Secondary users should sense the licensed spectrum bands in order to protect the primary users from interference. However, periodic and frequent sensing for immediate detection of primary users usually gives rise to much sensing overhead, and thus will quickly drain the battery as well as deteriorate the performance of a secondary user. To overcome such problems, we focus on the method reducing sensing overhead of each secondary user and propose a distributed fair sensing scheme that the multiple users within a certain area, so-called sensing zone, sense the spectrum bands in a fairly distributed manner and share the results among the users within respective sensing zone. The design of the frame structure for the proposal is also demonstrated while considering the sensing requirements for protecting primary users. The performance results by numerical analyses and computer simulations show that our proposed sensing scheme significantly reduces the sensing overhead of each user compared to the conventional sensing scheme and also satisfies the given sensing requirements for primary user protection.

Recently, the word 'outsourcing' is used frequently in the corporation circumstance. Continuous recession with IMF caused restructuring measures which made unnecessary organization be downsized, and offered opportunity to breakup structure of $^{\circ}A$EHigh cost and Low efficiency, which is inefficient and uneconomic production method' in our corporation. Due to the effect of such circumstance change, the construction industry have already introduced and implemented outsourcing in many parts. For successful outsourcing in the construction industry, close relation and mutual cooperation should be preceded and JIT system is needed to improve the relation. In this study, the importance and proportion in which outsourcing is occupied in the construction industry are recognized, and the method for improving the productivity is suggested through evaluating the factors and usefulness of JIT system which can be applied to the construction industry.

The influence of online platforms has become even more powerful than ever and there has been growing calls to regulate its enormous market power. Issues relating to platform monopolies have been discussed in Korea and recently the Online Platform Intermediary Transactions Fairness Bill has passed the Cabinet Council. Thus, we aim to analyze online platform regulations from stakeholder perspective and then address the regulatory direction. We first investigate the consequences of platform strategies including mergers that platform owners take. In addition, we inspect the possible effects of online platform regulations on its stakeholders. Our research can contribute to having a more balanced view on the online platform regulation that is somewhat in the favor of protecting platform complementors and consumers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of self-esteem on the safety culture and safety behavior of airline pilots and to confirm whether job satisfaction has a mediating effect in these relationships. It was examined whether self-esteem directly affects safety culture and safety behavior, and indirectly through job satisfaction. As a result of the study, self-esteem did not have a direct significant effect on safety culture, but indirectly had a positive effect through job satisfaction. In addition, self-esteem had a direct significant positive effect on safety behavior, and job satisfaction partially mediated this relationship. This suggests that pilots with higher self-esteem practice safety behavior more actively, and job satisfaction can promote such behavior. These results show the importance of organizational support such as programs and support for enhancing pilots' self-esteem, fair compensation for improving job satisfaction, improving working environment, and providing career development opportunities in airlines, and are intended to be used as basic data for this.

Article 1 of the Korea Copyright Act stipulates that the purpose of this Act is to protect the rights of authors and the rights neighboring on them and to promote fair use of works in order to contribute to the improvement and development of culture. Hence, the improvement and development of culture is the final goal of the Copyright Act and should be the essential standard of the interpretation and application of the law. However, most of Korean copyright scholars do not explain the meaning of it and they even assume that protection of the copyright and promotion of fair use themselves are deemed as it. The meaning of the improvement and development of culture should be derived from the Constitution and there is a principle of the nation of culture as one of the basic constitutional principles. Pursuant to the principle of the nation of culture, the improvement and development of culture means maximization of the right of enjoyment from culture by the building of the ecology for the sustainable production and consumption of the works. This should be not only the legislative purpose of the Copyright Act but also the goal of culture policy.

본 (本) 연구(硏究)는 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)을 통하여 이직에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 이들 요인이 기업규모(企業規模)에 따라서 이직에 미치는 영향력(影響力)과 영향경로(影響經路)가 어떻게 다른가를 보여주고자 한다. 특히 이직(離職) 결정요인(決定要因)의 선정에 있어서는 선행연구가 주로 조직(組織) 외적요인(外的要因)을 중심으로 이루어진 결과 이직에 대한 설명력이 낮게 나타나고 있음에 비추어 조직(組織) 외적요인(外的要因)과 개인적(個人的) 요인(要因)을 추가함으로써 이직에 대한 설명력을 높이고자 하였다. 이에 따른 구체적인 연구절차는 먼저 문헌연구를 통하여 이직에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 요인들을 추출하였으며, 선정된 변수들을 대상으로 Price&Mueller(1981)의 이직과정(離職過程)모델에 입각하여 기업규모별(企業規模別)로 대중회귀분석(多重回歸分析)과 경로분석(經路分析)을 실시하여 이직결정요인들이 이직에 미치는 직 간접 효과(直 間接 效果)와 경로(經路)를 살펴보았다. 경로분석(經路分析)의 결과는 조직외적요인(組織外的要因)과 개인적요인(個入的要因)인 생계책임(生計責任)과 태도(態度)가 규모에 관계없이 이직의도(離職意圖)에 미치는 효과가 상당히 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 이외에 성, 이직기회(性, 離職 機會), 공정성(公正性) 또한 규모에 관계없이 이직의도에 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 승진가능성(昇進可能性)의 경우는 중규모기업이 대 소규모기업에 비하여 효과가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 모델의 설명력은 기존의 연구에서와 같이 여전히 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

최근 IT(Information Technology)가 결합된 스마트 섬유의 수요가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 생활수준 향상에 따른 유저들의 청결, 쾌적에 대한 높은 관심속에서 생활 및 의료용 섬유에도 다양한 기능성이 요구되어지고 있다. 초경량, 흡한속건, 투습방수 등 레저 스포츠, 아웃도어 활동에 필요한 고기능성 소재는 제품의 고부가가치를 더하는 가치 상승 요인이긴 하지만 그 기술과 적용성이 이미 포화 상태에 도달했다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 국내 외 섬유 업체들은 스마트 섬유 열풍을 큰 기회로 삼아 헬스케어 기능, 엔터테인먼트 기능 등의 최첨단 기술과 결합되어진 특화된 섬유시장을 통해 더 높은 부가가치를 창출하고 새로운 섬유시장의 도약을 노리고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위치추적이나 동선, 생체적 리듬 등을 파악할 수 있는 스마트 섬유용 전도성 섬유센서의 초기특성(전기적, 물리적 물성)을 유지함과 동시에 심미적인 효과와 새로운 기능성을 부여하기 위하여 전도성 센서소재의 최적 선염공정을 조사하고 외부적인 환경변화를 염두에 두어 그 물성 변화를 측정하였다.

Screen printing it one of the most popular methods for the fabrication of catalytic layer in electrode of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) due to its convenience and adaptability. This paper suggests an improved screen-printing method, which is rather simple suppressing the swelling trouble without additive process and competitive with very low Pt loading in comparison with the previous methods. Particularly, the gasket unified MEA made better performances than the other especially at high current area due to blocking effect on the gas leakage during the operation. These methods give us more simplified and faster fabrication chances.

OTS(Operator Training Simulator) 소프트웨어는 원자력발전소, 화력발전소 또는 화학공장 등과 같은 플랜트의 동적 특성을 실제의 플랜트와 같게 컴퓨터 환경을 이용하여 모의하는 기능을 수행한다. OTS 소프트웨어는 개발 규모가 방대하고 개발에 소요되는 시간과 비용부담이 큰 특징을 갖는다. 또한 플랜트 공정제어와 감시에 대한 전문지식이 요구된다. 따라서 OTS 소프트웨어 개발은 정부투자기관이나 연구기관의 자체인력을 활용하여 개발되어 왔다. 그러나, 최근에는 아웃소싱이 보편화됨에 따라 OTS 소프트웨어 개발 또한 외주개발 형태를 띄게 되었다. OTS 소프트웨어 외주개발은 소프트웨어 개발회사들에게 동등한 기회를 부여하기 위하여 일반적으로 2 단계 공개경쟁 형태로 프로젝트가 수행된다. 즉, 기술규격경쟁과 가격경쟁의 결과에 따라 외주개발 회사가 선정된다. 국내 소프트웨어 개발회사들의 경우에 OTS 소프트웨어 개발경험이 적으므로 OTS 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트 수주를 위한 첫 번째 장벽은 발주자의 제안요청서에 합당하는 기술 제안서를 작성하여 OTS 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있는 기술적 사업적 능력이 충분함을 입증하는 일이다 본 연구에서는 OTS의 유형과 특징, 프로젝트의 기술제안서 평가요소를 고찰하고 OTS 소프트웨어 개발에 참여하려 고 개발회사가 제안서를 작성 제출할 경우에 기술규격 경쟁에서 우위를 점할 수 있는 기술제안서 작성방안을 토의한다.

A national curriculum must be organized with consideration given to the equality of education in all aspects. In addition, educational equality must be discussed from the standpoint of fairness in addition to uniformed identity. This study was conducted with a goal to analyze and examine how China's informatics curriculum takes into consideration equality and excellence. It has been found that China's compulsory curriculum takes into consideration equality to give the same opportunity of education to all students, and that high school education is implemented from the perspective of excellence to reflect students' needs and abilities. Therefore, this study suggests considerations to be made in the discussion of software education that is being carried out at the moment and also for the formation of the respective curriculum.
