Web-based learning receives much attention as an effective learning method because users can use the learning service at any time from any space. A learning management system(LMS) provides online educational environment among teachers and students, supporting various facilities to deliver educational contents. Since most of the existing LMSs support one-way or limited two-way teaching services among teachers and students, there are a lot of difficulties in performing collaboration among students and/or collaboration among teachers and students. In this paper, we describe the development of collaborative workspaces which provides effective collaborative educational environment on Moodle which is widely accepted as a typical LMS. Through the provided various types of collaborative workspaces, users can easily perform group activities, sharing educational with appropriate access control mechanism.

The "fourth industrial revolution" is changing society as a whole. Public innovation is needed to enhance national competitiveness. Amid these times' demands, the "maker movement," a new form of DIY movement that has revived since 2000, is regarded as a "popular innovation activity" that can respond to changing needs. In particular, "Makerspace," a significant activity area for the maker's movement, is drawing attention as a place where "Maker" shares each other's knowledge and resources, and share results. Makerspace has recently expanded its functions into a 'public innovation platform' or (preparation) start-up preparation space for start-ups. South Korea has also supported various types of "Makerspace" since 2010 as a policy for fostering an innovation base. The Ministry of Small and Medium Venture Business has been pushing for expansion of Makerspace since 2018 and is providing support by dividing it into "general rap" and "professional wrap" and "zero to Maker" spaces for novice makers in the beginning and necessary stages of makers, while "professional rap" is divided into "Maker to Maker" spaces for professionals. This study is about Makerspace, space where makers are active among the topics related to manufacturers. Thus, in this study, significant domestic and international studies related to Makerspace have been investigated so far, and trends in related studies have analyzed. Based on this, the research needs and specifics of Makerspace, which has recently expanded its role and functions. In particular, the Commission intends to present the need for research on Makerspace and specific areas of study from a start-up management perspective to promote qualitative growth of Makerspace, which is changing into a popular innovation platform in the era of the fourth industry, and inducing a start-up management interest in new manufacturing industry types.

Recently, Co-working that is a new trend of working and Co-working Space that create Co-working are increasing rapidly around the centers to support start-up such as one-person creative companies. However, the business centers located outside Seoul are not enough to recognize knowledge and skill for operating Co-working Space. Therefore, this study selects the big research issue which is "The recognition and case of co-working & application to co-working space" and the small research issue that is "Co-working Space operation activities" for qualitative research by using in-depth interview to managers of one-person creative company business centers. As a result, on the perspective of the big research issues, they understood Co-working concept, but the Co-working case was made by manager's effort without voluntary participation of the users. Co-working Space is important to recognize as a space for interaction and exchange information but was used only as a sharing space. And on the perspective of the small research issues, 'Space & Interior', 'Alliance and Partnership' and 'Community and Communication' show low awareness and activities. So, we suggest improvement plans through the case of best practices. This study is valuable, it could be a help to adapt and improve to Co-working Space in one-person creative company business center for creation of performance by Co-working.

There has been criticism that the government-led makerspace did not reflect the actual demand of makers, so there was a limit to performance creation. In this regard, the study aims to diagnose the current status and problems of makerspace and to suggest the implication to respond to policy demand. To this end, we analyzed the current status of makerspace by utilizing the government documents. Then, we conducted a survey of SMEs related to ICT devices that experienced makerspace, and analyzed their opinions on D·N·A technology demand, management difficulties, and governments' support policies. As results, the study proposed several improvement measures to upgrade makerspace as a digital conversion platform as follows. First, due to the nature of the existing industry for introducing D·N·A technology, there is a limit for companies to enter the market on their own, so comprehensive support from the government is needed. Second, it is necessary to establish and expand an empirical test bed for the development of new products and services so that various types of metaverse contents can be discovered and digital transformation convergence models of existing businesses can be derived. Third, by modifying the support method to operate the makerspace as a platform that implements the government-led start-up support policy, boldly transfer what the private sector can do well to the private sector. The participants of Industry·University·Institute Collaboration should freely share ideas and help the common problem be solved. Based on the problems and the findings for improvement, it is expected that the current makerspace would be upgraded to a digital conversion platform suitable for the demand of the field.

Various wireless communication devices or network such as WRAN and WLAN will coexist in the TVWS(TV White Space). Because of this coexistence, the wireless devices which use the TVWS have to avoid interfering to not only licensed TV receiver and wireless microphone but also homogeneous or heterogeneous TVBD(TV Band Device)s. In this paper, we propose two frequency sharing methods for the coexistence of WLAN and WRAN in terms of interference reduction and throughput enhancement in both homogeneous and heterogeneous networks. One is the WRAN spectrum etiquette to provide more wide bandwidth for WLAN users and the other is the WLAN frequency selection methods to improve the throughput performance. The simulation results have confirmed the throughput improvement of the proposed methods. Moreover, the proposed methods is also applicable to improve the throughput performance and reduce interference of similar systems working in a cognitive manner.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a successful operating strategy of co-working space. Therefore, the operating elements were identified through a literature research. And then, verified through site investigation and interview of operation managers. We found out that the high level operating elements are 'Co-working management', 'Membership management' and 'Supporting management' And the low level elements of Co-working management are 'Relationship facilitation', 'Networking event & Party' and 'Community & Communication', Membership management's are 'Service diversity & Price plan', 'Promotion & PR' and 'Alliance & Partnership', Supporting management's are 'Space & Interior', 'Facility & Device, Solution' and 'Mentoring & Education'. And the questionnaire was designed and conducted to Co-working space operators through the AHP method. As a result of the collected data analyzing, the highest priority was the operational element 'Community & Communication', and 'space and interior' is next, 'Service diversity & Price plan' is the third. The results were discussed with the relevant experts and it presents the following operating strategies. First, to create an environment suitable to voluntary coworking is the most important element. In particular, good management of 'Community & Communication' should be considered as a high priority operations strategy in a coworking space. Second, interior and space utilization helps in making the environment and atmosphere conducive to coworking. Office devices and facilities such as IT infra, printer, fax, scan, paper...etc are also important elements. But the reason why these necessary items are given a low priority is that these items don't need any special strategy. Third, in order to create a stable profit, 'Service diversity & Price plan' should be the characteristics of each coworking space because it will attract and secure enough customers. This study is valuable, it could be a great guideline for coworking space in an early stage to adopt operating model and strategy

공공도서관의 미래는 전자화된 정보의 통신 체계 확립과 확산된 컴퓨터의 보급으로 인하여 급격한 변화를 마지하게 될 것이다. 변화의 핵심에는 "텍스트성의 종언"과 "가상세계의 공유된 환각"의 가능성이 역동적인 작용력으로 잠복되어 있다. 공공도서관은 이들 두 가지의 변인이 초래하는 시대에 어떻게 존재하여야 하는지를 고찰하여 보려한다. 먼저 탈 구조주의이론이 제기하는 "텍스트성의 종언"이라는 명제를 살펴보고자 한다. 다음으로 사이버 스페이스의 무한 가능성에 대한 이해를 설명한다. 이를 통하여 공공도서관이 있어야 할 존재양식을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 시도는 무모한 모험이 될 것이다. 그러나 장래에 대비하기 위한 방향을 설정하는 데에는 유용한 관찰이 될 수 있을것이다.향을 설정하는 데에는 유용한 관찰이 될 수 있을것이다.

최근 데이터 분석을 위한 연구 환경은 고성능 컴퓨팅자원, 대용량 스토리지, 초고속 네트워크 시스템등 IT 기술이 융합된 사이버 인프라 연구 환경을 기반으로 하고 있다. 또한, 실험의 규모가 커지면서 다수의 연구자들이 협업을 통해 공동의 연구결과를 도출하는 집단연구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경에서 연구자들이 대용량 실험데이터를 공유·분석할 수 있는 효율적인 스토리지 작업 공간 모델을 제안한다.

지난 3월 4일 국내 일부 금융기관과 포털 사이트 등이 분산서비스거부 공격으로 접속이 중단되는 사태가 발생했다. 이번 사건뿐만 아니라 세계 곳곳에서는 범죄적 양상을 띠는 다양한 사이버 범죄 발생이 증가하고 있다. 이에 앞서 미 정부는2009년 "사이버스페이스 정책 리뷰(cyberspace policy review)"를 발표해 사이버보안의 책임 공유, 사이버보안 사고 발생시 긴밀한 대응을 위한 유관기관 간의 정보 공유 및 사고 대응을 위한 체계 구축 등의 전략을 내세운 바 있다. 이러한 전략의 연장선으로 예상되는 사이버보안에 대한 국제표준화 활동이 ITU-T SG17 Q.4에서 진행되고 있어 사이버보안 분야표준화 동향과 함께 Q.4의 주요 의제인 사이버보안 정보 교환 기술에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

In this paper, we consider a channel selection method for the coexistence of heterogeneous systems in the TV white space (TVWS). First, we define the target heterogeneous system structure. Then, under the defined system structure, we discuss how the heterogeneous systems share the TVWS channels. Specifically, the heterogeneous systems having different bandwidths cannot use the TVWS channels due to the lack of wideband channels when only narrowband channels are remained. Hence, in order to minimize the blocking from the different bandwidth problem, we propose a channel selection method for the narrowband systems to firstly occupy the narrowband channels rather than the wideband channels. The proposed narrowband-first channel selection is shown to enhance the spectral efficiency of the TVWS, especially in the IEEE 802.19.1 wireless coexistence system.
