This research conducted a positive research to raise the effect of contest exhibitions as PR mechanism, considering the present condition increase in number of consumer participating in contest exhibitions and increase in organizations hosting such exhibitions. This research investigated whether there are differences in corporate image and behavior intention before and after the exhibition. Furthermore, it verified whether there are differences in behavior intention depending on level of satisfaction after exhibition. For the research, 139 university students from 7 universities nationwide who participated in exhibition hosted by public organizations were selected for analysis. The result shows that there are changes in corporate image and behavior intention before and after exhibitions. The corporate image depending on satisfaction level after exhibition shows that there are significant changes in professional image and trust image, but not in social contribution image. Based on the research result, we verified the value and effect of contest exhibitions.

환경부가 주최하고 (사)한국환경포장진흥원이 주관하는 제3회 그린패키징 공모전 시상식이 12월 9일 엘타워 엘하우스홀에서 열렸다. 그린패키징 공모전은 우수한 친환경 포장기술 및 디자인을 발굴, 시상함으로써 친환경 포장에 대한 인식 및 관심을 제고하여 관련 학생 및 종사자들의 사기진작과 기술개발 의욕을 고취시킨다는 목적 아래 금번 제3회를 맞고 있다. 특히 친환경 포장과 관련한 신기술 개발을 촉진함으로써 자원 절약과 녹색 성장에 기여한다는 취지를 갖고 있다. 제3회 그린패키징 공모전에서는 일반 부문 10개 업체 16점이 수상의 영예를 안았으며, 학생부문에서도 5개교 12점이 수상했다. 본 고에서는 제3회 그린패키징 공모전 수상작들을 살펴보도록 한다.

College students show keen interest in advertising contest, and some contests link with class so that students participate the contest as a class assignment. But the interest is not just limited to students but to businesses. Until now five studies was made on this subject, and major findings of those dissertations are given to activating contest participation, corporate ethics and industrial-educational cooperation. It seems not enough to explain the over-heated phenomenon with the results, so that more research should be made on advertising contest. Required studies with this subject are analyzing the effectiveness relating between investment and result, theoretical establishment by empirical approach, comparative study depending on the style of contest, casual relationship between personal character and image of corporate hosting contest and so on.

NIST에서는 앞으로 다가올 사물인터넷 환경과 양자 컴퓨터 시대를 대비하기 위해 2019년부터 경량암호 표준화 공모전을 그리고 2017년부터 양자내성암호 표준화 공모전을 각각 진행해 오고 있다. 경량암호 표준화 공모전은 경량 블록암호 운영 모드를 통해 저전력 사물인터넷 환경 상에서 높은 가용성을 만족하는 암호 개발을 그리고 양자내성암호 표준화 공모전은 양자컴퓨터 상에서의 양자알고리즘으로부터 안전한 공개키 암호 개발을 각각 목표로 하고 있다. 본 고에서는 차세대 암호의 표준화에 큰 영향을 미치게 될 NIST 경량암호 그리고 양자내성암호 표준화 공모전 동향을 상세히 확인해 보도록 한다.

Launched in 2017, Loewe Craft Prize is now establishing itself as the most prestigious craft contest in the world. In this study, we noted the background behind the Loewe Craft Prize, which started with a luxury brand, developing into the best contest covering all crafts in a short period of four years. In crafts with various contests around the world, Loewe Craft Prize's interest in craft, which has no limitations on genre diversity and materials, is a result of no contest. This is possible by forming and developing a complex contest, which is differentiated from the existing single-material contest and the distinct values of the crafts possessed by Loewe Craft Prize. In this study, the background of this result was the convergence of materials, the fusion of tradition and modernity, and the convergence of science and crafts, and the tendency of writers and the flow of modern crafts through their works. We also want to find out how the meaning of the expansion of the craft genre affects modern crafts.

국내 첫 인쇄관련 공모전이 개최된다. (재)서울인쇄센터에서 주관하는 '서울인쇄대상' 이 바로 그것. '서울인쇄대상' 이 첫 행사임에도 불구하고 많은 인쇄인들의 관심을 모으고 있는 이유는 아무래도 최근 가격경쟁만으로 치닫고 있는 인쇄산업의 현실에 신선한 충격과 함께 변화의 바람을 불어줄 것으로 기대되기 때문이다. 그러나 첫 행사이기 때문에 기대에 부족한 면도 많다. 그러나 '서울인쇄대상' 은 국내 인쇄관련 공모전의 문을 열었다는데 그 의미를 찾아야 할 것이다. 이에 본지에서는 인쇄관련 공모전들이 더욱 발전하기 위한 방법은 무엇인지 살펴봤다.

The recent revision of the Public Records Management Act provided a basis for the procurement of private records from local archives. Accordingly, some local governments are promptly trying to gather these private records through various ways, and a representative methodology of such is a contest for acquiring records. This study aims to analyze how much this contest contributes to the acquisition of private records and the current status of its operation. As an example of this study, Jeonju Citizens Archives, which conducted the contest more than ten times, was selected. Based on the analysis results, the operation status of the contest for acquiring records and improvement plans for activation were presented.

In this paper, we design and implement a contest application that enables artists to participate in contest activities, manpower, and job information using smart-phone, and to share and systematically manage the information. While the competition is very important for the artists, it is not easy for them to search the competition information due to lack of time. Therefore, it is effective to provide them with contest information suitable for their interests and to be more immersed in creative activities by sharing them. The core function is to provide a space where artists can share contests in real time through the contest bulletin board and aims to provide a variety of functions for convenient convenience, such as buying and selling of works by artists and spoon market for purchasing materials and art tools do.

Shor 알고리즘의 영향으로 RSA 등 기존 잘 알려진 암호 알고리즘들은 양자컴퓨터가 등장하면 안전성에 대한 위험을 받게 된다. NIST에서는 양자컴퓨터 환경으로부터 보안성이 유지되는 암호를 선정하기 위한 양자내성암호 공모전을 개최하였다. 또한, 국내에서도 양자내성암호 분야의 경쟁력 향상과 기술 저변 확대를 위해 양자내성암호 국가공모전(KpqC 공모전)을 개최하였다. 본 논문은 KpqC 공모전 1라운드에 제출된 4개의 코드 기반 양자내성암호 알고리즘에 대한 소개, 퍼포먼스 및 안전성에 관하여 살펴볼 것이다.
