  • The key success factors for Franchise Enterprise as a virtual company which is established based on franchise system are the competitiveness of sub-systems in franchise system such as franchisor, franchisee, vendor(supplier), and customer, and to sustain the symbiotic relationship among sub-systems. In this regard, evaluating franchise system is considered to be implemented in different contexts and methods comparing with extant evaluation system in franchise business which is more focused on the relationship between franchisor and franchisee. The flagship role of establishing franchise system is to be franchisor system, however, the symbiotic relationship among other sub-system including franchisee, vendor, and customer leads to successful Franchise Enterprise. The purpose of this study is to research existing evaluation systems for franchise business and to explore the model of evaluating franchise system, what is called, "Symbiosis Index".

  • The co-culture system of microalgae and bacteria enables simultaneous removal of BOD and nutrients in a single reactor if the pair of microorganisms is symbiotic. In this case, nutrients are converted to biomass constituents of microalgae. This review highlights the importance and recent researches using symbiotic co-culture system of microalgae and bacteria in wastewater treatment, focusing on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus. During wastewater treatment, the microalgae produces molecular oxygen through photosynthesis, which can be used as an electron acceptor by aerobic bacteria to degrade organic pollutants. The released $CO_2$ during the bacterial mineralization can then be consumed by microalgae as a carbon source in photosynthesis. Microalgae and bacteria in the co-culture system could cooperate or compete each other for resources. In the context of wastewater treatment, positive relationships are prerequisite to accomplish the sustainable removal of nutrients. Therefore, the selection of compatible species is very important if the co-culture has to be utilized in wastewater treatment.

  • This paper is a study on the relationship of archives and writing. Writing is an big issue these days. Archival studies need to be interested with writings. It's not just about writing skills. Archival studies have to try archiving more good relationships. Symbiotic approach can be worth the efforts. The main focus of this paper is on the writing in archives workshop. Archives workshop is a good place where writing and archiving have a symbiotic relationships. Writing is an archival try to invite the values of 'requests, inquiring after, observes, conversation' to archives. These archival practices can contribute the symbiotic approach to constructed archives.

PSYCHOPATHOLOGY IN ADOLESCENTS WITH PARENT ABUSE (부모학대 청소년의 정신병리)

  • Aim:We think that the most important etiology in parent abuse is the psychodynamic and psychopathology in the family. So, we investigated the adolescents being admitted in SNMH, whose chief complaints were parent abuse. We were trying to explore families psychodynamic and psychopathology, especially mother-child interaction and to differentiate them in according to developmental psychopathology. Method:Our objects were the adolescent patients admitted in SNMH from 1987 to 1997 because they attacked parents verbally and physically. We examined 21 adolescents except those with psychosis, organic mental disorder, autism and mental retardation by means of interview or chart review. Result and Conclusion:The number of male patients was 14 and the number of female patients was 7. The most common diagnosis was conduct disorder and borderline personality disorder. The mean age was in the mid-teens. We observed 4 subgroups that were divided developmentally in object relation. 1) Symbiotic group with mother:(1) They did not separate and remain in symbiotic relationships with their mothers based on insecure attachment. Fathers were abscent emotionally and physically, and their mothers were prominent in close relationships with the patients in their family , where as the patients were the only man in the family. Adolescents entered the second separation-individuation. They expressed anger and internal tension involved with the close attachment with their mothers and also attempted separation from their mothers through physically attacking them. (2) These patients had suffered from physical illness and developmental delay since birth. Therefore the parents overprotected their children. The children had persistent infantile omnipotence and fantasies of power, so they could not deal with unrealistic states, adapt to reality, and depended on their parents overtly. They easily acted out unless their demands were fulfilled. 2) Borderline personality disorder:We observed deficiencies in care taking. Their parents had personality problems and immaturity. They coulden’t help their children to be separated in the rapproachment phase. Their conflict about dependence-independence was revived in the second separation-individuation adolescent period. We understand parent abuse as an attempt to overcome the conflict. 3) Conduct disorder:They did not build up basic attachment with their parents. They think of their parents as only a means of fulfilling their needs. When patients’ need were not fulfilled and remained in a conflicted state, they attacked their parents, unable to control their aggressions and impulses.

Spatiotemporal change in ectomycorrhizal structure between Tricholoma matsutake and Pinus densiflora symbiosis (송이와 소나무간의 공생관계(共生關係)에서 외생균근(外生菌根)의 시(時)-공간적(空間的) 구조변화(構造變化))

  • To determine whether the Tricholoma matsutake (pine mushroom, Songyi) is symbiotic or parasitic to Pinus densiflora, structural change in their natural ectomycorrhizas were examined. The mycorrhizal samples were collected at three progressional points in the natural hypogeous colony(shiro) : colony front edge, near the fruiting point and 20cm back. The fine roots in the colonies were typical ectomycorrhizas with fungal mantle and Hartig net. However, the T. matsutake mycorrhizas had unique characteristics compared to other types of ectomycorrhizas. That is, spatially the fungal mantle and Hartig net of the T. matsutake mycorrhizas continued to develop along the growing tip, while temporally those structures declined to shrink changing to black brown in the older part of the roots behind the actively growing tip portion. However, there was no mark that the fungal hyphae penetrated into either the cortical cells, endodermal cell layers or stele. The apical tips of the blackened roots remained alive to form new mycorrhizas with other fungi later. Therefore, we conclude that the mycorrhiza of T. matsutake+P. densiflora is rather a dynamic symbiosis that changes its position spatiotemporally as the root grows than either a simple parasitism or symbiosis.

Identifying Potential Industrial Symbiosis through GIS Based Resource Circulation Information (GIS 기반 자원순환정보 구축을 통한 잠재적 산업공생관계 파악 연구)

  • The objectives of this paper are to introduce the GIS based resource circulation information, and to identify additional(or potential) industrial symbiosis based on existing industrial symbiosis and linkage-pair of industry by material. The resource circulation information contains information of the reuse of materials, water, and energy for all manufacturing companies in Ulsan Metropolitan City. The information can further be classified into the three steps -- input information(raw materials), flow information (products), and output information (by-products). The survey data from 3,768 industries and institutions in Ulsan Metropolitan area were collected and built into the GIS to analyze the mechanism of the industrial symbiosis. The results of this study strongly suggest that there are some additional industrial symbioses using by-products(materials, steam, waste water) and further efforts should be given to make them more effective. We expect that the methodology of building the resource circulation information of this study can be helpful to other local governments that try to build similar system.

자판기 천적 관계를 조명한다

  • 자연계의 모든 생물은 대체로 천적이 있다. 생물은 언제나 많은 천적으로 둘러싸여 있으며 이로 인해 자연의 평형이 이루어지고 있다. 그런데 이런 천적관계는 비단 생물에 있어서만 적용되는 게 아니다. 자판기 분야도 그 외부환경 요인이라든가 경쟁 대상 품목 등에 있어 천적의 관계를 형성하고 있는 경우가 많다. 필수 불가결한 품목특성을 갖지 못하는 자판기 특성상 유난히 이러한 천적의 연결고리를 많이 찾아 볼 수 있다. 금호 기획취재에는 자판기의 천적 관계를 조명해 보는 시간을 마련했다. 이 천적관계도 산업의 발전을 막는 나쁜 면으로서 만이 아닌 싫든 좋든 공존 공생해야 하는 동반자적 관계이다. 이러한 측면에서 천적관계 조명을 통해 보다 자판기 산업의 자생력을 강화할 수 있는 계기를 만들고자 함이 본란의 기획취지이다.

Effects of Soil Environment on Symbiotic Activities of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF) in the Coastal Reclaimed Lands (Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF)의 공생활성에 미치는 해안 간척지 토양환경의 영향)

  • The symbiotic activities of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) by analyzing spore density, symbiosis intensity and vertical distribution of AMF spores, phytomasses of higher plants such as Calamagrostis epigeios, Imperata cylindrica, Artemisia scoparia, Aster tripolium and Sonchus brachyotus, and physico-chemical properties of soil were determined in the rhizospheres of higher plants in abandoned two coastal reclaimed lands, which were constructed in 12 and 30 years ago, respectively. Vertical distribution of the AMF spores in the rhizospheres of higher plants was restricted within 20 cm depth from soil surface, which would be closely related with vertical distribution of root system, water table and soil aeration. Of vertical distribution of soil properties, W.C., A-P and K concentrations were increased as soil depth was lowered. In the coastal reclaimed lands, symbiotic activities of the AMF such as spore density and symbiotic intensity, were conspicuously stimulated by the increase of soil pH value, organic matter and total nitrogen concentrations, but inhibited by the increase of moisture, available phosphorus and sodium concentrations in the rhizosphere soil. Phosphorus absorption by higher plants growing in the reclaimed lands increased by the rise of symbiotic activities of AMF. Since symbiotic activities of AMF were stimulated with decreasing soil phosphorus concentrations, higher plants associated with AMF absorbed a large amount of phosphorus from the soil is low phosphorus concentrations.

  • 본 연구는 기본적으로 온라인과 오프라인의 통합마케팅을 절명하고 이에 관한 경험적 사례를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 앨범서비스 영역의 공생적 기반 위에 전개되는 온 -오프라인의 경험적 사례를 개발하고 바람직한 마케팅방향 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례연구를 병행하여 연구를 진행하였다. 사례는 인터넷 기반의 앨범서비스를 제공하기 위한 (주)와이드스쿨이다. 온-오프라인의 협력적 통합마케팅의 전략을 전개하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 온 -오프라인의 뚜렷한 목표를 절정하고 성장방향에 대한 비전을 공유하고 나아가 온 -오프라인의 사명을 감당하는 것이다. 즉, 실천적으로는 \circled1 항상 고객 (customer)기반의 의사결정을 이루며 \circled2 철저한 협력적 돕는 경쟁(competition) 의식과 \circled3 구성원 자신의 일에 대한 자신감(confidence)을 지니고 \circled4 실천을 위한 용기(courage)를 가지고 \circled4 혁신하여 변화(change)를 선도하는 것이다. 온라인(on line)으로 표현되는 인터넷환경은 모든 영역에 변화를 요구하고 있다. 온라인에 관한 연구는 크게 온라인시장의 경쟁(competition)에 관한 연구와, 온라인 소비자(consumer)에 관한 연구 그리고 온라인 시장 참가기업(company)에 관한 연구로 구분된다(이석규 ; 2001). 이중 기업에 관한 연구의 중심에는 e-biz의 수익모텔에 관한 연구가 주류를 이루고 았다(David et al, 1999) 특히 오프라인기업의 경우 어떠한 형태방법으로 온라인 환경에 부응하며 기존의 마케팅활동과 연계할 것인가는 매우 중요한 문제다. 즉 기존의 오프라인기업이 온라인도구변화에 적응하고 이를 전략적으로 활용하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 오프라인과 온라인의 통합에 관한 형태와 전략 등을 명확히 이해하고 적용하는 것이 중요하다. 개수가 감소하는 것과는 상당히 다른 분포이다. 따라서 우리의 관측 결과는 2001년 사자자리 유성우의 극대 시간 전후 2시간에 적어도 0등급 이하의 밝은 유성이 상대적으로 많이 발생하였을 것으로 해석된다. 이런 밝은 유성의 빈도는 유성우 특성 연구에 중요한 의미를 가진다. 그러나 표준성만을 이용해 결정된 유성 등급은 유성의 지속 시간에 대한 불확실성과 전천 카메라 감응도의 비선형성에 의한 불확실성을 내포하고 있음을 지적해 둔다.umn chromatography)를 사용하였고 일련의 정제 과정을 통하여 배양액 중의 L-lactic acid 정제 수율은 약 85% 정도로 나타났으며 HPLC로 분석한 결과 99.7%의 순도를 확인할 수 있었다.경향을 나타내며 유입휫수와 $Dst_{min}$ 사이에는 높은 상관관계(0.83)가 있었다. 둘째, 주상기간 중 자기폭풍의 크기가 클수록 플럭스 비 ($f_{max}/f_{ave}$는 대체로 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 그리고 75~113keV 에너지 채널에서의 $Dst_{min}$ 값과 플럭스 비의 상관계수는 0.74로서 가장 높았으며 나머지 에너지 채널 역시 비교적 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 주상기간 중 총 에너지 유입률 지수와 $Dst_{min}$ 사이에 높은 상관관계가 확인되었다. 특히 환전류를 구성하는 주요 입자의 에너지 영역(75~l13keV)에서 가장 높은(0.80) 상관계수를 기록했다. 넷째, 회복기 중에 일어나는 입자들의 유입은 자기폭풍의 지속시간을 연장시키는 경향을 보이며 큰 자기폭풍일수록 현저했다. 주상에서 관측된 이러한 특성은 서브스톰 확장기 활동이 자기폭풍의 발달과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 시사한다.se that were all low in two aspects, named "the Nonsignificant group".
