  • STEPS는 삼성 조선의 블록 조립생산공정의 라인스케쥴링을 수행하는 시스템이다. 삼성중공업 조선 해양 사업본부는 그간 생산성 향상을 통한 대외 경쟁력 제고와 선진 조선의 입지를 확고히 하고자 부단한 노력을 기울여 왔다. 이러한 노력은 생산 설비 확충과 자동화 등 하드웨어 차원에서 많은 발전을 이루었고, 이제는 설계, 계획, 관리등 소프트웨어 차원의 발전으로 전환하고 있다. 15여년 간의 경험과 노하우를 체계적으로 정립하여 현실적이면서 합리적인 소프트웨어를 구축하는 것은 삼성조선의 새로운 도전이 되고 있다. 이에 현장 데이타의 축적과 효과적인 관리 피드백으로 선각, 도장, 의장등 전 공정을 합리적으로 계획, 관리코자 생산공정 관리 시스템의 구축을 추지하고 있다. 이러한 생산공정 관리 시스템의 일환으로 대.중조블럭 일정계획의 자동화한 것이 STEPS(Shipbuilding Tact Expert Planning System) 프로젝트이다. STEPS는 전문가시스템(Expert System)으로서 전문가의 지식(Knowledge)을 시스템화하는 인공지능 (Artificial Intelligence)기법을 적용하고 있다.

  • LCD 패널제조 사업장에서 발생되는 공정데이터는 매일 1${\sim}$2Gb에 달한다. 또한 관리대상 공정 및 품질 특성은 수백개에 이른다. 적절한 SPC Plan에 따른 주요관리대상 공정특성의 선정과 이에 기초한 데이터베이스의 설계 및 Legacy system과의 인터페이스, 그리고 메시지와 데이터송수신 시스템의 주요방법론을 논하고자 한다. 주요 내용으로는 LCD 산업에서의 SPC 시스템을 시스템의 관점에서, 그리고 시스템 Performance의 향상을 위한 방법론 등을 들 수 있다.

  • SPC(Statistical Process Control) provides objective means of controlling quality in any transformation processes by analyzing statistically data gathered in the process. Considering the fact that a measure to feedback results of the process investigation in the real time is required, it is very practical to construct the SPC system as a module of the POP(Point of Production) system.   • This study aims to implement an efficient process management system for small and medium sized(local) construction companies and a performance management system for the Korean construction industry. The process management system by Lean Construction is Web 2.0 platform-based and creates clusters with numerous general contractors and sub-contractors, which will enable mutually organic process management. Plus, this system will enable them to compare project performance management by analyzing it during or after a project by collecting and accumulating lots of data occurring in pursuit of a project. These performance management cases will be of help in process planning during similar upcoming projects. This study is expected to somewhat reduce the burden of implementing a complicated process management protocol and system that Korean small and medium sized (local) construction companies experience with their web-based process management, and is supposed to realize accurate performance management with highly reliable data which are significantly accumulated within the database.

  • There have been many problems to apply SPC(Statistical Process Control) which is a traditional process control technology to the process of multi-product, small-sized production because a machine in the process manufactures small numbers, but various kinds of products. Therefore, we need the new process control system that can flexibly control the process by setting up the SPEC rules and the KNOWHOW rules. The SPEC rule contains the combination of diverse conditions to specify the characteristics of various products. The KNOWHOW rule is based on engineers' know-how. The study suggests the Rule-base Process Control that can be optimized to the multi-product, small-sized production. It was validated in the process of semiconductor production.

  • This study aims to development of web-based process management system for spatial data construction. For developing this system work classification of basic surveying was standardized and quality management method for spatial data was established. Production process and work classification system for basic surveying such as control point surveying using GPS, leveling, aerial photographing, digital mapping, topographic mapping, digital elevation modeling, aerial photographic DB construction and digital orthophotomap was standardized. The status of the output and quality inspection for basic surveying project were analyzed, and the elements of quality inspection and data format for the type of outputs were analyzed. Based on standardized and analyzed contents, web-based process management system was developed after database and process was designed. The process management system consisted of process management, quality control, metadata management, and system management.

  • 제조공정에서 사용되어지는 SPC(Statistical Process Control)관리 기법은 가피원인을 탐지하여 변동을 감소시키는 통계적 공정관리 시스템이다. SPC의 대표적인 관리기법으로는 Shewhart관리도, Cusum관리도, EWMA관리도가 있으며 이러한 관리 기법들은 공정을 보다 안정적으로 관리 할 수 있도록 유지 및 예측하는데 사용 되어 진다. 본 논문에서는 일반적으로 사용되어 지는 Shewhart관리도와 공정 예측에 유리한 EWMA 관리도에 대해 연구해보고 공정변화에 민감하게 반응하는 EWMA 관리도의 적용 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

  • As the construction site becomes larger, more complex and more special, the information of construction is expanded in quantity and specialized in quality. Therefore the computing system is necessary to effectively manage the construction schedule management. At present, main office at construction site bring in the computing system to perform the schedule management, so the data input and access for schedule management is performed by engineer on foot between construction site and main office. Therefore in this paper, we arrange wireless communication system between construction site and main of office and develop application program for data input and access of schedule management immediately using PDA at construction site. Through the our system we can improve the schedule management at construction site, and we can look forward to reduction of manpower, equipments, time, and money in whole construction.

  • 스마트 팩토리에 대한 연구가 국내에서도 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 팩토리의 일환으로 MVC(Model-View-Controller)기반의 제조공정 데이터 관리를 위한 입력시스템을 구현했다. 단순히 공정의 기록을 수기로 작성하는 것을 전산화 시키는 것이 아닌 라인편집, 공정편집, 설비 편집 등 사용자의 요구 맞게 유동적으로 입력시스템의 편집(Custom-Form)이 가능하다. 또한 작업자 권한 관리가 가능하여 제조 공정 전반에 영향을 미치는 모든 부분을 제조공정 데이터 관리를 위한 입력시스템을 통해 전산화가 가능하다.
