In medically vulnerable areas in Korea, public health doctors play a significant role in providing not only general medical care but also emergency medical services to the local residents. However, it has been observed that public health doctors generally lack field experience, resulting in insufficient ability to handle emergency patients and to effectively use medical equipment. This study confirmed the effectiveness of education after conducting remote education using smart glasses on how to use medical equipment necessary for public health doctors. Specifically, real wear was used for smart glasses for medical equipment utilization education, and 10 public health officials in 10 islands in Shinan-gun were targeted. After the training, both the effect of using the equipment and the level of satisfaction were 3 or higher. Therefore, it was confirmed that remote education using smart glasses can be usefully used for public health doctors in medically vulnerable areas.

This study analyzes the key factors of 3D spatial information in accordance with the establishment of aerial and ground equipment fusion, and the quality improvement solutions are delivered from the preference survey. Furthermore, it investigates the factors affecting the quality of the individual technical elements through the establishment of three-dimensional spatial information. It is for identifying the priority which needs to be improved, and this data will be used to identify the evaluation for factors, the technology development and its application. For this purpose, the presence or absence of equality is judged by the quantitative techniques through the preference survey of the gap between the experts of spatial information and survey and the general users who have experiences on 3D spatial information.

본 고에서는 의도성 기기에 대한 전자파 간섭을 규제하는 방법 중에서 "공중선전력+안텐 이득"을 통해 규제를 행하는 경우, 합리적인 안테나 이득 측정 방법에 대해 나타내고자 한다. 이는 ERP/EIRP를 규제 대상으로 하는 것, 이 외에도 공중선전력과 안테나 이득에 대해서도 규제하겠다는 의미인 것이다. 한편, 중 출력 혹은 대 출력의 무선 장비의 ERP/EIRP를 산출하는 경우에 매우 유용하고 합리적인 방안이 될수 있다. 본 고에서는 간섭 통제를 위한 안테나 이득 측정 기술을 나타내고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 일반 심전도 모니터링 장비가 갖는 이동성 및 상시성의 제한을 극복하여 공중무선망을 이용한 심전도 모니터링 장치에 관한것으로서 특히, 활동중인 사람의 심전도 데이터를 공중 무선 통신망에서 제공하는 망써비스를 이용하여 원거리 모니터링 센터에서 모니터링 및 응급조치를 하는 시스템에 관한 것이다.

VPN을 구성하기 위해서는 각각의 단말기(PC)에 VPN장치를 장착하거나, 공중망으로 연결하는 라우터에 VPN장치를 장착해야만 한다. 본 논문은 VPN 장비 없이, NDIS Driver를 개발하여 장비 없이 언제 어디서든 VPN을 구성하여, 보안성과 이동성, 효율성을 높여 해킹으로부터 안전한 네트워크를 구축하는 것이 목표이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of work performance of public health doctors(PHDs) involved in quarantine of COVID-19, and to suggest a plan to support PHDs for effective national epidemic prevention and control in the future. As a result of the study, it was found that PHDs mainly performed sample collection, interview, and treatment. 39% of PHDs worked in places without negative pressure facilities, and personal protective equipment and welfare support were poor. In addition, it was investigated that they experienced high-risk infectious diseases, mental distress, exclusion from the decision-making process, conflicts with officials, problems with work guidelines, and lack of prior education. For effective infectious disease management, it is necessary to assign appropriate ranks and to participate in the decision-making process for quarantine, to specify appropriate compensation and regulations, to education, and to support mental health.

The Broadcasting system is very important part of human lift that preceding to people news, nation plan, sport, drama, leisure and politics. The product of maded by brocasting system conveyed the whole country by radio signal. A brocasting station operate the brocast product radio trial network in the mountain. Recently a height of new building, concrete structure is very large and higher then old one. Since one does or says, noise occur to radio and TV signal whole nation. In this study, Taejun Sikjang mountain and Cheunan-Heuksung mountain where occurred radio noise chosen as a sample, and analysis 3D simulation and plane check. Accordingly come to conclusion condition of noise occurred radio antenna.
