  • 현재의 도시 계획은 자동차의 증가, 도심녹지의 부족, 기존 도심의 공동화 현상 등 많은 문제를 낳고 있다. 우리가 선정한 대상지의 경우 쌍용동, 두정동 일대의 대규모 서부축 택지 개발과 시청의 이전으로 인해 기존 행정, 상업의 중심지였던 천안역 일대의 공동화 현상이 발생하였다. 그렇기 때문에 이런 배경을 조건으로 천안시 구도심의 공동화 원인과 실태를 파악하고 구도심의 상권 활성화에 초점을 두고 실질적인 구도심 활성화 방안에 대해 연구한다.

  • 건설산업은 국가발전의 초기 단계에서 유통망의 확보 및 제조시설의 확보과정에서 대단히 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 현재 우리나라는 국가 도로망의 정비가 일정수준이상 진행된 상태이며, 제조시설 역시 IMF이후 시설 투자가 감소하면서 건설경기가 침체되어 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 대규모의 건설현장은 감소하고 소규모의 도로망 확장공사 및 공동주택 재개발등이 건설경기의 맥을 겨우 잇고 있는 것이 현실이다. 건설경기의 침체와 더불어 안전시설 투자와 안전관리의 공동화현상이 빚어지고 있으며 이로 인해 안전사고가 급증하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 안전시설투자에 대한 부담을 줄이고 안전교육의 효율을 극대화함으로써 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 방법을 연구 하고자 한다.(중략)

City Center Regeneration on City Center Function Type in Busan (부산시 도심기능의 유형별 도심재생에 관한 연구)

  • As the survey and the analysis the research can offer the characteristic methods for regeneration in the city of Busan. To figure out the functional regions of city center the research has analyzed 15 Dongs in city center and 12 Dongs in sub centers to find out the donut phenomenon and the regeneration of city center. The survey has chosen 22 variation factors using factor analysis. Major factors in each year are shown 4 factors, presenting 80.4% of the accumulated explanation rate. These factors explain residental centered, commercial centered, management centered, and development centered factor. The donut phenomenon emerges in the city centers as a residential function, and the phenomenon occurs in the sub centers as commercial or managerial function. So it is necessary to plan the regeneration of the total city center owing to the total donut phenomenon regarding the functions. And the methods to regenerate city centers should be established according to the various regional characterizations.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the characteristics of firms relocation into or out of Busan Region. Especially, it analyses the relation between relocated regions, firms' sizes and industrial sectors of the relocated firms systematically. For this, examinations of former studies about firm relocations, forming of analytical framework for systematic investigation were done. In short, this analysis figures out the correlation between the firms' characteristics and relocations.

  • A three-way reversing valve, which provides rapid and accurate changes in the water flow direction without requiring any precise control device, is used in automotive washing machines to remove oil and dirt that remain on the machined engine and transmission blocks. Because of the complicated shape of the bottom-plug, however, cavitation occurs in the plug. In this study, the cavitation index and POC (percent of cavitation) were used to quantitatively evaluate the cavitation effect occurring in the bottom-plug on the downstream side. An optimal shape design was conducted via parametric study with a simple CAE model to avoid time-consuming CFD analysis and hard-to-achieve convergence. To verify the results of the numerical analysis, a flow visualization test was conducted using a specimen prepared according to ISA-RP75.23. In this test, the flow characteristics, such as cavitation occurring on the downstream side, were investigated using flow test equipment that included a valve, pump, flow control system, and high-speed camera.

  • After 1970-80's rapid economic and urban development, nowadays the old downtown suffers from the deterioration of physical environment, outflow of its function and cavitation of population. And this phenomenon makes urban regeneration as a new paradigm in urban development. This is the case of Myeongdong area (Jungang-dong, Monsung-dong), old downtown of Cheonan around rail station, in the same way. City government has tried many regeneration/ redevelopment projects on this area but all failed due to lack of feasibility. This study intends to suggest new viable strategic regeneration scheme of this area through research and analysis of TOD development, existing condition and problems. As a result, the area needs to be considered as a node that links bus terminal complex and central market place with walkable street. For regeneration of this area, a strategic development scheme of this area is suggested deploying private capital invested rail station, underground shopping mall, transfer center, culture complex and nature park with Myeongdong street mall.

  • '95년 하반기부터 시작된 경제위기를 맞이하면서 의류시장의 외형적 규모와 소비자들의 소비심리가 크게 위축되자, 국내 미시존 여성복 브랜드에서는 단품의 강화와 트랜드를 반영한 캐릭터성 보완의 두 가지 측면으로 시장구도를 형성하며 의류시장의 위기를 모면하려 노력한다. 그러나 IMF 이후, 베이직 상품의 판매비중이 늘어나게 되자 정장에 트랜드를 반영하기보다는 단품에 트랜드를 반영하려는 현상이 나타나게 되고, 대다수의 브랜드들이 기획비중을 줄이고 보완반응의 비중을 늘리면서 인기 브랜드의 인기 아이템에 대한 디자인 카피가 늘어나게 되면서, 브랜드의 차별화가 없어지는 공동화 현상이 심각하게 대두되게 되었다. CHARACTERISTIC OF BUTTERFLY VALVE FLOW WITH DIFFERENT DESIGN FACTORS (설계인자 변경에 따른 버터플라이 밸브 유동 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Flow control butterfly valve(FCBV) is known to have difficulty in controlling flow rate along valve opening due to its high flow rate. In low opening condition, the butterfly valve also has some shortcomings such as noise, vibration and erosion which are mostly caused by cavitation effects. Therefore, the FCBV requires proper remedies to reduce cavitation effects and to improve flow control performance. Numerical analysis is applied to FCBV flow to find effects of design factors such as seat diameter and valve opening rate. Cases with 3 different sizes of seat diameter and various valve opening rate are selected for the numerical analysis. From the analysis results, it is found that the FCBV with small seat diameter shows better pressure loss performance and reduced cavitation effects.
