Traditional co-integration analysis method is known to be difficult to clearly determine the relationship between the cointegrated variables. This study utilizes a fractional cointegation method and a causal analysis of time and frequency domain among the exchange rates of Korea, China and Japan. The results show that even though traditional cointegration methods did not clarify the existence of cointegration, exchange rates were fractionally cointegrated. Causal analysis of time domain and frequency domain provided somewhat different results, but the yen/dollar was useful for forecasting won/dollar and yuan/dollar. Proper use of causal analysis of frequency domain and fractional cointegration emthods may provide useful information that can not be explained from the traditional method.

This paper examines how 'house' is meaningful in Chi Li's novel. Chi Li focuses on the house as a symbol of status, and the house as a place of gender performance. First, as a sign that symbolizes an individual's identity, 'house' is divided into intellectual and petit bourgeois, and constitutes binarism into civilization/non-civilization, knowledge/non-knowledge, spirit/anti-spirit and superior/inferior. In recognizing the irrationality and unfairness behind house symbolizing intellectual and petit bourgeois, Chi Li shatters the boundaries of the binaralized house as a sign of identity. Second, it dismantles the house as a place where gender is (re)produced. This is accomplished through two aspects. One is to re-define a private area house as a public area in which economic activity occurs. The house, as a public area in which economic activity occurs, becomes a place where women are reborn as economic entities. Passive, dependent femininity is reconstructed as independent and subjective. The other dismantles the definition of the house which is identified with masculinity. The house identified with masculinity is a place that symbolizes the socio-economic capacity of men. According to the socio-economic ability of males, the house is a place symbolizing the realization of masculinity, and it becomes a place to fix the gender order while reproducing masculinity. It may become a place to experience the weakening or defamation of masculinity. At that moment, the house becomes a place where the gender order of masculinity and femininity is overturned. Through this, Chi Li reconstructed, and in a sense revolutionized the definition of the house as a place where traditional gender is (re) produced by dismantling the definition of fixed femininity or masculinity.

As the current fire investigation system in Korea has been performed mainly by the public sector such as fire service, police, etc., private fire investigation system such as 'private fire investigator system' to protect rights and interests of the sufferers from the fire accidents due to defective products showed very deficient. In addition, since the laws and regulations concerned about fire investigation are distributed into and applied for each organization, a lot of problems have been generated such as civil appeals due to duplicated investigations among similar organizations, excess reaction to exclude other organization from the fire investigation field, inefficient waste of administration force due to duplicated operation of fire investigation organization and manpower, etc. This study has surveyed generation operation conditions and problems of the fire investigation system in Korea and drawn its improvement method on the public and private sectors.

우리나라에서는 벤처생태계의 구성이 태생적으로 정부 주도로 법제화된 정부자금의 지원이 기초가 되어 이루어지면서 공적 자금의 정책적 목적에 따라 운영되어왔다. 따라서 벤처투자기구에 대해서 이해상충 가능성 배제, 고도의 윤리성, 공정성 및 투명성 등을 요구하는 등 강한 규제가 반영되게 되었다. 이러한 공적규제가 일면 타당성이 있을 수 있으나, 공적규제 위주의 관리감독 체계는 규제의 영향을 크게 받는 한국 벤처투자 시장의 성격상 민간자금의 유입을 제한할 수 있다. 민간 중심의 벤처투자 시장으로 전환하기 위해서는 공적규제를 강화하기보다는 자율규제 영역을 확대하여 업계의 전문성과 효율성에 친화적인 규제 환경을 조성할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 벤처투자 시장의 자율규제 가능 영역을 살펴보고, 벤처투자기구의 운용사 관점에서의 자율규제 방안을 제시하였다. 구체적 방안 중 하나로는 출자자 사이의 자치적 규범이라고 할 수 있는 규약의 표준이 참여자의 전문적인 식견을 최대한 반영하여 마련된 것이므로, 펀드 결성 이후 출자자 사이의 규약을 둘러싼 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 이를 자율적으로 해결할 수 있는 1차적인 분쟁 조정 절차를 마련해 볼 수 있다.

This study is a reinterpretation of characteristics of public space in contemporary cities with a view to liminal space. The conditions of pubic space now cannot be captured through the existing discourses of publicness, and public space. The basic premise of the study is that the idea of liminal space or liminality is useful to grasp the fluid and hybrid attribute of public space in contemporary cities. Liminal space, originally from anthropological studies, is the intermingled stage between two realms and the sustained period of the ritual. The idea has been widely used for various cultural phenomenon and spatial experiences. A literature review on public space and liminal space was carried out. Cases pertaining to public space with a view to liminal space were examined and discussed in detail. Through the careful reading of several public spaces with an angle toward liminal space, the new perspective toward public space will be drawn out. First, we need to emphasize the fluid spectrum of public space rather than the serial stage such as the public, the semi-public, the semi-private, and the private. Second, the idea will contribute to understanding the flexible state depending upon time. What we can learn from case studies is the volatile characteristics in public space as a common phenomenon support its vitality. This interpretation will contribute to the perception of a new horizon of public space. The nature of public space is unpredictable and free. In reality, the spectrum of public space will expand and fluctuate. Ironically, public space can be vitalized through enhancing and activating the private space. The intimate and complicated interface between the two realms is a key issue. The boundary of public space might be redefined to embrace the flexible the fragile nature of changing public space. These research implications will guide the thoughtful design and management of pubic space.

Social media is utilized in both personal and public domains in various ways, with a value on being the recorded evidence of modern day's culture and history. Recently, social media is being utilized very actively-domestically and abroad-as an organization's information service domain and as a public communication pipeline. Also, there are case studies released regarding the capturing and archiving of social media records. This research highlights the value that social media has, with an, objective of presenting the implementation of an archival method that captures the social media records in the blind spot of the Central Administrative Organization's Record Management.

In neo-liberalism, the change-value of the market and of the machandise based on the individual as the consumer dominate the public sphere, and the capital power encroach on it. with the technological revolution. At the same time the public sphere as such represent the media sphere, which is more and more subordinate, and have no choice but to do to the governmental authority having political power privatized. The private usage of reason in the public sphere is carried out at the structual level. How can we call such a space in which the private usage of reason is generalized and dominant as the public sphere? And so now, we sound out the possibility of the public sphere such as a new space of the universality where the public usage of reason can be realized without any limits and with free. So, when we imagine the proletarian public sphere, in which co-exist the divers private interests, as a new public sphere capable to be constructed, we can address a question as follow. What is the caracteristic of the proletarian public sphere in modern society?, Is the public community able to be formed and realized in such space? How would have the proletarian public sphere the carateristics of the publis sphere? What is the attribute of the community that the proletarian public sphere would make, and what is its force of emancipation? The power is no longer stable and static. Rather, it is reconstructed and reorganized in the divers phases of the everyday life. It is the reason why we put on the order of the day the proletarian public sphere as alternative public space, which would be a place of divers hegemonic representation. And now, we are aware of the beginning of thses changes.

The significance of Presidential Impeachment in 2004 is subject to interpretations in many different contexts, but its nature as its justice was the constitutional trial by the nation's impeachment system. This study set out to compare and analyze the understanding of the event centered around its nature as "an impeachment event as a public activity" and the records related to it. For that purpose, the study attempted to analyze the impeachment event to understand it as a public activity and examined and analyzed the records of the impeachment event in the public domain through personal visit, phone interview, and request of information disclosure based on the analysis results. An impeachment event as a public activity can be understood as an activity carried out by the National Assembly, which is to issue a motion for impeachment under the norms of the nation's impeachment system, and Constitutional Court, which is responsible for impeachment trial, through their unique rights prescribed in the Constitution. The important subjects of such a public activity included the accused president, the acting presidential system created by the motion for impeachment, and the National Election Commission that provided a decisive ground for impeachment. It was confirmed that the records, which are legal requirements, were well created and have been preserved and managed in the public domain. However, it was difficult to conclude that the records of the impeachment event were thoroughly created in terms of content in relation to affairs as they mainly covered the superficial treatment processes and the results of explicit activities. There was, in particular, the absence of records showing the context of activity.
