최근 4차 산업혁명 등 대외적 R&D 환경의 급속한 변화와 이로 인한 과학기술의 융 복합 및 첨단화가 가속화됨에 따라 이에 대응하기 위해 신산업분야를 중심으로 국가 간 공동협력이 점차 활발해짐에도 불구하고, 우리나라는 연구개발 주체의 연구역량 열위, 연구주체의 폐쇄성, 국가 R&D 제도적 미흡 등으로 인해 국가 간 공동연구 활동도가 매우 미흡한 편이다. 2016년 국가과학 기술혁신역량평가 국제협력 항목에서도 우리나라의 국제협력 항목지수는 0.206으로 2015년(0.182) 대비 0.024p 상승하였으나, 여전히 OECD 30개국 중 16위에 머무르는 것으로 나타났으며, 국제협력 상위 3개국에 대한 상대수준에서도 평균 10.3% 수준에 불과하여 국제 공동연구 활동도를 높이기 위한 다각적인 개선방안 확립에 대한 요구가 점차 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2015년 연구에 이어 미래 신산업 분야에서 우리나라와 해외 주요국의 국제 공동연구 현황을 중심으로 핵심연구자 간(연구 활동도 상위 5위 이하) 국제공동연구에 대한 활동도 비교 분석을 통해 정확한 현황을 진단하고, 향후 우리나라 연구주체의 연구개발 개방화, 국제 협력 전략적 분야 및 대상 발굴, 국제공동연구 활성화 등에 대한 발전방안을 고찰하고자 하였다. 국내 및 글로벌 핵심 연구자 간 글로벌 공동연구 현황을 분석하기 위해서 KDD/KM 방법론을 활용한 공동연구자 분석(Co-author analysis)네트워크 기법을 활용하였으며, 동 방법론의 활용을 통해서 신산업 분야 중 가사로봇분야의 상위 10개 국가, 기관, 연구자에 대해 분석하고, 논문 활동도가 높은 글로벌 및 한국의 상위 5위까지의 핵심 연구자를 대상으로 연구자 간 국제공동연구에 대한 현황 및 활동도에 대한 공동연구 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다.

Technology innovation is a competitive weapon of sustainable economic growth at the urban and regional level and the growth of firms. In this study, we empirically investigate the effects of collaborative R&D activity on product innovative outputs and process innovative outputs in manufacturing firms in Korea. We analyze the links between collaborative R&D activity and two types of innovative outputs using an alternative negative binomial regression model. The major finding is that collaborative R&D activity has significant positive effects on both product and process innovation. The results also identify a positive link between all types of innovative outputs and other R&D activities including internal R&D activity, patent activity, external technology and capital goods acquisitions. To induce corporate growth that enhances the productivity of individual firms and produces prolonged economic growth, policy makers should place greater emphasis on creating effective arrangements to promote establishing collaborative R&D strategies for manufacturing firms.

This study conducted a systematic review of mathematics teacher learning communities, especially the characteristics of teacher collaboration in community activities. Our review includes 14 research papers published in national academic journals indexed in KCI and 24 research papers in international academic journals indexed in SSCI from 2003 to 2019. Results show that the literature varied in research design, research topics, and patterns relating to teacher collaboration. While both international and national papers report teacher community activities concerning the organization, management, and participation, there were different levels of involvement, visions, and activities across the communities of practice. For example, research in national journals has presented teacher community as professional development while papers in international journals have focused on documenting teacher community becoming a reflective community of practice. This study contributes to understanding the interplay of context, conflicting epistemic culture, and professional agency in fostering collaboration in teacher communities. This paper also discusses relevant research methods to investigate mathematics teacher communities and insights into the policy and practice of mathematics teacher education.

본 연구에서는 지역사회의 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업의 한 사례로 경상남도 화동군 화개면 대성리 의신마을의 노인주민들을 중심으로 이루어지는 문화유산 개발과 자발적(생산적) 문화주체발굴 및 양성을 하고자 한 사례연구이다. 2017년부터 2019년의 3년차 사업으로 지역의 마을회(영농회, 부녀회, 청년회, 노인회)와 체험시설 관리운영, 체험행사 관리, 가공시설장 활용, 체험 프로그램 기획/운영, 마을기반조성사업 및 관광체험을 주요활동으로 하는 영농조합법인의 유기적 협력을 통하여 주변의 특산물, 자연환경, 산업환경 및 지리산을 중심으로 구성된 지역역사 문화환경이 연계되어 진행되는 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업이다. 특히 농악/낙차 동아리, 사진동아리, 그림동아리, 압화동와리와 같은 동아리 활동을 통하여 산골의 지역적인 약점을 보완할 수 있으며, 문화예술을 향유하려는 시대적인 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 실질적인 문화예술프로그램을 통한 공동체 발전을 지속하고자 함이 취지이다. 지역 노인들을 대상으로 노인들의 감성지능의 변화에 의한 지역공동체의식과 6차산업 기업가 정신 및 노인들의 사회참여에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 한다.

이 부분은 지난 7월 13일 한국통신연구센터에서 한국통신(연구개발단)과 공동개최한 정보통신 표준화동향 세미나중 한국통신 연구개발단 동향분석실에서 발표한 $\ulcorner$통상문제와 표준화$\lrcorner$를 전문게재한 것으로 궂은 날씨탓에 참석치 못한 분들이나 그 외 협회 활동에 관심있는 분들게 표준화의 경제적 쟁점, 표준과 무역장벽 등 통상문제 관련 표준화 활동사항에 관하여 유익한 정보를 제공하리라 사료되어 소개해 보았다.

농업－공동체 임업은 토지－나무－인간 사이의 관계를 폭넓게 포함하고 있으나 이 논문에서는 농업－공동체 임업활동이 베트남의 산지의 지속가능한 이용에 초점을 두고 있다. 농업－공동체 임업(AF와 CF)은 베트남에서 시급한 국가우선사항이 된 개발과 보전을 함께 고려할 수 있는 기능을 지닌 것으로 받아드려지고 있다. 베트남에서 AF와 CF를 동시에 지원할 수 있는 자원은 한정되어 있으며, 제약 사항은 위협적이고 시급한 상황이고, 황폐화가 진행될수록 복원은 어려워지는데, 농업의 생산성 감소에 따른 산촌주민들의 가족 부양을 위한 생태계 파괴도 가속화되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이 연구는 농업－공동체 임업활동이 베트남의 산지 자원의 지속가능한 이용에 있어서의 연관된 문제들, 발전에의 제한요인, 특히 정책 제한요인을 분석하고 베트남 농업－공동체 임업 개발의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

한 중 일 표준협력에 관한 공동성명을 통해 나라는 국제표준의 공동개발과 제안을 위해 주요 관심분야에 대한 공통표준화를 연구하고, 정보와 전문가 교류, 동북아 지역의 국제표준화 및 공통표준화 촉진을 위해 동북아 표준협력포럼을 활성화하며, 무역 촉진을 위해 표준과 적합성 평가의 기여도 향상 방안을 공동으로 연구한다는 데 합의했다. 이러한 동북아 표준협력포럼에 거는 기대는 매우 크다. 공동선언에서 제시된 바와 같이 공통표준 제정을 토대로 지역적 표준협력을 넘어 세계화에 효과적인 대응을 도모할 수 있기 때문이다.

Traditionally, the value of a product or service was provided to customers by the manufacturer. However, in modern society, participation of consumers in the production of goods and services is widely integrated into the general activities of corporations. Collaborative innovation refers to the company and customer working together in creating value with the customers participating in the designing, production, marketing, and sales of products. Accordingly, it would be ill-fitted to conduct collaborative innovation using previous business methods. Though collaborative innovation in the business sector is expected to increase, there are limits to its implementation at present. This study proposes framework in developing collaborative innovation-purpose business models and a conceptual platform for its execution.

Language is connected with culture, and have a function of social and cultural integration. Also social participation is known to conduct an important role in promoting identity of immigrants. This study aimed to investigate the effect of variables such as the level of proficiency in Korean language, and experience in local society activity on community sense of married immigrant women in Korean rural areas. The result showed that the level of proficiency in Korean language had the greatest effect on their sense of community, and experience in local society activity seemed to have intermediation effect on it. In conclusion, based on results of this study, plans improving proficiency of Korean language of the immigrants and participation in local society activities were suggested.
