In recent years, most domestic colleges of engineering are continuously trying to enhance the quality of education in engineering so as to meet the international requirement of education standards of this era. In consequence, the colleges are willing to acquire the accreditation of education by the ABEEK (Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea) so that they can find the right way for the education of engineering and establish concrete educational programs in engineering. In this contribution, we exemplify a case of the College of Engineering in Mokwon University to survey and analyze the current state of education in engineering. We adopt the AS-IS and TO-BE analysis model to assess the system and try to figure out the right way for custom-designed education. The analysis helps understanding of the current situation of local private universities and consequently be used as important data for acquiring the engineering accreditation for global standard.

We propose to analyze a weakness of quantum key distribution and quantum authentication which use entangled state were proposed by Bao-sen Shi(2001) and to improve the security of the protocol. The existing protocol had a weakness against an impersonation attack of an eavesdropper, because of a only process which authenticated a third party(Center) by users. In this paper, we propose improving the security of the protocol that authenticates users by a third party using check mode which applies CHSH inequality.

무선 통신에서는 무선 통신의 브로드캐스트한 특성으로 데이터의 기밀성 유지를 위한 암호화가 매우 중요하다. 특히 무선 센서 네트워크(WSN - Wireless Sensor Network)의 경우 일반적인 PC와는 다르게 다양한 환경에 위치할 수 있어 공격자에게 더 쉽게 노출 될 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이런 환경에서 미리 저장된 해쉬 함수나 비밀 값에 의존한 키 분배를 할 경우 저장된 값이 노출될 경우 심각한 문제를 초래하게 된다. 그리고 D-H 키 분배 알고리즘의 경우 키 값을 안전하게 도출을 할 수 있지만 키를 도출한 대상에 대한 인증의 부재와 멀티 홉 환경에서 중간자 공격에 취약한 문제점을 드러내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제를 해결하기위해 기존 연구를 응용하여 멀티 홉 환경에서 무선 통신의 특성을 이용한 비밀값 공유와 제 3의 노드를 이용한 간단한 인증이 가능한 기법을 제안한다.

Ad-Hoc 네트워크는 임의 디바이스들이 무선 통신을 통해서 임의 네트워크 망을 구성하여 통신 서비스를 제공받는 것을 말한다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 언제 어디서나 통신을 하기 위해서는 이동성과 자유로운 네트워크의 조인 및 탈퇴가 이루어져야 한다. 또한 통신에서 제 3자의 위장이나 정보의 도청 그리고 안전성을 제공하기 위해서 암호화 통신이 필수적으로 요구된다. 특히 Ad-Hoc 네트워크의 디바이스간의 라우팅 구성이 유동적이라서 구성하는 디바이스간의 인증 및 키 생성과정이 필요하며, 라우팅에 대한 보안 기술의 연구는 국내/외에서 진행되어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 안전한 라우팅 방안에 대하여 알아보고 디바이스 인증 및 키 설립을 제공하는 방식에 대하여 제안한다. 본 방식은 세션키를 설립을 위해서 키 생성 및 아이디를 기반으로 한 인증 방안을 이용한다. 그로 인해 인증서를 이용하거나 디바이스간의 인증 정보 및 상호 공유된 비밀 정보가 필요하지 않는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 방식을 이용하므로 임의 네트워크에 조인하더라도 보안 기술을 제공할 수 있는 방안이다. 본 연구를 이용하므로 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 안전한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기술로 활용할 수 있다.

Engineering education accreditation addresses evaluation for program outcomes according to educational objectives and assessment process, which students are expected to obtain by the time of graduation in order to train international competitive engineers with continuous quality improvement in engineering programs. This paper shows a case study of a program outcomes assessment system including performance criteria, evaluation process, document system and continuous quality improvement process and an achievement evaluation by the assessment system for program outcomes in Information Security Program of Hoseo university.

2022년 1월 「중대재해처벌법」시행 후 기업에서 경영책임자로써의 안전보건확보 의무에 대한 책임이 강화되어 건설산업에서는 안전보건관리체계를 구축하고 이행 확인 활동을 통하여 중대산업재해예방에 노력하고 있다. 동법 시행령 제4조 제9호에서 요구하는 안전보건 역량을 평가하여 업체를 선정할 수 있는 기준과 절차 즉'적격수급업체 선정체계'가 중대산업재해 예방에 핵심과제라 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 안전보건수준을 평가할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이에 건설업에서 민간기업 스스로 적격수급업체 선정을 위한 안전보건수준평가를 운영하고 있으나 전문성과 신뢰성이 부족하다. 또한 민간 건설업체마다 안전보건수준 평가방법이 명확하지 않고 표준화 되어 있지 않아 하수급업체에서는 입찰마다 평가 수검을 받고 있어 효율성이 낮게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구 고찰과 공공기관에서 운영되고 있는 건설업 원도급사에 관한 안전 평가제도 실태조사를 통하여 하수급업체 안전보건수준평가 인증제도의 필요성을 확인하였다. 이에 건설업의 적격수급업체 선정체계 운영이 필요한 표준화된 안전보건수준 인증제도 도입 방안을 제시하기 위함이다.
