The primary agent of civil investigation businesses must be a corporation to line up with public interests, and the government has to carry out the permit system on business owners. As many countries such as those of European and Japan supervise civil investigation business and the police agent supervises guarding businesses, so the police also has to supervise civil investigation business. In many cases, civil investigation businesses deal with private information, and the police has to prevent from infringing customers' basic right by clarifying private information management for punishment. In addition the police has to tighten up customers' obligations. For example the police has to deliver papers about the contents when they enter into or change contract, or after they enter into contract.

농업의 손실에 대한 보상은 공익사업시행지구 안에서 사업안정고시일등 당시 영농을 하는 농민에게 당해 공공사업용지에 편입되는 농지에 대하여 도별 연간 농가평균 농작물 수입을 기준으로 2년분의 소득을 영농손실액으로 지급하는 것을 말한다. 원칙적으로 보상계획공고 또는 사업안정고시일 당시의 실제 경작자가 농업손실보상의 대상자이다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 '전, 답 또는 과수원이나 기타 그 법적 지목 여하를 따지지 않고 실제 토지현황이 농작물 경작 또는 다년생 식물 재배지로 이용되는 토지'가 보상 대상이 된다.

전력산업 구조개편에 따라 전력회사의 공익기능 회피로 발생할 수 있는 시장실패 요인을 보완하기 위하여 정부 주도의 공익적 기능 수행으로 전력산업의 효율향상이라는 구조개편의 근본 취지와 목표를 달성하고자 정부는 매 3년 단위의 전력산업기반조성계획을 수립하도록 전기사업법에 명시하고 있고, 본 논문은 구조개편 하에서 공정한 경쟁 환경을 조성하여 소비자의 편익을 증대시킴으로써 공익기능을 강화하기 위한 중장기적인 전력 수요관리 정책방향을 제시하고, 2003년에서 2005년까지의 전력수요관리 프로그램별 세부 추진계획을 수립하였다.

공익사업용으로 수용되는 특별한 경우<기준시가 적용>를 제외하고는 올해부터 양도소득세를 계산하는 경우에 실지거래가액을 적용한다. 실지거래가액으로 앵도소득세를 계산하는 경우에는 부동산을 취득하는 시점부터 관련 증빙자료를 꼼꼼히 챙기고 보관해야 세금을 추가 부담하는 일이 없다.

Many sports organizations have been founded due to the Increasing demand for sports with the development of leisure culture. As a social institution for sport facilitation, sports organizations should assure rationality and transparence of finance and operation by introducing a system for financial reporting as usually adopted for a profit-making corporation. Also, general regulations on the tax obligation in sports organizations have to be formulated more clearly. This study tried to derive some implications for the accounting and taxation obligations in Korean sports organizations based on a basic model of public sports organizations, formed with a profit-making organization and satisfying the requirements of public interest as regulated by German taxation law.

Economic feasibility analysis for the public projects such as sewer improvement project differs from the one for the project by profit organization in that the former has to take into consideration the public benefit that cannot be priced in the market. This study presents a model case study for the economic feasibility analysis for the sewer improvement project by the City of Gumi, Korea. The project is planned for the period of 2003~2021. It utilized Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) to assess the public benefits such as improvement of environmental quality and quality of life that can not be priced in the market. WTP(Willing-to-pay) of a household of the Gumi was estimated at 2,865 Korean Won on average. The result of an economic feasibility test including the estimated WTP indicates that B/C ratio of the project turned out to be 0.97, slightly less than 1. This study is the first application of WTP estimated by CVM to the economic feasibility analysis of public project in Korea. It is expected to contribute to the decision makings in the public policy domain as well as academic development.

올해로 7년째를 맞이한 몽골 학생건강증진 지원사업은 몽골 보건부(MOH)의 국립보건국(DOH)과의 협약 아래, 우리나라 행정안전부의 민간단체 공익활동 지원을 토대로 진행되고 있다. 특히 올해는 몽골 흡수굴 아이막(우리나라의 도(道)) 이흐올 학교 학생의 건강검진, 생활환경 및 보건행태 조사, 건강캠페인을 실시하는 한편 전년도 사업 지역이었던 에르데넷의 지원 결과 모니터링 등을 위해 남서중 사무총장을 단장으로 9명의 사업단이 9월 25일부터 9박 10일간의 여정으로 떠났다.
