식품의약품안전처(처장 이의경)는 식품용 기구·용기 "포장의 공통기준을 세분화 하는 등의 내용을 담은" 기구 및 용기·포장의 기준 및 규격·고시 개정안을 2월28일 행정예고했다. 이번 개정안의 주요 내용은 ▲공통제조기준의 세분화, ▲합성수지의 재활용기준 명확화, ▲공통규격 및 용도별 규격정비, ▲시험법개선등이다. 다음에 기구 및 용기·포장의 기준 및 규격 일부개정고시(안)의 상세한 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

In this study, the establishment strategies of Military Standardization Information System and Integrated Database(DB) based on standardization information are provided. The establishment strategies introduced here are based on the appliable common(commercial and military) classification of specifications/standards. The common(commercial and military) classification of specifications/standards adapted in this study can be constructed through mapping by 'grouping' between the MS(Military Specification/Standards) and KS(Korean industry Standards) to increase efficiency. In detail, the establishment of Integrated Database(DB) based on standardization information provides the various channel of interactive communication among specifications/standards. Additionally, standardization information systems provide the basis of the integrated specifications/standards converged between the commercial and military sector.

최근 IT를 포함한 모든 산업 및 기술 영역에서는 포준화 활동을 기반으로 하여 융복합화(Convergence) 현상이 두드러지고 있다. 이는 또한 e-Learning 산업 및 기술에서도 큰 화두이다. 현재 e-Learning 표준화에서 시장에서 주도권을 행사하고 있는 것은 ADL의 SCORM 규격이다. 데이터방송 영역에서는, 북미에서 지상파와 케이블 TV간 콘텐츠 호환성 확보를 위해 ATSC와 케이블랩(CableLabs)이 공동 연구 중인 ACAP을 통해서 지상파-케이블 공통 표준화가 진행중이다. 이에 본 논문은 3-Learning 산업 및 기술에서의 융복합화의 일 영역으로 그리고 방송통신융합서비스의 일환으로 인터넷 기반 학습 환경과 TV 기반 학습 환경에서의 학습 콘텐츠 ( 및 코스웨어) 상호운용성에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 인터넷 기반의 e-Learning의 사실상의 표준으로 받아들여지고 있는 SCORM 규격과 DTV 환경 기반의 데이터방송 지상파-케이블 공통 규격인 ACAP간의 상호운용 API 개발을 통하여, SCORM 규격과 ACAP 규격의 상호운용성을 가능하게 하는 학습 콘텐츠 및 T-Learning 운용환경을 연구$\cdot$개발하였다.

Smartphone (smartpad) and cloud computing has grown rapidly. So, the users started getting interested in multi-screen services. However, various OS / platforms due to the increased content development time and cost. Increase the cost of content development for a multi-screen service, it has been an obstacle. To solve this problem in this study, HTML5-based multi-screen service platform standards specification was established. HTML5 is a specification of the next generation of Web standards. Standards specification established by this study were research in terms of the service provider. And, this standards specification can be used independently of the service infrastructure and device. In addition, this standards specification in order to develop a multi-screen services are efficient and easy to use. For verification adequacy of standards specification established in this study, Scenarios technical entries were mapped by standard specification entries.

Medical electrical equipment - Part 1: General requirement for basic safety and essential performance of MFDS was revised as 3th edition and Medical electrical equipment Part 2-54: Particular requirements for the basic safety and essential performance of X-ray equipment will be expected to be announced as notification. Therefore this technical report was written to introduce provision of the particular requirements, replacement, addition, amendment. The purpose of this particular requirements is to secure requirements for basic safety and essential performance of X-ray equipment for radiography and radioscopy. X-ray high voltage generator, mechanical protective device, protection against radiation is included in this particular requirements. Medical electrical equipment - Part 1, Part 1-2, Part 1-3 is applied to this particular requirements. If the requirements is announced as notification, It is expected to widen understanding for basic safety and essential performance of X-ray equipment for radiography and radioscopy and play a part to internationalize of medical equipments.
