With the development of IT technologies, IT environment is making great change over life whole and is displacing business and business achievement systems of industry at the fast speed. The system which is proposed in this paper, supports environments to share codes, execution files and objects between project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency in web environments. Through impact assessment which is achieved at correction and development of existing programming codes by maintenance requirements, it minimizes obstacle occurrence factors and supports tracing obstacle sources. Through conversion the correction and development histories of existing sources and executable files between project teams to XML documents suitable to share in web, it stores them to relational database. In this paper, through impact assessment and change management for the correction and development of applications in the existing system development environments, we support efficient IT developments.
Several design methods from overseas are employed without considering different conditions such as material properties, climate, and traffic condition in this country. Therefore, there are limitations in application. Therefore, new pavement analysis system which is able to design a pavement efficiently and economically should be set up. In this study, 243 probable sections are classified depending on values of layer thickness and elastic modulus, and the effect of load types for the probable sections are analyzed. The section showing larger load distribution is chosen for analysis. As a result of sensitivity, a layer thickness has more influence on pavement than an elastic modulus does. The stress distribution of FWD test load is larger than that of circular load. This study compares outputs between nonlinear elastic model and linear elastic model. Based on the result, this study finds nonlinear elastic model considering stress condition in the ground is recommended for subbase.
National highway is one of the social infrastructures that continue to be managed in order to serve their full functions. The national highway has been managed by the Pavement Management System (PMS) until now. The PMS manages the highway as a way of facility maintenance and maximizes the service life of the highway with minimum cost. The cost is evaluated mainly with a facility manager's perspective based on engineering judgment. People's needs of quality of life have been increased as their income level is rising and naturally the opinion of citizen as a taxpayer plays an important role in determining national policy. Therefore, the contentment of a user's perspective was the starting point of addressing these needs. The Level of Service began to be used as a measure for the evaluation of the user's perspective. In this thesis we would like to design an application and a data architecture for a pavement asset management system and to show how it meets the requirements of KTAM-40 Systems.

Most structures experience deterioration after construction. A routine inspection and maintenance must be accomplished for the efficient use of the structures. The routine inspection will play a major role on the determination of maintenance period and method. This study aims development of an automated tunnel inspection system based upon a 3 dimensional laser scanner. As for the initial stage of the project, a prototype tunnel scanner has been developed. The development of a tunnel scanner prototype follows comparison between image scanning and laser scanning system and investigation on the applicability and adaptivity of the scanners to the railway tunnel scanner. The applicability of the laser scanner on the railway tunnel has been confirmed from the pilot test by using commercialized general purpose close range laser scanner and applicability of a laser scanner as a railway tunnel scanner has been checked. From the result, a prototype of railway tunnel scanner has been built and the calibration of the system was carried out. Finally the developed tunnel laser scanner has been applied to different shapes and sizes of tunnels in use.
For mobile emergency broadcast service, first of all, we shall understand transmission characteristics of each mobile broadcast system which might be appled for it and then analyse of the related disaster (emergency) standards based on emergency characteristic own. In this paper, we propose a CAP-based emergency alert broadcasting system for ATSC Mobile DTV system which has been accepted for the mobile broadcasting system in USA. Since there is no standard for emergency broadcasting using ATSC mobile DTV until now, we analyze common alert protocol in USA and then we proposed Emergency Alert Protocol for ATSC Mobile DTV based on it. And we have designed and implemented our proposed system to verify the effectiveness of it. As a result we show the possibility of emergency alert broadcasting for ATSC Mobile DTV.

There are four factors for patient monitoring : electrocardiography, blood pressure, temperature and respiration. While there are a lot of studies of E.C.C (electro-cardiography) monitoring system in the world, the studies of Respiratory system are not enough and leave much to be desired in the country. In this paper, we developed a respiratory system with the electrical impedance change of the lungs depending on the breath. Using the same electrode, we can monitor E.C.C and Respiration simultaneously, so we can monitor a patient's no-breathing state due to the central nerve paralysis in the emergency room easily. In this monitoring system, the analog part was made separated from the digital part for reducing power source noise and protecting patient from electric shock. The analog part consists of the several parts a high-frequency sine-wave generator, all amplifier for amplifying any impedance change signal, an analog processing part for rectifying and filtering. And the digital parts consists of three parts an AD convertor for converting analog signal to digital signal, digital filter, and a digital part for digital signal processing. This system's merits are using the same electrode with E.C.C and developing the multiple patient monitoring system easily.
The management of existing airfield pavement information has currently become difficult and the maintenance cost has increased over time due to the long-term performance. It is needed to develop the method for effective budget allocation and systematic airfield pavement management services. The objectives of this paper are to introduce Micro PAVER, one of the popular pavement management systems, into our management system and customize Micro PAVER based on our environment and pavement management level. This study focused on the analysis on logics and structures of Micro PAVER and customization of important parts in the program using the existing pavement evaluation data and survey method. Customized items selected in this study included the pavement deterioration prediction models, critical PCI, maintenance cost by PCI, maintenance or rehabilitation method and unit cost, and PCI rank.
As the number of using road in Korea increases, maintenance costs and traffic congestion costs also increase. In order to reduce maintenance cost and time of road, existing long - lived modular road system has been proposed. In this study, the design and performance evaluation of the adaptable support module, which is the substructure of the proposed system, was performed. Two adaptable (Cross-Beam type)support modules were designed and fabricated to determine the load and shape. A adaptable support module was constructed and a static load test was carried out to select the type with better performance. As a result of the load test, the maximum value of the measured earth pressure difference is about 158 kPa and the settlement amount is about 0.032 mm in the two types of adaptable support modules. Based on these results, it is concluded that the performance of the adaptable support module of the bottom curved cross-beam type is better.

In this study, cable tension was measured using the vibration method, and a vision-based system was applied as a sensor to measure the displacement response of a cable in a non-contact method. In the vision-based system, the camera is installed in a location that considers the target structure and the field of view of the camera. However, it can be difficult to recognize the control points required to measure the displacement response of a structure as the target structure and other structures such as vehicles may be included in the image at the intended installation location. In this study, a distorted image including a vehicle shows inaccurate results in image analysis due to the installation position of the vision-based system. Accordingly, the image including the vehicle was eliminated by calculating the similarity between the two images. To verify the validity of the method of estimating the cable tension of cable-stayed bridges using the proposed method, the vibration method was applied to cable-stayed bridges in service to measure the tension.

Vehicular communications is system which can be applied for transmission of various safety messages or Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) applications by combining vehicle/road technology with Information and Communication Technology(ICT). In recent years, a variety of ITS services are available such as driving information, road conditions, V2X messages as well as navigation and traffic jams notification. In general, vehicular communications can be used for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communication by adopting IEEE802.11p/1609 standard which is commonly known as wireless access in vehicular environments. In this paper, WAVE communication standard based on the IEEE802.11p is explained and signal characteristics in WAVE communication is introduced. Also, The H/W and S/W characteristics in Road Side Station and On Board Equipment for the Vehicle to Everything communication are analyzed. Received Signal Strength which is power of receiving signal of communication equipment is measured in test road to estimate the real WAVE communication's performance. It is shown that the implemented WAVE communication technology is satisfactory to provide ITS services.
