The apartment reconstruction project is making some problems, such as delay of lack specialty, conflict between project owners and cost increasing etc. The enforcement process of project are very complicated, the term of project is long and too many project owners are participating. For this reasons. it is always in the face of uncertainty. To promote the reconstructing project successfully. we need to make risk management process to get rid of uncertain factors which occur in forwarding the reconstructing project This study has for its objects. First, suggest the best way of risk analysis to manage risk factors systematically and efficiently recognized in The Apartment reconstruction protect. Second, furnish basic data to build the risk managing system of The apartment reconstructing project.

Recently, the mining methods are changing from surface mining to underground mining because of the increment of the environmental issues and legal regulations. Therefore, the stability of underground openings is a major concern for the safety and productivity of mining operations. In this paper, a survey of structural geology and discontinuities were carried out at a limestone mine. The relevant mechanical properties of rocks were determined by the laboratory tests and rock mass classifications (RMR and Q-system) for the mine design and input data for the stability analysis. The dimensions of unsupported span for underground openings and pillar were decided based on the RMR values of rock mass classifications. The stability analysis for the suggested mine design was examined through the empirical methods (stability graph method and critical span curve) and 3-D numerical analysis (Visual-FEA).

공동주의는 사회적 개체간의 지각적 경험을 공유하는 상호작용과정으로, 최근 인간-로봇 상호작용연구와 관련해서 로봇 공학자의 관심이 커지고 있다. 발달심리학에 기초한 기존의 developmental robotics의 접근과는 달리, 본 연구에서는 사전단서 패러다임을 이용해서 목표물, 단서, 주의반응 간의 삼자관계를 수학적으로 개념화하였다. 간단한 목표물 탐사과제를 통해서 계산모형의 수행을 검증하였다. 연구결과에서는 컴퓨터 시스템의 시각적 주의 모형이 사용자가 지시하는 단서(손가락 지시)의해 목표물(이온음료)을 주의를 할당하는 것을 보였다. 본 연구는 심리학에서 연구된 사전단서 패러다임을 인간-로봇 상호작용에 적용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스와 모바일 단말의 보급이 증가함에 따라 사용자들은 커뮤니티를 형성하고 이를 통하여 즉시적으로 문제(Needs) 해결에 필요한 사용자들간의 경험 정보를 공유하고자 한다. 기존의 커뮤니티들은 특정 의도로 형성된 공동체로써 사용자의 위치 및 사회적 관계 보다는 단순히 카폐 개념의 공동체를 형성한다. 사용자의 위치가 변경됨에 따라 원하는 정보를 제공하는 방법에 있어 사용자의 장소/사회적 관계를 고려하여 즉시적으로 필요한 커뮤니티를 추천 검색하거나 신규 커뮤니티를 생성하여 사용자들의 참여를 통한 정보 공유 및 사용자 위치에서 발생되는 여러 이벤트를 수집할 수 있는 소셜 레이더 기능이 필요하다. 또한 형성된 공동체를 통하여 서비스 실행에 필요한 실행환경을 공유하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 제공받고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 존재하는 공간 내에서 서로 공유될 수 있는 정보를 추적/검색/추천/공유할 수 있는 사용자 위치 기반 소셜 레이더 관리 시스템에 관한 구성 방법을 제공한다.

As apartments have been made into high-rise buildings, the residents in the buildings have become to enjoy the benefits. On the contrary, the users of buildings on the back have become to experience many problems in residential environments. This research studied on measures to improve height control systems focusing on the heights of apartments in order to figure out the impact of apartments on city scenery. This study concluded that, to solve these problems, a general system to control heights should be prepared to solve the problem of visual blocking and for apartment complexes or buildings in coastal areas, regulations for height controls suitable to them should be separately prepared thereby controlling systems related to height controls as a whole instead of those many different systems relating to heights.

The purpose of this study is to identify the strategy of alliance portfolio and to compare the firm's characteristics and internal capabilities of each strategy for the successful utilization of alliance. We conducted a cluster analysis and ANOVA on 477 samples, which have alliance experience among the manufacturers responding to the Business Survey by Statistical Office in both 2012 and 2013. As a result of the analysis, it was found that firms have alliance portfolio based on strategy such as exploration, exploitation, and ambidextrity. There are statistically significant differences in the number of patents, technology capability, marketing capability, and global capability among the alliance portfolio strategy type.

Purpose: Ground subsidence due to cavity can bring about various problems, such as casualties, decrease of the safety of the structures, and indirect social costs. Therefore, ground subsidence should be prevented through the exploration and recovery of the cavity under the pavements. Method: In this study, GPR exploration method was carried out on both actual roadway and mock-up site to compensate for the problems caused by excavation and restoration process. Result: This study compared the cavity scales obtained from GPR exploration results and the direct excavation of the identified cavity. It was confirmed that the predicted soil depth by GPR exploration was similar to the identified soil depth, but the predicted cavity scale by GPR exploration overestimated the longitudinal and cross-sectional widths compared to the identified cavity scale. Conclusion: Based on the correlation between the predicted cavity scales by GPR exploration, it is possible to qualitatively estimate the cavity scales using the empirical formula proposed in this study.

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of village community media in Jeju by looking at the value that it's participants have experienced in the production process. Therefore, this study focused on the creation and production process of village community media, the specific value reflected in this process as well as how to activate and operate it sustainably through in-depth interviews with 12 media participants in Jeju community. As a result of the analysis, firstly, we were able to see that the migrants who are not the indigenous became the center of village community media creation in Jeju and they felt very personal 'fun', 'enthusiasm' and 'satisfaction'. It was also completely open to access and participate in village community media and its contents were filled with stories of everyday life of village residents and hidden stories of old people in the village that were not recorded. The characteristic of the production process of village community media was the horizontal communication and it reflected well the opinions of individual media participants even if it had a joint meeting. Second, as a result of examining the values applied to the production process by village community media participants, they regarded the connection of communication by voluntary participation and restoration of communities through activation of communication in functionalism as an important value. Finally, as a result of examining the challenges and development plans for sustainable management of community media in Jeju, it was required the active participation of village residents, ensuring space for village community media, providing insufficient broadcasting equipment, and the budget support from local governments, etc. It was once again confirmed that the provision of a support system for the stable activities of local governments is an urgent task for sustainable village community media.

세계 에이즈 회의는 UNAIDS, IAS(국제에이즈협회)가 주관하는 행사로서 개최 초기에는 에이즈라는 질병 자체에 대한 새로운 별견을 공유하는 데 주력했지만, 점차 에이즈 자체에 대한 지식이 축적됨에 따라 사회, 공공 보건, 공동체 기반 사회, 지역별, 국가별로 전개된 특수한 경험을 공유하고 함께 이해하는 것에 중점을 두고 전개되고 있다. 단일한 질병을 주제로 한 국제 행사로는 최대 규모라는 점에서 에이즈가 전 인류에게 미치고 있는 심각한 영향을 확인할 수 있는 자리였다.

1987년 9월 미국 워싱턴주 리치랜드에서 미국원자력학회와 유럽 원자력학회가 공동으로 개최한 ${\ulcorner}$고속증식로의 경험과 경제적인 발전을 위한 방향${\lrcorner}$이라는 주제의 학술회의에서 세계각국은 상업용 고속로의 개발에 큰 관심을 기울이고 있음을 보여주었다. 다음은 인도를 제외한 고속로의 개발국들이 모두 참석한 이 회의에서 논의되었던 주요 개발동향을 정리하여 영국원자력공사(UKAEA)의 R. F. Burstall박사가 ATOM지에 게재한 내용이다.
