Recognizing the contemporary critical situation of local newspapers in Korea, the present study purposed to consider plans to overcome such a crisis from various aspects and examine the possibility to implement the plans. Specific research question was plans to promote local newspapers on political and legislative dimension. The result of this study proved that the issue of activating local press must be discussed basically in conjunction with the implications and functions of power decentralization. This study also considered the opinion that so-called structural problems, which cannot be tackled by local newspaper, must be intervened in by the government on the dimension of promoting local newspapers politically and legislatively. In particular, the meaning of this study lies in that it was focused on supporting methods to prepare a bill for the special law of local newspaper promotion support, and proposed specific and practical plans.

With the advent of new media era we are living in the world of motion picture image is not an exaggeration. With the development of the mass media with images and moments that passed the day feeling like part of it is communication. In this era a sensual and shapeable image more than the logical and realistic thinking may be passed. In the act of seeing a moving image, prior to linguistic and conceptual meaning, color and screen configuration delivery and formative element in the change they produce is first recognized. Particular kind of video animation having the narrative structure, this territory effect greatly. the film even more significant effect on the area and linking the image of the scene transitions in the scheme also features a simple means of natural communication functions are being expanded. These transitional effects provide visual pleasure from a simple transition traditional methods. And In terms of narrative functions performed to help a narrative flow of availability, visual representation should continue.

In LTE-Advanced that different networks coexist, it is considered that it is actually difficult to provide service continuity with a procedural and static control method applied to the existing voice service. This paper suggests Service Self-Organization to support the service continuity effectively based on SON. It means a method in which a subscriber's terminal collects information about its current condition and base station around, and a base station, through the data collected by monitoring inner or adjacent base station, shares related data and converges, controlling service continuity on its own. In other words, as context information of mobile terminal and base station changes, set-up of related functions such as ISHO, cell selection, source allocation, load control, and QoS mapping is adapted; each function fits into the change, exchanges the process of reorganization, and interacts; these actions go toward to satisfy service continuity. Simulation results show that it provides better performances than the conventional one with the measure of resource utilization rate and outage probability.

It is well known that, in the near future, the lifetime of the IPv4 address space will be limited and available 32-bit IP network addresses will not be left any more. In order to solve such IPv4 address space problem in an effective way, the transition to the new version using IPv6 architecture is inevitably required. At present, it is impossible to convert IPv4 into IPv6 at a time, since the coverage and the size of today's Internet is too huge. Therefore, the coexistence of both IPv4 and IPv6 must be arranged in a special and practical fashion for rapid conversion on the whole. IP protocol translation has been proposed to ease the translation of the Internet from IPv4 to IPv6. This paper presents the design and implementation of a transparent transition service that translates packet header as they cross between IPv4 and IPv6 networks. IPv4/IPv6 Translation Protocol is written in c source code and is tested by the local test recommended by ISO, which has the most excellent error detection function. The test was processed with a test scenario and it was found that the results were successful.

Recently The biggest three mobile telecommunication companies of our country still using independence wireless internet platform. And, It can so many difficulties to the phone company and content provide company. Such as the timing of the development or the fee of the development. Because even they develop one product and Hey must make it prepare for some platform of every mobile telecommunication companies. And this make the development more longer and more expensive. For this reason, SKT, LG telecom and KTF develop the new wireless internet platform named WIPI with ETRI. and the working is still go on and go ahead with propulsion. And if it come to reality, the WIPI will attached from much of attack such as hacking or virus. But some data exchange between mobile phone is so important as to flow. Thus, in this paper, we consideration the XML using in the wireless environment and we are design and implementation the XML encryption system working at the WIPI in order to protect the data, we want to protect.

The purpose of this study was to understand deeply the experience and the meaning of mother's parenting experience on borderline intellectual functioning adolescents. The collected data through an in-depth interviews with six mothers were analyzed according to the Colaizzi's 7 procedures of analysis. This study found out 7 categories, 23 clusters of themes and 92 topics of borderline intellectual functioning adolescents parenting experience of mothers. 'On the borderline, live a life wandering off uncertain course', 'Watching precarious growth of child', 'Adolescence, reachead the limit', 'Being afraid of facing the future', 'A helpless condition', 'Pushing through struggles', 'Hoping the society where my child can live together' was found as the categories of experience of the research objects. With these findings, this study makes some recommendations and suggestions for the practice.

최근의 하천복원사업은 인위적으로 축소 또는 소실된 하천공간을 지형학적으로 되돌리기 위한 방향과 강이 가진 자연의 역동성의 복원에 주안점을 두고 있다. 최근 국내에서도 하천공간 확보라는 측면에서 구하천 구역을 복원하려는 시도가 이뤄지고 있고 대표적으로 청미천, 함평천, 황구지천 등에서 기존의 제방을 후퇴시키고 과거의 하천공간을 하천으로 되돌려 주었다. 그러나 이러한 시도는 구하도 또는 폐천부지 복원사업의 일환으로 시행되었으며, 복원된 공간규모가 크지 않아 사업의 효과를 크게 장담할 수 없는 현실적인 한계가 있다. 따라서 홍수에 안전하며 자연과 인간이 공존하는 터전으로의 공간복원, 그에 따른 하천생태계의 보전과 복원, 레저와 레크레이션이 가능한 친수공간 조성 등 하천기능의 강화와 융합을 종합적으로 고려한 다차원 하천공간 복원계획과 설계의 절차가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 유역기반의 문제점과 그 원인에 대한 인식이 선행되어야 하고 그 해법으로 하천공간 확대의 필요성이 도출되어야 한다. 이후, 하천공간 복원 및 활용과 관련된 기본방향이 설정되며 세부 복원목표가 설정되어야 한다. 복원목적과 목표가 세워진 후, 복원대상지를 선정하고 공간 활용방안이 제시되면, 목표달성 여부 판단을 위한 효과분석이 필요하다. 만약, 기대효과를 달성할 수 없을 것으로 예상된다면 복원목표 재설정 및 복원대상지의 재선정이 필요할 것이다. 이와같이 하천공간 복원사업을 시행함에 있어 간결하고 단계적으로 접근하기 위해 본 연구에서는 다차원 하천공간 복원프레임워크를 개발하여 제시하였다. 제안된 하천공간 복원프레임워크를 통해 하천공간복원으로 인해 영향을 미칠 수 있고 또한 영향을 받을 수 있는 물리, 생물, 사회, 경제 등의 다양한 분야의 구조를 통합한 하나의 방법을 제시함으로서 임시방편 수준의 파괴된 하천복원사업에 변화를 주고 프레임워크를 통해 하천공간복원에 대한 응집력 있는 접근법을 적용하도록 촉진하여 복원사업에 참여하는 사람들 간에 공통의 유대감을 형성하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

This study set out to investigate relationship between work-family conflict and depression and especially moderating effect of work-family facilitation. Data came from Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family 2012. The final sample size was 2,716 married employed women in South Korea. Analysis methods were multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, married employed women showed more higher level of work-family facilitation than work-family conflict and work-family facilitation correlated with work-family conflict positively. Second, work-family conflict affected significantly depression. Third, work-family facilitation moderated significantly the relationship between work-family conflict and depression. The limitations and implications of the findings from this study were discussed with respect to further studies.

This study investigates the future world of The Perfect Society (1967), science fiction written by Yunsung Moon that was a very rare science fiction publication in the 1960s. In The Perfect society, the main character Woo Sungoo, who was chosen to survive in a sleeping capsule as a representative of $20^{th}-century$ human beings, wakes in the $22^{nd}$ century where only women remain. He experiences this female utopia and finds that this world still contains as much abnormal antipathy to the others and absolute autocracy as the 20th-century world he remembers even though the future people succeed in overcoming the past problems like famine and pollution. The author warns that science alone without humanistic insight in a unity-oriented society cannot settle the human's fate; rather, it only changes the aspects of human conflict.

Against the backdrop of low-carbon, green growth, many attention is focused on a sustainable society where humans and nature coexist. Carbon emissions increase with energy consumption, which is 40 percent of the world's energy consumption by buildings. Korea has a plan to make zero-energy houses mandatory only for new buildings in 2025, but it is relying on private technology investment for its technology. The reality is that the current technology costs more than 1.5 times more than general buildings, and private companies do not have many zero-energy house complexes other than experimental houses. This study aims to study the new model of zero energy house by introducing IOT system that efficiently observes and controls energy in zero energy house, monitoring pleasant environment on the web and introducing resident proper temperature maintenance system.
