Utility tunnels have been employed in Korea since the 1970s and start to make trouble with structural safety and serviceability. Recently, tunnel enlargement has consequently been proposed due to the impending problems. However there are little study on box type utility tunnels except traffic tunnels. A 2D finite element analysis was conducted to evaluate ground behavior which depends on enlargement size and stiffness by one-side enlargement of the utility tunnel. Settlement scale increased with larger enlargement size and less stiff ground conditions. The observed settlement characteristics due to enlargement are similar to that suggested by Clough & Schmidt (1981). The settlement width is more affected by enlargement size than ground condition.

This study was carried out to investigate work analysis and productivity of school foodservice systems through Questionnaire. The subjects Participated in this survey were 342 cook who engaged in school foodservice. The results were as follows : Average number of meal produced by a cook was 114 meals and 85 meals in conventional and commissary foodservice, respectively. Average lead time per meal were 7.65 and 9.37 minutes in conventional and commissary foodservice. It was no significant in average lead time per meal before noon were 2.86 and 3.35 minutes, as working time before dining and total working time of commissary foodservice required more time than conventional foodservice in conventional and commissary foodservice.

Recently frequencies and scales in natural disasters have been significantly increased and enlarged and that leads to increase interests on preventing disasters. As natural disasters occur, it is difficult to fulfill the scale of natural disasters using ordinary stocks in a local government. Thus, it is necessary to establish a system that commonly uses protection resources according to regional characteristics in order to rapidly implement labor mobilization and equipment distribution based on the damage of natural disasters. In this study, regional characteristics in Korea provinces are analyzed and 'a way of composing a local government consortium for common disaster responses' is proposed. First, a disaster map that represents the amount of damage for each local government published in the disaster yearbook from 2002 to 2011 is produced using GIS. Then, the whole land is divided into five different sections according to administrative regions and that are divided into 12 clusters again based on the geographical and humanistic characteristics and the analysis of the scale of damage in typhoons and heavy rainfalls. Finally, disaster protection base stations for each region are selected. The data of analyzing disaster damages may be used as a reference material for establishing disaster prevention plans.

최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

공동저작 환경에서는 원활한 저작을 위해 저작의 결과물인 객체들을 공유해야 하는 경우가 많이 발생한다. 이러한 공유 객체들을 여러 저작자들이 문제없이 공유하려면 경쟁상태를 최소화하고 공유 객체를 보호하기 위한 플로어 제어 기법이 필요하다. 단일 세션 내에서의 플로어 제어에 대해서는 많은 연구가 있어 왔지만 다중세션 환경에서의 공유 객체에 대한 플로어 제어에 대한 연구는 거의 되어 있지 않다. 본 논문은 다중 세션환경에서의 공유객체 사용 시 충돌을 방지하기 위한 플로어 제어와 공유객체 관리 모듈간의 연동구조를 제시한다. 플로어 제어는 플로어 할당 정책과 플로어 제어 메커니즘으로 구성된다. 플로어 할당 정책으로는 다중세션 환경에서 비교적 규모가 근 공동작업 환경에 적합한 관리자를 둔 의장형 방식을 사용하였다. 플로어 제어 메커니즘은 다양한 종류의 공유객체들의 제어를 위해 잠금 입자도를 고려한 잠금 기법을 사용하였다.

ETRI에서 개발 중인 대화체 음성언어번역 시스템에 대하여 기술한다. 현재, ETRI는 DAM성언어번역 국제 공동 연구콘서시움인 C-STAR에 핵심참가기관으로 참여하여, 한일, 한영음성언어번역 시스템을 개발하고 있으며 1999년 국제 공동시험을 계획하고 이？. 최근의 연구 진행상황을 간추리면, 먼저 음성인식분야에서 유무성음 및 묵음정보를 미리 추출하여 이를 탐색에 활용하였으며, 음향모델 규모의 설정을 위한 교차 엔트로피 기반 변이음 군집화 알고리즘이 구현되었다. 또한 대상어휘의 확장을 위하여 의사형태소의 개념을 도입하였다. 언어번역분야에서는 이전과 같은 개념기반의 번역을 시도하고 있으며, C-STAR 회원기관과 공동으로 중간언어 규격을 정의하고 있다. 음성합성분야에서는 훈련형 합성기를 개발하여 합성데이타베이스 구축기간을 현저하게 줄였다.

현재의 도시 계획은 자동차의 증가, 도심녹지의 부족, 기존 도심의 공동화 현상 등 많은 문제를 낳고 있다. 우리가 선정한 대상지의 경우 쌍용동, 두정동 일대의 대규모 서부축 택지 개발과 시청의 이전으로 인해 기존 행정, 상업의 중심지였던 천안역 일대의 공동화 현상이 발생하였다. 그렇기 때문에 이런 배경을 조건으로 천안시 구도심의 공동화 원인과 실태를 파악하고 구도심의 상권 활성화에 초점을 두고 실질적인 구도심 활성화 방안에 대해 연구한다.

2014년 우리나라 선용품 시장의 규모는 5조 7천400억 원 정도로 추정된다. 대부분이 부산, 울산 등 부산권에서 이뤄지지만 관련업체가 400여 개나 난립해 대부분 평균 매출이 20여억 원으로 영세한 수준이다. 또한 세계 해운항만산업의 불황과 중국을 비롯한 개발도상국들의 저가 선용품의 생산 및 공급으로 인해 국내 선용품 업계가 그다지 밝지 않는 상황이다. 이렇듯 영세한 선용품 산업을 발전시키기 위해서 부산시에서는 부산항국제선용품유통센터 내에 공동물류(창고)를 운영을 제시하였으며 이를 세부적으로 파악하기 위해 성공적 방안 요인 16개의 도출하여 AHP와 IP분석을 사용하여 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.${\cdots}$ (중략) ${\cdots}$.

In Korea, large.scale housing complexes and residential areas began to appear in urban regions through urban plan projects from the 1970s. In addition, with the increase in the percentage of apartments in developed areas, road traffic noise at roadside apartments was raised as a new problem. Furthermore, since the late 1980s, apartments, which had been no taller than 15 stories, have grown higher to 20-30 stories and recently 40.story or higher apartments are being constructed, and as a result, residences are growing denser and road traffic noise is increasing in urban areas. Thus, the present study made a noise map using variables 'traffic volume' and 'mean spot speed' among factors influencing roadside apartments, and examined the noise reduction efficiency of the variables. According to the results, traffic volume and speed limit were found to have an effect on a limited space, and the median bus lane system was found to have a slight effect on the roadside.

세계 에이즈 회의는 UNAIDS, IAS(국제에이즈협회)가 주관하는 행사로서 개최 초기에는 에이즈라는 질병 자체에 대한 새로운 별견을 공유하는 데 주력했지만, 점차 에이즈 자체에 대한 지식이 축적됨에 따라 사회, 공공 보건, 공동체 기반 사회, 지역별, 국가별로 전개된 특수한 경험을 공유하고 함께 이해하는 것에 중점을 두고 전개되고 있다. 단일한 질병을 주제로 한 국제 행사로는 최대 규모라는 점에서 에이즈가 전 인류에게 미치고 있는 심각한 영향을 확인할 수 있는 자리였다.
