. However, the contribution margin was positive in all local governmental public hospitals, and average contribution margin was 12,572.5 million won. The trend of operating profit was positive in 15 local governmental public hospitals between 2011 and 2012. The average increased operating profit was 1,299.1 million won. Through this result, we suggest that not only individual public health hospital perspective, but also the enterprise wide perspective like nation was significantly considered to make decision of closure or maintain of local governmental public hospitals.

This Study Examines the Relationships Among Participation Motivation for Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Using Social Media, Organization-public Relationship between Companies Conducting CSR and Participants, and Companies' Brand Loyalty. Using Questionnaire Data, Confirmatory Factor Analyses were used to Figure out Participation Motivation Factors Including Empathy and Interest. The Confirmatory Factor Analyses Also Derived Organization-public Relationship Factors Including Trust, Commitment, Control Mutuality, and Intimacy Created between Companies Conducting CSR and Participants. The Proposed Research Model was Tested through Structural Equation Modeling. The Results Showed that the Empathy Factor Positively Affects all the Organization-public Relationship Factors, and the Interest Factor Positively Affects trust and Commitment Factors. The Trust Factor Positively Influences other Organization-public Relationship Factors Including Commitment, Control Mutuality, and Intimacy. The results also Showed that each one of the Organization-public Relationship Factors Improves the Companies' Brand Loyalty.

The purpose of this case study is to verify the usefulness of three costing models and a minimum profit management model that can support the logistics warehouse companies in the Busan Newport Distri-park. This case study investigated traditional costing, activity-based costing (ABC), and time-driven ABC (TDABC); and suggested that an appropriate minimum profit management model is contribution margin analysis. Accordingly, in order to verify the usefulness of models, this case study surveyed the actual cost management conditions of companies, applied the three costing models to the "K" warehouse company in the Busan Newport Distri-park, and undertook a comparative study of the results. This case study produced two main findings. First, TDABC was verified as the most useful and advanced of the three costing models tested. Second, contribution margin analysis was confirmed to be the most suitable model to manage minimum profits for port warehouse companies in the Busan Newport Distri-park.

Research on social hierarchy is a growing research topic in the studies of management and organization. Despite the abundance of studies demonstrating the relevance of social hierarchy in teams, little understanding exists for status disagreement among team members, specifically how status disagreement reduces team members' contributions to influence team performance. This conceptual study argues that team status disagreement negatively impacts team performance through reduced team member's knowledge contribution, including reduced team knowledge sharing and increased knowledge hiding. In addition, we propose that team skill differentiation aggravates the negative effect of status disagreement, such that when team skill differentiation is high, teams under high status disagreement are more likely to experience detracted team performance. This research mainly discusses status disagreement and its effect on team knowledge contributions by reviewing previous literature and developing several propositions, suggests theoretical contributions and practical implications, and presents an agenda for future research.

Korean hospice care has been greatly developed in a short period of time, thanks to help of foreign specialists and aids from developed countries. With enormous growth in economy, Korea which once received foreign aids now give help to other countries. It is the time for the Korean hospice society to consider ways to make an international contribution. That way, Korea could help terminal patients both in Korea and neighboring countries overcome sufferings, maintain their dignity as human beings until the end of their lives and have a comfortable moment of death. Thus, we need to think about ways to contribute to the international hospice society and make related plans.

In order to celebrate the sixtieth anniversary of the Korean Geographical Society, this paper briefly reviews the development of Korean Geography and its contribution to society. There is no doubt that Korean Geography has become a major subject as a professional Held of study and developed diverse sub-fields. At the same time, individual scholars have positively engaged in advising government on policy making issues, and a trend has developed whereby many scholars tend to find work in major research institutions rather than in universities. These scholars are also contributing to society through professional publications and by their involvement in national/international geographical manors. For the next generation, it is imperative that geographers in Korea meet the national demands of the subject as a professional field and continue to promote the practical necessity of geography together with its identity within the academic circles.

지금까지 필기 변이를 완화하기 위한 다양한 비선형 정규화 방법들이 제안되었으며 실제 인식 시스템에서 상당한 인식률 개선 효과를 나타내었다. 그러나, 필기 한글 인식에 있어서는 필기 변이 외에도 문자간의 높은 유사도로 인해 높은 인식률을 얻는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 한글과 같이 문자간 유사도가 높은 언어를 효과적으로 인식하기 위해서는 필기 변이를 흡수하는 것뿐 아니라, 유사 문자간의 차이를 정확히 찾아내어 그 차이점을 부각시키는 것이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 유사 문자간의 차이점을 부각시킬 수 있는 비선형 정규화 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 비선형 정규화 방법들이 영상의 지역적 복잡도를 균일화 함으로써 정규화를 수행했던 것에 반해, 제안하는 방법에서는 유사 문자쌍의 구분에 있어 지역적 공헌도에 기반하여 영상을 정규화한다. 즉, 유사 문자쌍 구분에 공헌도가 높은 지역은 확대하고 그렇지 않은 지역은 축소한다. 그 결과, 문자간에 서로 상이한 지역을 강조 함으로써 유사 문자쌍에 대한 구분력을 높인다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법으로 정규화된 영상에서는 유사 문자쌍의 차이점이 확대되었으며, 문자쌍의 구분 성능 또한 향상되었다.

Nowadays, social responsibility activities's influence on company's production activity is expanding and corporate social responsibility as sustainability is mandatory. Unlike the past that few companies did social responsibility activity, it is hard to find differences in present that lots of companies are doing social responsibility activity. This research divides social group and corporate group according to the consumer's recognition about company's social responsibility activity and affect-relation of consumer's recognition is confirmed based on the level of authenticity when company does social responsibility activity. As a result, this research states that company's social responsibility activity will make conclusive responsibility on increasing consumer's trust on the company by letting consumers recognize that company's social responsibility activity whiling achieving its seeking goal is not for company's profit, but is sincere action toward social, which means it is the responsibility activity including authenticity.
