1988년. 온 국민에게 우리도 할 수있다는 자신감과 대한민국 국민이라는 자부심을 심어준 서울 올림픽. 올픽사상 최고의 시설을 갖추었다는 극찬을 받기도 했던 그 화합의 현장이 지금은 공연을 보러가는, 산책하러가는 곳으로만 인식 되고 있는 안타까운 현실이다. 이 올림픽공원을 다시금 활성화시킬, Land mark의 역할을 수행할 복합전망공간을 제안한다.

This study aims to deeply analyze the subjective attitude of jazz performance audiences in Korea using Q methodology. In order to establish a population for the research, we decided 'People's mind about jazz performances' as the main topic and finally selected a Q model consist of 38 statements after having a depth interview with corresponding experts. Additionally, from January to February 2019, we implemented a Q-sorting and individual interview to total of 27 people including people majored in music, jazz club members and other citizens. The result were the following. First of all, a musical-interest oriented type. People of this type understood watching jazz performance as a daily leisure activity and went to watch a show more than once a month on overage. Those people obtained information of performances and actors before attending a show using social network such as SNS and jazz clubs. They also had a big desire to have an emotional interaction with jazz musicians while having a fan signing event or performance. Secondly, a general-interest oriented type. This type of people had a tendency of considering watching a jazz performance as a especial experience and not a daily life event. Attending a jazz performance was a novel experience which could be done with their close friends in a special day. Thirdly, people with self-value oriented type. This people were majored in jazz and classic in their universities. As they had a concrete perspective, professional knowledge and experiences, they were more sensitive on the general quality of the performances such as show's sound, light, video, sound system of the theater, player's ability, level of facilities, accessibility, etc. rather than the reputation of an artist. This research did not only revealed jazz audience's subjective tendency using Q methodology but also demonstrated the types of jazz audiences and their characteristics. Therefore, this could be a meaningful study for suggesting a significant implication for the marketing mix of performance planning on each jazz audience type.

Recently, many performing arts facilities are under construction to accommodate people's various interest in cultural experiences. However, due to Korea's lack of know-how in such constructions and an absence of proper regulations on design planning, each designer designs and constructs the facilities differently, so several problems are occurring in the process of construction, such as high production cost for stage sets, high labor cost, low efficiency of stage work, and complicated work process. This resulted in low quality production of performance. This study is conducted to address the need for a systematic study on stage floor, and to propose an efficient way of regulating stage work in existing performing arts facilitiesand new facilities to be built. By a comparative analysis of performing arts facilities in Korea, and by analyzing stage floors of the facilities, this research suggests minimum modules as well as an appropriate unit of modules based on the minimum modules; and provides basic data on stage floors, which can be used for remodeling existing facilities orfor planning new cultural facilities. Also, this study suggests various ways of utilizing performing arts facilities in Korea.

In the viewing of public performance arts, it needs to make space construction appropriate for performance purposes, because the section type has an effect on audience's inspection. Therefore, this study researches the intentional characteristics and comprehends the relationship between correlation factors to influence on section type of audience space in performance facilities. In addition to, this study comes under fundamental research to propose the course of standard plan, accord with diverse requirement, in the special performance facilities which will be built up. The results as following; 1) The factors that influence the section type of the audience's space in performing facilities are divided as two elements. The first element is construction of space, viewing environment, and the second element is visual characteristic, and acoustic characteristic. 2) The section type are classified as six types, A-type(Flated type), B-type(Sloped type), C-type(Gabled type), D-type(Arched type), E-type(Reverse arched type), and F-type(Reverse sloped type). 3) Characteristics are deduced by the section type, construction of space and viewing environment are restricted by the characteristics of the section type.

근래 정보화의 진전에 따라 전파이용분야의 수요가 높아지고 있으며 이러한 가운데 전파이용시설로부터 방사되는 전파가 인체에 나쁜 영향을 미치지 않을까 하는 불안과 의문이 제기되고 있다. 연구보고에 의하면 생체가 강한 전자파에 노출되는 경우 눈의 백내장 형성, 성기능 장해, 열적 손상, 경련, 행동 둔화 등의 생체작용이 일어나는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다. 그러나 무선통신시설을 비롯한 각종 전파이용시설로부터 방사되는 전파로 일상생활 범위에 있어서 염려하는 바와 같은 생체작용이 일어나는 일은 거의 없을 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 전파이용시설로부터 인체를 안전하게 보호하고 전파이용에 대한 공연한 오해와 불안을 방지하기 위하여 전파의 에너지 양과 생체작용과의 관계를 정량적으로 확실히 하는 일이 중요하며 이에 근거하여 전파로부터 인체를 보호하기 위한 안전기준을 제시하는 것이 요구되고 있다. 현재 미국, 일본, 독일, 영국, 캐나다 등 세계 여러 나라에서 전자파의 안전기준을 제시하고 있으나 우리나라에서는 아직 이러한 기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 다음은 1990년 일본 (전기통신기술심의회) 에서 발표한 "전파이용에 있어서의 인체보호지침"을 발췌.요약한 것이다.

부유식 해상구조물은 사용형태나 환경특성이 해상을 항해하는 선박과 차이가 있으므로 선박에 적용되는 검사 및 시설기준을 그대로 적용하기에는 무리가 있으며, 따라서 이동식 시추선과 수상 호텔, 수상식당 등 부유식 해상구조물 실태를 조사 하고, 부유식 해상구조물의 IMO의 MODU Code 등 국내외 시설기준과 이동식시추선 관련 국제기준의 국내 수용방안을 비교 검토하여 국내 실정에 적합한 시설기준을 제안하고자 한다.

인간의 생활이 날로 윤택해지고 다양화되며 과학기술이 발달됨에 따라 쾌적하고 거대한 공간에 대한 요구가 커져 가고 있다. 이러한 대공간의 종류에는 종교건축 집회장, 공항 터미널, 역사, 스포츠 시설(실내 체육관, 수영장 등), 공연장, 호텔 등의 대 연회장, 사무소건물 등의 아트리움, 공장 등이 있으며, 우리나라에서도 이미 여러 곳에 대공간의 건물이 건립되었고 앞으로도 보다 많은 대공간의 건립이 예상되고 있다.

Academic interests have long left from the field of indie musicians, despite of their social and cultural values. This also means indie musician policies have enjoyed lack of evaluation. Main purpose of this study is to understand the indie musicians' environment, music activities and their job satisfaction by employing online survey method which were conducted over 105 Korean indie musicians. Survey results show that indie musicians feel the lack of performing facilities that can hold over 50 seats. Indie musician group with experience of 6 years and more has more chances of performing at big facilities. This group also tends to play more often, and earn more money from music activities. Also, analysis shows that satisfaction level of Indie musicians is affected by two factors - music activities and social reputation. From the results, we can conclude that indie musician policy needs to build grounds to harmonize supports from various field rather than play as a single supporter. Patriarchal attitude that government should do and can do everything is no more in effective at least in indie music field.

The purpose of this study is to prepare the introduction of the community facilities in public corporation buildings as the effort to community activation in the innovation city. The type and development condition of community facilities, and the cases of the private and public corporation buildings are studied. Moreover, the type and scale of facilities which can be established in the public corporation building that will move to the innovation city. The result can be summarized as follows; First, the community facilities can be classified into leisure, public administration, culture, athletics, and welfare, and the facilities are suggested at each hierarchy of living area. Secondly, the result of the case study shows that the public corporation establishes and operates various facilities include welfare, culture, and athletic facilities while the private part usually installs the cultural one. Thirdly, cultural(library, museum, performing place), athletic(soccer field, tennis court, swimming pool), welfare(day nursery, children's library) facilities are selected as the applicable ones to the public corporation building which is going to move to the innovation city. And finally, the basic unit of each facility is derived based on the investigation of legal standard, present condition, and literature reviews, etc., and applied to estimate the scale of the community facility in the public corporation building.
