블로그는 검색 서비스에 노출되는 주요 사용자 생성 콘텐트 중 하나이며 스팸과 SEO를 위한 주요 대상이 되어왔다. 최근에는 인터넷 보급의 보편화로 비영어권 국가에서의 블로그 사용자가 증가하면서 블로그 검색에서도 여러 언어로 작성된 블로그와 스팸이 노출되고 있다. 일반적인 블로그 검색엔진에서의 스팸 필터의 경우 특정 국가나 언어를 위한 스팸 필터 시스템을 각기 구성하여 이를 별도로 사용하지만이는 자원 소모의 문제와 함께 크롤을 통해 유입되는 다양한 언어로 작성된 블로그 스팸을 미리 감지하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 블로그를 크롤하여 서비스하는 국제화를 지원하는 블로그 검색엔진에서 스플로그를 탐지하기 위해 속성 및 단어 기반 자질들을 이용한 다국어 공용 스플로그 감지 모델을 생성 하는 방법과 효과를 확인하기 위해 실험을 수행하였으며 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다.

최근 고령화가 증가하면서 헬스케어기술도 함께 발달해 가고 있다. 또한 스마트폰이 발전해 가면서 헬스케어기술과 함께 융합한 기술이 많이 연구되어 가고 있다. 기존의 대형화 되었던 기술들이 스마트폰을 통해 제작되면서 생체센서만 부착되면 U-헬스케어 기술이 구현될 수 있는 세상이 실현된 것이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰에서 공용으로 부착되어 있는 오디오(AUX) 단자를 사용해 생체신호를 입력받았다. 일반적으로 스마트폰의 오디오단자는 음성의 입출력을 할 수 있도록 설계되었으나 오디오의 마이크 단자를 활용할 경우 생체신호를 입력 받을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 PPG회로를 구현하고 오디오 단자를 통해 입력받은 생체신호를 애플리케이션을 통해 모니터링 하는 프로그램을 제작하였다.

국토해양부(장관 정종환)는 최근 연세대 친환경건축연구센터와 서울시 강동구가 협의('09.8)를 통해 친환경 공동주택 가이드라인을 마련함에 따라 강동구부터 '저에너지 친환경 공동주택 가이드라인' 시행에 들어 간다고 밝혔다. 가이드라인의 주요내용은 공동주택 재건축시 냉 난방 에너지 총 소비량의 40% 이상을 절감하고, 관리동 등 공용시설의 제로에너지화, 지역특성에 맞게 생태면적률 40%이상 확보, 단지내 인공생물 서식공간 조성의 의무화 등이다. 강동구는 앞으로 지어지는 재건축정비사업의 공동주택 모두에 가이드라인 내용을 반영하여 친환경 공동 주택으로 건설을 추진할 계획이며, 특히 고덕지구($1,239,407m^2$, 18,540가구) 및 둔촌지구($626,235m^2$, 9,090가구)부터 적용하여 친환경공동주택단지를 조성할 전망이다.

가상화는 요즘 각광받는 기술 중 하나이다. 가상화의 개념이 처음 소개된 것은 20년 전의 일이다. 최근에 가상화가 다시 주목 받는 이유는 인터넷 사용자의 증가로 인해 서버의 수가 급증하였고 그에 반해 서버들의 활용률은 $20{\sim}30%$에 그치기 때문이다. 가상화론 채택하는 분야 중 하나는 바로 인터넷 데이터 센터(Internet Data Center, IDC)이다. IDC에서는 하나의 고성능 서버 위에 여러 개의 가상 머신을 구동함으로써 서버가 차지하는 공간을 줄이고 관리 비용을 절감하는 서버통할(server consolidation)에 주로 사용된다. 가상화를 통해 서비스를 제공하기 위한 첫 번째 단계는 가상 머신을 생성하는 것이다. 일반적으로 가상 머신의 생성은 물리적 노드 (비 가상 머신)에 운영체제를 설치하는 것과 동일하다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 제공을 위해 선행되어야 할 가상 머신을 생성함에 있어 가상 머신 풀(Virtual Machine OS Pool, VMOSPOOL)을 사용하여 빠르게 동적으로 가상 머신을 생성하는 방법에 대해 논의한다. 특히 가상 머신풀의 사용은 고가의 공용 스토리지가 없는 상황에서 부하 분산 클러스터를 구축하는데 유용함을 보인다.

In this paper, 6 span SCP continuous girder bridge's structural behavior were studied by analytic and experimental method To study structural behavior of SCP girder, we used PSC theory and steel girder theory. To examine slab concrete crack, concrete stress, and fatigue stress of steel, we achieved a static load and fatigue test. In the result, 6 span SCP girder bridge connected at the interior support about actuality bridge have enough structural capacity under service loads.

The purpose of this study is to propose the method to develop IFC interface module with less time and effort, which can support the IFC-based data exchange of building structures. The core of the IFC interface module is that 1) the physical and conceptual objects well suited to the knowledge and experience of the building structures are exploited and 2) no in-depth knowledge about IFC is required. The proposed method is to 1) divide the IFC interface module into public part open to the external applications and the supporting private part, 2) reorganize the IFC entities related to the building structures into the public part, and 3) reorganize the other IFC entities into the private part. In this study, the IFC interface module was developed and then verified by the application of the module to visualization, member listing, quantity take-off and interface to Tekla of an IFC file.

Aging brings color-weakness to the eye due to yellowed eye sight. The 87% of information required for human behavioral decisions are visually perceived. Therefore, the color-weakness will affect behavior in many ways. Most of previous research regarding color planning for the aged focuses on discovering their preferred colors and reflecting the colors on facility color planning. But such research failed to identify the confused range of color cognitions due to the color weakness of the aged. The purpose of this study is to propose a design guide for fee-charging residential facilities for the elderly, reflecting upon color perception characteristics. An experimental simulation on aged vision using the UV filter and Y-2 filter, YA-3 filter alternating for general eyesight, 70 year-old and late 80 year-old was conducted. The results of this study are as follow : color perception is changed by crystalline lens aging process and yellowed eye sight. The recognition arrangement of colors was preferred to contrast harmony rather than similarity harmony and the dominant color is a warm color rather than a cool color.

Asphalt binder grading is to specify quality of asphalt binders relating to pavement performance in orderly manner, and provides the necessary information in selecting the appropriate asphalt binder for the hot mix design. For this purpose, United States has developed the PG-grading in 1995 and is implementing in practice. Recently, this American PG-grading system has been accepted as the domestic binder grading specification. However, the Asian (including Japan and China) and the most European countries are still use the traditional penetration and viscosity specification. The goal of this study lies in analysing the American PG-grading for its justification. As the result, the serious errors are found, and thus, to eliminate the errors, the more precise binder grading equation is introduced, Credibility of this study is checked by predicting the literature rut data with the equations mentioned. The prediction result are validating the claimes made in this study.

Since beginning of subway construction in 1974, for supplying the demand for increasing urban traffic and solving the traffic jam due to expansion of society and elevation of an individual income, the $1^{st}\;and\;2^{nd}$ construction have been almost done and $3^{rd}$ has been driving forward. However, according to an increment of com-mon usage with the passage of time, structures are superannuated and the amount of improvement and repairs keeps on increasing continuous. And many problems are taking place at underground space because of new constructions for underground facilities such as urban gas, electric power, waterworks, and sewerage. In consequence. The consideration of a counterplan for safety is required deeply This study analyzed problems on maintenance of structure about $1^{st}$ class subway, and will present means that a manage civil structures scientifically and systematically by using GSIS concept that imported into several organizations for facility management recently as making digital graphic elements and historic data into a database rather than using an old method - documents and paper drawings.

Today, packet services for wireless internet is provided by WiBro WLAN 3G, but it is hard to be satisfied seamless connection in each of networks and wide-area service will increase the number of BS(base station) because WiBro and WLAN has been coverage smaller than 3G. that is, communicate which can use continuous and seamless data service is available when user is moving. Therefore, service provider need to integrate network for reducing management expenses. In this paper, we propose advanced handoff algorithm which is considered by 'user demand bandwidth', 'MN(Mobile Node) movement speed' and 'MN service area' and show that simulating result is superior to 'bandwidth allocation', 'QoS(Quality of Service) rate' and 'handoff failure rate'
