현재 출판계에서 공개채용을 통해 인력을 충원하는 곳은 손에 꼽을 정도인데, 그나마 채용인원 전부를 공채로 뽑는 곳은 더욱 적다. 대부분의 경우 추천이나 연고채용을 통해 인력을 끌어들인다. 공개채용의 필요를 못느낄 정도로 영세하게 운영되는 한 출판계 인력수급구조의 허약화는 피할 수 없다는 게 중론이다.

1991년도 입사, 축산물품질평가원 공채1기로 현재 대구경북지원 평가부장으로 재임하고 있는 이동원 평가부장을 만나 27년째 축평원 근무에 대한 그의 이야기를 들어보았다. 9월초 취재를 위해 대구에 도착했을 때는 초가을에 접어들어서인지 하늘에는 수채화로 그림을 그린 것처럼 구름이 뭉실뭉실 맑고 화창한 날씨였다. 9월은 낮과 밤이 선선할만한데 대구는 아직도 막바지 더위가 기승을 부리고 있었다. 그와 대구경북지원에 대한 이야기를 나누다보니 그에게서 지원의 무한한 애정과 열정을 느낄 수 있었다.

김여환 고문은 우리나라 물류산업발전을 위해 헌신적인 노력을 하였으며, 1962년 공채 1기로 대한통운(주)에 입사하여 사원에서 대표이사 사장에 이르기 까지 40여 년간 오직 물류 외길 인생을 걸어 왔다. 1997년 제2대 한국물류협회 회장에 취임하여 기업중심의 협회운영을 주도하여 협회 위상을 재정립하였다. 그 결과 협회는 사업의 다각화를 통한 재정 자립을 위한 기반이 조성되었다. 그는 현재 다양한 봉사활동을 통해 겸허의 미덕을 몸소 실천하고 인생의 참의미를 되새기고 있다.

본회는 지난 3월 8일 축산회관 지하 회의실에서 38년 동안 꾸준히 달걀을 먹고 달걀의 우수성을 홍보해 온 개그우먼 김민경 씨에게 국내 달걀산업 활성화에 기여한 공로로 감사패를 전달했다. 김민경 씨는 경북 청도 출신으로 계명대학교 광고디자인 학과를 졸업하고 2008년 KBS 공채 개그맨 23기로 방송계에 입문해 최근 절찬리에 방영되고 있는 코미디 TV '맛있는 녀석들'에 출연하면서 인기를 누리고 있다. 이날 김민경 씨에게는 꽃다발과 함께 달걀(초란)이 부상으로 지급되었다. 본지는 김민경 씨를 만나 달걀의 여왕으로 등극한 사연을 들어보았다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of this factor on the macroeconomic variables for the healthcare industry market. First, the government bond interest rates and the exchange rate is the cause variable of drug industry index. Drug industry index is a mutual influence between the Call interest rate. Second, the medical equipment index haver mutual cause variable such as call rate index, government bond interest rates, and exchange rate. A current account balance variable is the cause variable of drug industry index. Third, the drug industry index has a negative relationship with a Call interest rate and an exchange rate. but it has a positive relationship with a government bond interest rates. the medical equipment index has a negative relationship with an exchange rate. but it has a positive relationship with a government bond interest rates.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the appropriateness of the open competitive examination subjects to selecting the personnel with work profession targeted the public official librarian engaging the libraries directly operated by education office and city hall of Seoul. Also, this study suggested the ways for selecting excellent personnel within work profession. First, the public official librarian recognized that there was no practicality regarding the subjects of the open recruitment that recruit for the personnel with work profession. Second, 78.5% of the public official librarian responded the new subjects including science of public administration, social studies, science, and mathematics needed to be revised to a written examination. Third, the public official librarian thought the subjects such as library management theory, organization of information, and collection management was more appropriate for the improvement of the profession.

In this paper, we show that there is a positive correlation between the level and the volatility of interest rate and thus suggest that a proper interest rate volatility coefficient (IRVC), a factor used in evaluating the interest rate risk that insurers are exposed to, should be chosen in accordance with the level of interest rate. To this end, we calculate the historical volatility of interest rate using data on government bond yields and show a proportionate relationship between interest rate and historical volatility. The review of exponential Vasicek (EV) and Cox-Ingersoll-Ross (CIR) models for interest rate also confirms the positive correlation between them. The estimation of IRVC by EV and CIR models are 0.9 and 1.1, respectively, which are much smaller than the one under the current risk-based capital (RBC) requirement. We provide modified IRVCs reflecting the level of interest by the two interest rate models. Using modified IRVCs can be a more reasonable method to evaluate the interest rate risk that insurers face.
