As many high-tech researches are shown in various field by sharing data via computer network, a necessity for stable data-sharing environment has suggested steadily. This research covers one-way communication protocol which is newly developed through the necessity. In this protocol, data is transmitted only in one way. One-way transmission has strong possibility to protect system from uncertain and potential risk, but it is impossible to receive ACK(Acknowledge Character) packet about data. Therefore, we need to find a way which duplex protocol such as TCP, ICMP works properly and practical communication falls under one-way transmission environment. To conclude, we analysed possible scenario in each protocol from three layers - interface layer, internet layer and transmission layer and approached how to resolve the problem in each way.

도시계획정보는 토지의 사회경제적 이용 가능한 잠재성을 보여주는 반면에 지적정보는 주로 법적 측면에서 토지정보를 다루고 있다. 지적정보시스템은 지적분야의 고유한 데이터뿐만 아니라 많은 다양한 정보를 다른 정보시스템으로부터 제공받아 이를 이용, 고부가가치의 정보를 생산하거나 의사(정책)결정을 지원하는 다목적시스템으로 진화를 시도하고 있다. 이런 점에서 지적정보와 도시계획정보의 교환의 필요성이 높아지고 있지만 두 정보분야의 이질적 요소를 제거하지 않고는 정보공유가 불가능하다. 도시계획과 지적분야의 정보공유를 연구의 중심으로 하여 특히 지적분야의 구성요소를 토지계획분야에서 원하는 정보로 변환, 사용하는 점에 역점을 두었다.

The main channels of the financial industry are rapidly changing to mobile. In this environment, banks are focusing on information and communication technology to secure their competitiveness, and rapid innovation is being pursued especially in the payment settlement sector. In October 2019, Korea also introduced open banking services to accelerate the financial innovation, such as the open conversion of financial settlement networks and the expansion of the use of simple payments. In this paper, an empirical study was conducted on the effect of domestic open banking quality factors on usage intention. The service quality factors for open banking were classified into interface design, innovation, security, and data sharing, and the technology acceptance model (TAM) was used to verify whether it has a significant effect on perceived convenience, usefulness and intention to use. According to the analysis results, while innovation and security did not have a significant effect on convenience and usefulness, interface design and data sharing were found to have an effect on perceived convenience. The results would provide implications for some quality issues for companies seeking to introduce open banking services as well as for the related academic arena.

In order to effectively promote a smart city, various urban information must be opened and linked, and the information system that each member can share is required. In addition, it is necessary to establish a cooperative system in which citizens and citizen's organizations can participate. In this study, the components and conceptual model of a smart city platform were proposed to create a smart city that enables citizen participation. Its components include sensors for collecting data from the real world, information storage and management, information sharing and standard system, citizens' personal information protection and management system, utilization and service, etc. For the conceptual model, roles of smart city members were defined, so that citizen-centered participation and services could be made. It also includes data collection, information linkage and sharing, and service configuration system. Citizens can perform various roles such as data collector and provider, service planner or requestor, service beneficiary, etc. Ultimately, free communication and exchange of opinions with citizens is a key factor in the success of smart cities.

제7차 교육과정의 시행과 더불어 정부와 민간에서 모든 교과의 교수 학습에서 ICT를 활용할 수 있는 디지털 컨텐트를 다양하게 만들어 서비스하고 있으나 일관된 계획이나 표준안이 없이 필요에 따라 자료를 분류하여 만들어지다 보니 단위 수업 시간에 직접 투입하기에는 알맞은 자료를 검색하여 재가공을 하여 활용하거나 여과 없이 사용하게 되는 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 단위 수업 중 자료투입시기를 분석하여 초등학교 교육환경에 필요한 메타데이터 요소를 탐색하고 메타데이터 요소를 추출하여 국제적인 메타데이터 표준인 DC Core Education 의 메타데이터 표준안을 기반으로 하는 멀티미디어 교육자료 검색 및 활용을 위한 베타데이터 요소를 추가 하였다. 초등교육 현장에서 생성되는 다양한 멀티미디어 교육 자료와 원상에 존재한 양질의 교육 정보 자원들을 일반적인 수업 흐름인 도입, 전개, 정리의 메타데이터 요소를 추가하여 통합검색과 체계적인 인터페이스를 제할 수 있는 기반을 마련함으로써 초등학교 교사가 쉽고 편리하게 단위 수업에 유용한 것을 찾아내고 수업에 투입할 수 있을 것이며 향후 교수학습 자료를 수업에 직접 필요한 형태로 분류하여 제공하여 효율적인 교수 학습 자료를 공유하게 함으로써 ICT활용 수업에 실제적인 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As Open Data has been emphasized globally, discussions on data policies have occurred for minimizing problems resulting from data sharing and reuse. This study aimed at investigating policy components for controlling access and use of data and examining similarities and differences of the policy components across disciplines. For the purpose, the study analyzed policy components for data access and use controls provided by 37 research data repositories overseas. These included twenty repositories in biological and health science, ten in chemistry, earth and environmental science and physics, as well as seven in social science and general science. The analysis showed that common policy components involve copyright/licenses, data citation, disclaimers and embargoes. However, there were differences in diversity of policy components among the disciplines and it indicated that the rationales of access and use controls emphasized would be different in the disciplines.

화상회의 시스템들은 여러 명의 사람들에게 멀티미디어 데이터를 공유하여 전송하기 때문에 안정적인 대역폭을 보장받지 못하며, 계속적으로 변화하는 네트워크 상태에서 최적의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 동적 흐름제어 기법이 필요하게 된다. 동적 흐름제어 기법은 최적의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 사용 대역폭이 클 경우에는 데이터의 량이 많은 고품질의 데이터를, 사용 가능한 대역폭이 낮을 경우에는 데이터의 량이 적은 저품질의 데이터를 생성한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 두 가지 흐름제어 기법에서 사용된 측정 요소인 패킷 손실율과 왕복 시간외의 성능을 개선시킬 수 있는 요소인 네트워크 상태에 따른 제어 메시지의 빈도수와 데이터의 량을 이용한 동적 흐름제어 기법을 제안한다. 또한 실험을 통하여 기존의 동적 흐름제어 기법과 제안한 동적 흐름제어기법의 성능을 비교하였다.

One of the business in the future will be executed by Business to Business(B to B) model of E-Commerce. The concept of the B to B model composes the work process, people, and supporting environment. The work processes are related to the information process, technologies, and standards. Information process elements contains digital data exchange, data sharing, and collaboration. This paper designed and implemented the XML-based Business Flow Management System(BFMS) for B to B model of E-commerce in the Internet. BFMS in this paper automatically performs the information process for B to B model such as electronic bidding system including purchase order management, bidding management, delivery management to build E-Commerce in the Internet. XML can be used as document standard between business for skating and exchange of data and also provide platform independent environment.

This paper describes the major components of ISO/IEC 11179 metadata registry (MDR) standard designed to promote data interoperability between systems, explains and discusses semantic web technology and Web ontology languages initiated by W3C that can be employed to further enhance data interoperability, and finally proposes a framework for a new RDF/OWL-based MDR to convert from the current human-readable MDR to machine-readable MDR. If the new MDR is successful, we might be able to offer a better customized information service to users. The future research will be concerned with evaluating objectively the effectiveness of machine-readable MDR in meeting the needs of real users.

본 연구에서는 모듈러 강교량의 상부구조 구성요소에 대한 정보의 교환, 검색, 공유가 가능한 데이터사전을 구축하였다. 표준모듈의 계층정의를 위해 기존 교량분류체계를 기반으로, PLIB Part 42에서 제시하는 패밀리 조직 방법론을 적용하였다. 분류된 구성요소와 모듈에 대한 정보의 쉬운 검색 및 접근을 위하여 이름, 동의어, 정의 등과 같은 속성을 정의하였다. 또한 모듈의 형상표현이 가능하도록 속성을 정의하여, 파트라이브러리 시스템의 구성요소인 라이브러리 컨텐츠에 저장된 모듈라이브러리의 사용성을 용이하게 하였다.
