  • The interest about 4th Industrial Revolution was impressively increased from newspapers, iindustry, government and academic sectors. Especially AI what could be felt by the skin of many peoples, already overpassed the ability of the human's even in creative areas. Namely, now many people start fo feel that the effect of the revolution is just infront of themselves. There were several issues in this trend, the ability of deep learning by machine, the identity of the human, the change of job environment and the concern about the social change etc. Recently many studies have been made about the 4th industrial revolution in many fields like as AI(artificial intelligence), CRISPR, big data and driverless car etc. As many positive effects and pessimistic effects are existed at the same time and many preventing actions are being suggested recently, these opinions will be compared and analyzed and better solutions will be found eventually. Several educational, political, scientific, social and ethical effects and solutions were studied and suggested in this study. Clear implication from the study is that the world we will live from now on is changing faster than ever in the social, industrial, political and educational environment. If it will reform the social systems according to those changes, a society (nation or government) will grasp the chance of its development or take-off, otherwise, it will consume the resources ineffectively and lose the competition as a whole society. But the method of that reform is not that apparent in many aspects as the revolution is progressing currently and its definition should be made whether in industrial or scientific aspect. The person or nation who will define it will have the advantage of leading the future of that business or society.

Benchmark Test of CFD Software Packages for Sunroof Buffeting in Hyundai Simplified Model (차량 썬루프 버페팅 현상에 대한 전산 해석 소프트웨어의 예측 성능 벤치마크 연구)

  • Sunroof buffeting is one of the most critical issues in the vehicle wind noise phenomena. The experimental approach to solve this issue typically requires a lot of time and resources. To reduce time and cost, the numerical approach could be taken, which can also privide more insights into physical phenomena involved in sunroof buffeting, only if the accuracy in its predictions are guranteed. The benchmark test of various numerical solvers is carried out for the buffeting behavior of a simplified vehicle body, the Hyundai simplified model(HSM). The results of each solver are compared to the experimental measurements in a Hyundai aeroacoustic wind tunnel(HAWT) at various wind speeds. In particular, acoustic response tests were performed and the results were provided prior to all simulations in order to consider the real world effects that could introduce discrepancies between the numerical and experimental approaches. Through this study, most solvers can demonstrate an acceptable accuracy level for actual commercial development and high precision experimental data and computational prediction priories can be shared in order to promote the numerical accuracy level of each numerical solver.

국가 간 감성이미지의 비교 연구 - 색체이미지 척도를 이용한 제품 이미지의 평가 -

  • 특정 제품이 가진 "감성 이미지"란 그 제품의기능과 함께 제품의 감각적 요소 그리고 사용자가 제품에 대해 가진 개념적인 사고 과정의 산물이다. 감성이미지의 국제 비교 연구는 사용자가 특정 제품에 대해 가지고 있는 이미지를 국가나 문화의 맥락 속에서 상호 비교 평가하여, 각 국가나 사회집단을 특팅지울 수 있는 문화적 감성 요소를 추출하고자 하는 것이다. 즉, 각 국가의 생활문화 속에서 사용자들이 제품에 대해 가지는 감성이미지를 계량적으로 규명하고 비교 평가하며, 이 정보를 기초로 각국의 문화와 정서에 적합한 제품 디자인의 모형을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 구체적인 연구방법은 우선, 자동차 제품을 중심으로 '제품 이미지'를 나타내는 '언어 이미지'스케일을 각 문화 집단 별로 구성한다. 이 제품 이미지에 대비하여, 감성적 요소로 선정된 표준 색채 스케일을 중심으로 나타난 집단의 '이미지'를 상호 비교 평가한다. 이 경우, 각 국가별 집단에서 특징적으로 나타나는 제품의 주요 특성이 감성 이미지로 표현되는 색채 이미지에 어떻게 반영되는가를 상호 비교한다. 이 연구에서는 특정 지역의 사람들이 제품에 적용하는 감성이미지는 색채나 기타 감성 요소에 대한 선호의 문제가 아니라 그 집단의 사람들이 그 제품을 통해 표현하고자 하는 사회적 표상의 반영이라는 것을 보여준다. 따라서, 제품의 이미지가 각 국가별로 공유되는 감성 이미지로 변환되기 위해서는 동일한 의미나 상징성을 지닌 감성 요소를 활용하여 그 제품의 이미지를 포장할 수 있는 방법을 적용하는것이다. 본 연구에서는 각 문화 집단들이 특정 제품에 대해 가지고 있는 사회적 표상(social representation) 체계를 색채스케일에서 나타난 감성 이미지를 통해 구체화하는 것이다.로서는 방전효율의 저하가 없는 양호한 성능을 보였으며, SC의 시범 작동시험을 실차(소나타 1800cc)에 장착하여 수행한 결과 20회 이상의 연속시동에서도 아무런 문제점 없이 잘 동작하였다.되는 데이타를 입력한후 마우스로 원하는 작업의 메뉴를 선택하면 된다. 방법을 타액과 혈청내 testosterone 농도 측정에 응용하여 RIA의 결과와 비교하여 본 바 상관관계가 타액에서 r=0.969, 혈청에서 r=0.990으로 두 결과가 잘 일치하였다. 본 실험에서 측정된 한국인 여성의 타액내 testosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea.   • As IoT equipment is commercialized, Bluetooth or wireless networks will be built into general living devices such as IP cameras, door locks, cars and TVs. Security for IoT equipment is becoming more important because IoT equipment shares a lot of information through the network and collects personal information and operates the system. In addition, web-based attacks and application attacks currently account for a significant portion of cyber threats, and security experts are analyzing the vulnerabilities of cyber attacks through manual analysis to secure them. However, since it is virtually impossible to analyze vulnerabilities with only manual analysis, researchers studying system security are currently working on automated vulnerability detection systems, and Firm-AFL, published recently in USENIX, proposed a system by conducting a study on fuzzing processing speed and efficiency using a coverage-based fuzzer. However, the existing tools were focused on the fuzzing processing speed of the firmware, and as a result, they did not find any vulnerability in various paths. In this paper, we propose IoTFirmFuzz, which finds more paths, resolves constraints, and discovers more crashes by strengthening the mutation process to find vulnerabilities in various paths not found in existing tools.

  • VANET is one of the most developed technologies many people have considered a technology for the next generation. It basically utilizes the wireless technology and it can be used for measuring the speed of the vehicle, the location and even traffic control. With sharing those information, VANET can offer Cooperative ITS which can make a solution for a variety of traffic issues. In this way, safety for drivers, efficiency and mobility can be increased with VANET but data between vehicles or between vehicle and infrastructure are included with private information. Therefore alternatives are necessary to secure privacy. If there is no alternative for privacy, it can not only cause some problems about identification information but also it allows attackers to get location tracking and makes a target. Besides, people's lives or property can be dangerous because of sending wrong information or forgery. In addition to this, it is possible to be information stealing by attacker's impersonation or private information exposure through eavesdropping in communication environment. Therefore, in this paper we propose Privacy Assurance Architecture for VANET to ensure privacy from these threats.

A Comparative Study on the Perceptions towards Personal Mobility Vehicle between Adults and Minors (개인형 이동수단에 관한 법·제도 개선방안 연구: 연령별 차이를 중심으로)

  • Recently, there has been an increase of accidents related to the rise in the use of Personal Mobility Vehicle (PMV). To solve this problem, the National Assembly announced an amendment that restricted the use of PMV to bicycle roads and to prohibited for people under 13 years old to use PMV, but there is no detailed information about travel speed and safety. In this study, a survey was conducted by dividing the group into minors and adults based on the age of obtaining a driver's license to find out the direction of improvement of laws and systems about PMV. Our results showed that adults considered PMV as more dangerous (Adults 5.50, Minors 4.94) and the suggested age for PMV use was lower from minors than adults (Adults 15.70, Minors 13.85). We found that proper travel speed on bicycle roads differed according to the presence of a driveway (Driveway 26.21 km/h, Non-Driveway 23.55 km/h) and minors had higher a travel speed than adults on all types of bicycle road. Also, Helmets for PMV were seen as the most important safety equipment on all types of bicycle road. and the importance of other safety equipment differed according to the presence of a driveway (Driveway Front-Lighting, Non-Driveway Car Horn). Through this study, It proposes that we have to make new regulations about the use of front lights and horns, as well as enforcement measures that differentiate the speed on each bicycle road type as a way to improve the laws and systems for PMV.

  • Following the fatal accident of pedestrians caused by Autonomous Vehicle by Uber, the world's largest ride-hailing company, two people were killed in a self-driving car accident by Tesla in April. There is a need to ensure the safety of road users. Accordingly, in order to secure the safety of Autonomous Vehicle driving, it is necessary to evaluate Autonomous Vehicle driving technologies in various situations based on the road and traffic environment in which the Autonomous vehicle will actually drive. Therefore, this study used UC-win/Road ver.14.0 based on general driver's license test questions to present a virtual reality-based Autonomous Vehicles driving ability evaluation tool among various driving ability test method. Based on this, it was intended to test driving ability for unexpected situations in complex and diverse driving environments, and to confirm its practical applicability as an optimal tool for Autonomous vehicle ability test and evaluation.

Improvement of Methodology for Appraising Tram Projects Considering the Effect of Buses (노선버스 영향을 고려한 트램사업 투자평가방법론 개선 연구)

  • In contrast to standard train tracks, tramlines are often set along public roads, with trams running among pedestrians and other vehicles. In some cities and towns, trams and buses share the same routes and stations. Under the current investment appraisal system, trams are classified into light rail when predicting traffic demand and calculating benefits, but in the case of non-capital areas, it is notable that the origin-destination and transit lines of buses are not provided in the Korea Transport Database distribution data. Due to this problem, it is difficult to reflect proper mode changing behaviors between route buses and trams. This study examines the impact on tramlines of bus routes that are not currently considered in non-capital areas. Following an analysis of the effect of tram projects according to whether bus routes are considered or not, an improvement in methodology is proposed. Through this study, it is expected that the investment appraisal system for the planning of new tramlines will be improved in the future.

Vision-based Low-cost Walking Spatial Recognition Algorithm for the Safety of Blind People (시각장애인 안전을 위한 영상 기반 저비용 보행 공간 인지 알고리즘)

  • In modern society, blind people face difficulties in navigating common environments such as sidewalks, elevators, and crosswalks. Research has been conducted to alleviate these inconveniences for the visually impaired through the use of visual and audio aids. However, such research often encounters limitations when it comes to practical implementation due to the high cost of wearable devices, high-performance CCTV systems, and voice sensors. In this paper, we propose an artificial intelligence fusion algorithm that utilizes low-cost video sensors integrated into smartphones to help blind people safely navigate their surroundings during walking. The proposed algorithm combines motion capture and object detection algorithms to detect moving people and various obstacles encountered during walking. We employed the MediaPipe library for motion capture to model and detect surrounding pedestrians during motion. Additionally, we used object detection algorithms to model and detect various obstacles that can occur during walking on sidewalks. Through experimentation, we validated the performance of the artificial intelligence fusion algorithm, achieving accuracy of 0.92, precision of 0.91, recall of 0.99, and an F1 score of 0.95. This research can assist blind people in navigating through obstacles such as bollards, shared scooters, and vehicles encountered during walking, thereby enhancing their mobility and safety.

  • Car-sharing is a representative model of the sharing economy, and it is a service that rents or uses a car for the necessary time without owning a car. This industry is growing due to various factors such as technological advances, increasing awareness of environmental protection, and increasing demand for solving traffic congestion problems in cities. Accordingly, there is a need for a strategic approach for companies providing car-sharing services to respond quickly to market changes in order to expand market share and differentiate services. Accordingly, this study conducted a case study on open innovation activities between Gongcar and existing rental car companies, focusing on the research question "What effects do open innovation activities between car-sharing companies and existing rental car companies cause?" As a result of the study, it was confirmed that Gongcar have (1) the ability to actively respond to market fluctuations by establishing a flexible vehicle supply chain based on demand, (2) have significantly reduced growth capital expenditure (Growth Capex), and both cafe and rental car companies have (3) performed successful open innovation by improving key KPI indicators and recording financial performance. This study reveals how open innovation acts as a key business growth engine in the car-sharing industry, and its significance is found in that it empirically confirmed the successful implementation conditions of open innovation based on resource dependence theory.
