  • 최근들어 우리나라의 급속한 고도성장과 더불어 수송물동량과 교통인구의 증가로 인해 자동차로 부터 배출되는 배기가스의 공해가 커다란 사회적인 문제로 부각됨에 따라 날로 심각해져 가는 대 기오염을 방지하기 위하여 한국의 차량비율중 50%이상을 차지하고 있는 디젤엔진으로부터의 배 기사스 저감이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정에 있다. 한편 우리나라 자동차산업 및 엔진산업은 최근 몇 년동안 양적인 면에서 괄목할만한 성장을 해왔으나, 아직까지 선진제조기술의 모방단 계를 벗어나지 못했기 때문에 질적인 면에서는 선진국과 경쟁할만한 자체기술 개발능력이 부족한 상태이다. 따라서 지난 10여년동안 세계 유명엔진 제조업체와 기술제휴를 통한 기술축적, 끊임 없는 연구개발, 생산기술 향상 등을 통하여 국내 디젤엔진 업계를 선도하고 있는 대우중고업은 지난 30년동안 350여개 이상의 엔진을 설계, 개발한 경험을 갖고 있는 세계적인 내연기관 연구 소인 Austria의 AVL사와 공동으로 기존시장에서 호평을 받고 있는 M.A.N.엔진을 기본 Model로 하여 저공해고효율 및 고BMEP특성을 갖춘 D1146 Series, D2366 Series를 개발함으로써 국내 자동차 공업의 기술수준 향상과 국제경쟁력 확보를 통하여 수출산업으로 육성하고자 하였다.

  • Since the transportation cost takes two thirds of the logistics cost of Korean firms, significant reduction of business logistics cost can hardly be achieved without effective reduction of the transportation cost. Although consolidated transportation has been regarded as the most promising strategy for reducing the transportation cost, it has not been successful in practice. In this paper, we propose a consolidated transportation model for firms located in industrial complexes, present a heuristic algorithm to operate the system, and analyze the expected cost reduction.

해운이슈 - 한국해양수산개발원, 최근 해운시장 이슈와 대응에 대해 발표

  • 최근 해운시장에서 가장 이슈가 되는 주저는 해운시황 전망과 선사의 유동성 확보 대책으로 집약된다. 현재 해운시장에서는 해운시황 전망, 특히 운임회복 시기 문제가 가장 중심적인 이슈이다. 그리고 국내선사의 공통적인 문제인 유동성 확보 제, 이에 대한 해결책으로 거론되는 Primary CBO 발행과 패스트 트랙(Fast Track) 문제 등도 중요한 이슈로 거론되고 있다. 또한 선사 경영(수익성)에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 유가 문제, 이를 해결하기 위한 방편에서 선박 연료유 헷징과 공동구매도 관심을 물고 있는 문제가 있다. 유가 문제는 과거의 해운 불황기에 크게 문제가 되지 않았으나, 최근에는 해운기업의 경영난을 가장 크게 가중시키고 있다. 한편 해운시장에서 국적선사를 더욱 어렵게 하는 요인은 국내 대량화물의 외국적 선사의 참여문제이다. 석탄, 철광선, LNG 등의 대량화물은 국가경제발전에도 매우 중요한 전략물자임과 동시에 선사입장에서도 가장 중요한 화물임에도 외국적 선사의 수송이 근절되지 않고 계속 늘어나고 있다. 다음은 한국해양수산개발원 황진회 센터장이 발표한 "최근 해운시장 이슈와 대응"의 주요 내용을 요약 정리한 것이다.

A Comparative Experiment on the Hydrate Structures I and II for the Solid Transportation of Natural Gas (천연가스 고체화수송을 위한 하이드레이트 구조 I과 II에 대한 비교실험)

  • Natural gas hydrate typically contains 85 wt.% water and 15 wt.% natural gas, and commonly belongs to cubic structure I and II. Also, 1m$^3$ hydrate of natural gas can be decomposed to 200 m$^3$ natural gas at standard condition. If this characteristic of hydrate is reversely utilized, natural gas is fixed into water and produced to hydrate. Therefore the hydrate is great as a means to transport and store natural gas. So, the tests were performed on the formation of natural gas hydrate is governed by the pressure, temperature, gas composition etc. The results show that the equilibrium pressure of structure II is approximately 65% lower and the solubility is about 3 times higher than structure I. Also if the subcoolings of structure I and structure II are more than 9 K and 11 K respectively, the hydrates are rapidly formed.

자율운항선박 충돌회피 시점에 관한 기초 연구

  • 전세계적으로 자율운항선박 기술개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있으며, IMO(국제해사기구)에서는 자율운항선박 도입을 위한 제도적 측면에서 검토 중이다. 우리나라도 해수부-산업부 공동으로 자율운항선박 기술개발사업을 진행 중이며, 2025년까지 자율화등급 3수준의 기술개발을 목표로 한다. 본 연구는 자율운항선박 항해에 기초가 될 충돌회피 시점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라 연안의 해상교통조사 자료를 이용하여 선박운항자의 피항시점(CPA, TCPA, 위험도, 이격거리, 선수방향차이 등)을 파악하고자 한다. 피항시점은 자율운항시스템의 기초학습자료로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

A Study on the Competitiveness Improvement of Coastal Shipping for Northeast Asia Logistics-Hub (동북아 물류거점화를 위한 연안해운 경쟁력 제고방안에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to present the alternatives for improving coostal shipping logistics system to be a logistic hub-nation with a competitive edge. For this purpose, major environmental factors in Northeast Asia and accordingly its effects are analyzed And then the effects of coastal shipping system's development strategy is analysed using Structural Equation Model and Multiple Regression Model. Research results show that three types of coastal shipping development strategy( connected transportation system, structure of coastal shipping system, governmental support policy) will contribute much to being a logistics hub-nation. From the results, some implications are derived as follows. Firstly, environmental-friendly balanced ocean-coastal transport system is required Secondly, a excusive feeder port, Ro-Ro ship & high-speed ship are necessary to establish the one-stop logistics service system Finally, governmental support policy and subsidy(tax-exempted oil & various tax benefits) are required to reactivate lagged coastal shipping system to be a logistic hub-nation with a competitive edge.

  • The purpose of this research is to present the improvement measure of lagging behind coastal shipping system to be a logistic hub-nation with a competitive edge. For this purpose, this research tries to find out major northeast asia environment factors and accordingly the effects of its. The effects of coastal shipping system's development strategy is analysed by structural equation model and multiple regression model. Research results show that three types of coastal shipping developing strategy(connected transportation system, structure of coastal shipping system, governmental support policy) will contribute much to be logistic hub-nation. The contribution effects is increasing cargo from strengthened feeder transport system and maximizing logistic service &minimizing logistic costs. From the result, some implications are derived as follow. First, familiar environmental balanced ocean-coastal transport system is required. Second the one-stop logistic service system is necessary to build excusive feeder port, and to establish Ro-Ro ship & high-speed ship, etc.. Third, governmental support policy and subsidy(tax exempted oil & various tax benefits) are required to bring up lagging behind coastal shipping system to be a logistic hub-nation with a competitive edge.

Separation of the Heavy Metals by macrocycles- mediated Emulsion Liquid Membrane Systems (거대고리 화합물을 매질로한 에멀존 액체막게에 의한 중금속이온의 분리)

  • Result of this study indicate that two criteria must be met in order to have effective macrocycle-mediated transport in these emulsionsystem. First, one must effective extraction of the post transition metals, $Cd^{2+}$. $Pb^{2+}$ and $Hg^{2+}$ , into toluene membrane. The effectiveness of this extraction is greatest if log K values for the metal-macrocycle interaction is large. Second, the ratio of the log K values for the metal ion-receiving phase to the metal ion-macrocycle interaction must be large enough to ensure quantitative stripping of the metal ion at the toluene phase interface. Control of the first step can be obtained by appropriate selection of macrocycle donor atom, substituents, and cavity radius. The second step can be controlled by selecting the proper complexing agent for inclusion in the receiving phase. The order of the transport, when using the several $A^-$ species such as $SCN^-$, $1^-$, $Br^-$ and $Cl^-$ is the order of the changing degree of solvation for $A^-$ and the transport of the metals is also affected by the control of concentration for receiving species because of solubility-differences. In this study, we can seperate each single metal ion from the mixture of $Cd^{2+}$, $Pb^{2+}$, and $Hg^{2+}$ ions by using the toluene membranes controlled by optimized conditions. Transport of the single metal is also very good, and alkaline and alkaline earth metals as interferences ions did not affect the seperation of the metals in this macrocycle-liquid membrances but transition metal ions were partially affected as interferences for the post transition metal ions.
