금전적 이득을 극대화하기 위해 특정 기업, 기관을 대상으로 하는 공격이 증가하고 있다. 공격에 사용되는 일반적인 악성코드의 특징은 기존 시그니처 탐지 방법으로는 탐지하기 어렵다는 것과 공격자의 C&C 서버와의 통신이 일어난다는 점이다. 기업, 기관을 대상으로 이러한 악성코드를 이용한 공격이 시도된다면 감염된 모든 PC로부터 공통적인 네트워크 접속 기록이 발견될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 특징에 중점을 두고 라이브 포렌식 오픈 소스를 활용하여 엔드포인트의 네트워크 접속 기록을 활용해 공통 행위를 탐지하는 기법을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper a novel power converter for some notches generation in the point of common coupling is described. The magnitude, width, polarity, and position of the notches generated by the proposed scheme can be varied arbitrary with simple control. The scheme has good features of simple structure, high reliability, low cost, high efficiency, and the capability of arbitrary several notches generation. The converter can be used for the test of custom power devices such as UPS, DVR, active power filter, etc. The circuit operation is described and the usefulness of the scheme is verified through simulations.

The matter of the calculation of the mutual access fee has become one of the hottest issues among service providers and attracted concerns from concerned regulatory authorities. It is essential to conclude a rational and systematic procedure for interconnection costs and charge between fixed and mobile networks. In this paper, I proposed the conversion factor scheme between circuit switched voice and packet switched data service in the domestic CDMA mobile system based on analysis of the rational GSM allocation method of common cost.

2005년 세계 경제시장의 화두는 BRICs(브라질, 러시아, 인도, 중국)였다. 많은 인구, 넓은 영토, 풍부한 자원이라는 공통점을 가진 이들 4개국은 포화된 기존 시장의 한계를 대체할 수 있는 신천지로 인식되었다. 한국의 기업들은 BRICs 시장에 발 빠르게 접근했고, 몇몇 기업은 높은 경쟁력을 유지하며 선전하고 있다. 하지만 BRICs 4국 중 러시아 시장에서는 아직까지 한국기업의 활동사항이 미미한 실정이다.

마이크로그리드에서 ESS용 PCS를 모듈화하면 용량의 확장성, 신뢰성 향상 등의 장점을 갖는다. 모듈화 된 인버터는 병렬구조를 갖고 인버터 모듈간의 접속점(PCC)에 공통으로 중요부하를 공유하고 있어 독립운전 시 정확한 부하분담이 요구된다. 또한 독립운전 및 계통연계 모드전환 시 제어기 변동으로 인한 과도상태로 인해 접속점에 연결된 중요부하에 악영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ESS용 PCS로서 모듈화 된 병렬 인버터가 모드전환 시 과도상태가 없는 무순단 절체 기능을 갖는 마스터-슬레이브 제어알고리즘을 제안한다.

The future of communication systems is expected to combine with the terrestrial and satellite networks. A commonality between wireless interfaces is important consideration for cost of user equipment in the integrated satellite and the terrestrial system. Because IMT-Advanced system take into account LTE based on the terrestrial system for the next generation of communication, a study of the LTE-based satellite system is especially required. A frame of the existing terrestrial wireless networks is designed to use for a random access up to the maximum cell radius of 100 km. However, the random access scheme for the terrestrial system cannot be used in the satellite system, because the satellite systems generally have large coverage than the terrestrial system. Therefore, we propose that the efficient random access procedure to reduce latency and complexity for the satellite system maintaining commonality with the terrestrial system in this paper.

This paper intends to comprehend the background and various responses in sites of the university admissions reform in Japan which attracts the huge attention of educators in Korea these days. First of all, in order to grasp the roots of the reform, the historic development of various tests and university admission system was analyzed. Tracing the discussion of the three government committees, the process that the reform proposal was formed was also examined. After reviewing the formation and sample tests of the new university entrance examination and the introduction of the International Baccalaureate to Japanese high schools, several points to be considered in the reform of the university entrance examination system in Korea were suggested.

본 논문은 배전시스템 내의 공통 접속점에 연결된 부하를 2단계로 분석하여 추정된 부하의 구성비를 왜곡전력 품질지수에 적용하는 방안에 관한 연구이다. 제안된 2단계 분석법은 기존의 배전시스템 내 전기부하의 구성비를 한꺼번에 추정하는 방법과 달리, 부하의 전류 파형을 고려해 전기부하를 분류하여 각 단계별로 부하구성비를 칼만 필터를 이용하여 추정한다. 제안된 부하구성비 추정법의 유효성은 분산전원이 포함된 모의배전시스템을 구성하여 검증한다. 또한, 모의 배전시스템 내에서 추정된 부하구성비를 왜곡전력 품질지수에 적용하여 부하들의 전력품질을 진단한다.
