최근들어 우루과이 협상의 진전이 가사화됨에 따라 서비스업의 개방이 현실적인 사항으로 인식되고 있고, 서비스업으로 분류되는 건설업도 개방압력에 직면해 있다. 건설시장의 개방에 따라 가장 크게 우려되는 부분은 국내업체의 설계 및 엔지니어링 분야를 들 수 있으며 선진외국 건설업체와 비교했을 때 매우취약한 실정이다. 이에 대처하기 위해 설계 및 엔지니어링 기술을 육성시킬 수 있는 기술경쟁입찰 풍토를 조성할 필요성이 있으며 설계 및 시공단계의 상호조정을 통하여 공사수행을 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 일괄입찰제도의 확대운용은 필수적이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 일괄입찰공사의 확대시행을 위한 현행 일괄입찰제도의 개선방향을 설정하고 일괄입찰제도 절차의 개선안을 제안하여 설계입찰자의 평가 및 낙찰자 선정에 대한 구체적인 개선안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 개선방안의 마련을 위해 설문 및 면담조사가 실시되었으며 최종적으로 실무자들과의 총의회를 통하여 최종안을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 주된 내용은 일괄입찰공사유형의 제시, 사전자격심사, 입찰서류 및 입찰기간, 입찰자평가시 발주처참여, 낙찰자선정, 실시설계판정, 건축$\cdot$토목$\cdot$기계$\cdot$설비에 대한 새로운 평가체계 제시 등으로 요약할 수 있다.

지중배전관로공사 설계시 고려할 사항은 지중배전관로 공수산정, 적정관로 선정, 매설위치 및 매설깊이, 관재의 선정, 관로의 경간, 관로배열 등이 고려되어야 한다. 관로공사비는 굴착깊이와 굴착폭에 의해 산정되고 이는 관로배열, 굴착지반의 토질에 따른 굴착구배, 용수여부, 도로관리기관의 조례, 다짐정도, 작업환경, 작업시간 등에 의해 변화하게 된다. 이런 현장조건 들은 설계자가 바꿀 수 없는 요소이지만 관로배열을 어떤 형태로 하여 매설할지는 설계자가 정하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 경제적인 관로배열을 선정하기 위해 관로공수별, 관로유형별 공사비를 산출하여 비교 검토하였고 현장에서의 공사시공성, 케이블의 허용전류 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 최적의 관로배열을 제시하였다.

The construction industry's fatality count stands at 402, comprising approximately 46% of total industrial accidents. Notably, construction costs less than 5 billion won account for about 69%, so strengthening safety management at small and medium-sized construction sites is required. In this study, 19,511 accident investigation data were collected using web scraping. Through statistical analysis of the collected structured data and text mining analysis of the unstructured data, accident types and causes of accidents were analyzed by construction costs at sites less than 5 billion won. As a result, it was confirmed that there were differences in accident types and causes depending on the construction costs. It is hoped that the results of this study will be used for customized safety management at small and medium-sized construction sites.

As buildings are changing variously from the side of use, efficiency and size, the construction qualities are more importantly recognized. Supervision system was enacted in the Residential Building Law in 1990 and responsibility supervision system in the Construction Engineering Management Law in 1994, respectively. However, recently revised supervision system in 2003 has some limitations: the present problems of appointing supervisor, disposing the supervisors, supervisor's works. Therefore, the aim of this study is to improve the present supervision system for mix-use residential building. By implementing the proposed revised supervision system, it will be able to expect quality improvement, confidence of the owner and the user, development of construction technology, and increase international competitiveness of supervision company.

This study analyzed the determinant factors of elderly housing by housing type according to the Financial Retirement plan of preliminary elders and it aimed to draw a future development scheme of elderly housing. This study used parameters of existing research as control variables and it has a meaningful point that the variables of Financial Retirement plan of elders were verified through the research model which this study used. In addition, there was a difference between the detailed models. As a comprehensive analysis result, the Choice Model of elderly housing type has a difference between determinants, the single-family housing and the multi-family housing, based on the Welfare Facility for the Aged from Financial Retirement plan of elders.

본 원고에서는 메타버스에 대한 사회적 관심이 증대된 이유를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 메타버스 서비스 유형과 산업 분류의 지형을 알아본다. 그리고 메타버스 서비스가 부각하는 분야로서 교육, 문화예술, 관광, 마케팅, 엔터테인먼트, 생산 등의 분야별 특징을 통해 향후 메타버스를 활용하는 산업이 고려해 볼 만한 메타버스의 특성을 도출한다.

As the scale of building construction is larger and more complex, accident is increasing on the steel structure work process. But Safety-Inspection has been carried out through many other checklists in the workplace, it hasn't been used actively. Because checklist wasn't written at the level of specific work and applied scope is Insufficient. So, we must grasp accidental cause about detailed work for making safety management checklist accurately. For this study, we are confining a range to steel structure work of all the building construction. We will classify steel structure process into the detailed work for preventing accident. And we will grasp accidental cause about detailed work for developing the checklist in the future.

Since a large bank-protection works project was undertaken during winter in the middle reaches of the Chikuma, the riverbed structure was drastically altered. In order to assess the short-term impact of bank-protection works on the abundance Pattern of Stenopsyche marmorata (Trichoptera) from spring to early summer, we conducted an investigation on the capture of adults using light traps before and after construction work. The patterns of the daily capture of S. marmorata and the Namely, after construction, the daily catch of adult numbers increased only slightly during the investigation periods. This suggested that the age structure of the S. marmorata larval population had changed in the construction area. Our data suggest that bank-protection projects impact the abundance pattern of adult caddisflies in the river ecosystem.

본 연구는 소하천의 유형별, 지역별 자연형 하천공법의 파악 및 시범사업의 적용${\cdot}$평가를 통하여 소하천 특성에 적합한 치수구조와 안정성을 갖추면서 생태계와 조화를 이루고, 친수성과 경관 등 소하천의 환경기능을 향상시키는데 필요한 공사시행의 설계도서작성과 사전예측 모니터링을 수행하는데 그 목적을 가지고 수행되었다. 파업내상 이동소하천은 산지지형을 이루고 있는 동쪽의 해발 543m의 칠보산을 중심으로 발원하여 평야지인 서쪽으로 유하하여 금강수계의 보강천 지류인 문방천을 본류로 합류된다. 본 파업의 시점은 충북 괴산군 청안면 읍내리이고 종점은 청안면 효근리로서 사업구간은 2.49m 이다. 이동소하천 시범사업은 행정자치부 국립방재연구소와 괴산군의 주관 하에 2002넌 3월부터 수 차례의 자문과 현장답사를 시행하고 시범사업 위치를 선정하였다. 이동소하천 시범사업의 호안공사는 자연석 쌓기, 식생축조블록, 그린리버블록, 그린환경블록, 스톤넷, 지오그린셀, 친환경 돌망태, 환경블록, 반딧불 블록, 자연식생매트 등 11개의 다양한 공법이 적용되어 2003년 5월부터 공사를 시작하여 2003년 12월에 준공하였다. 본 연구에서는 자연형 소하천 시범사업의 여러 공종 중에서 이동소하천의 하천현황을 분석하고, 이에 따라 자연형 소하천 시범사업 공사에 선정되어 시공된 각종 호안공법을 비교 검토한 것이다.
