삶의 질을 구성하는 사회공간적 요소들은 현실 세계의 각 영역들, 즉 물질적, 생태적, 상징적 영역들에 상응하는 입지. 환경, 장소라는 3가지 개념들로 범주화될 수 있다. 이들은 삶의 질의 구체적 내용들, 즉 기본수요에의 접근, 생태적 안전의 보장, 그리고 공동체적 정체성의 확보와 관련된다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 ‘삶의 질’을 위한 공간을 3가지 영역으로 유형화하고, 이의 구체적 지표들을 설정하여, 대구시민들을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과를 분석하였다. 또한 본 논문은 이러한 3가지 사회공간적 요소들을 종합적으로 고려하는 공동체의 개념을 제시하고, 삶의 질을 고양시키기 위한 공동체적 생활정치를 강조한다.

Healthcare facilities undergo substantial renovation and remodeling to accommodate changing technologies and regulatory requirements, thereby generating significant quantities of construction-related wastes, and subjecting building occupants to noise, dust, and other health impacting disruptions associated with construction. By designing flexible, adaptive, generic spaces, buildings can better respond to changes imposed by architectural composition of interpersonal and community space of hospital ward with minimum needs renovation and remodeling. This study focuses on the design principles of enhancing flexibility in architectural composition of interpersonal and community space of hospital ward. The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for designing interpersonal and community space of hospital ward through ecological flexible design principles with case on interpersonal and community space of hospital ward.

우리의 선인들은 자연환경과 풍토조건을 고려하여 ‘인간과 자연의 합일’이라는 안정된 생활환경공간을 조성하였는바 복거관에 따라 주거지를 조성하고 경작물재배에 유리한 조건을 만들며 이웃과 공동생활을 영위할 수 있는 삶터를 경영하였으며, 우주관에 따라 생활영역을 구축하여 삶에 대한 의미와 가치를 정신세계로 확장시켜 나가는 형이상학적 관념을 엿볼 수 있게 한다. 즉, 전통마을의 경영에는 하늘과 땅과 사람(천+지+인, 산+수+방위+사람)이 조우하여 균형을 이루고 합일되는 생명영속사상의 준거틀을 운용하여 물질적 풍요는 물론 정신적 풍요를 중시하는 환경설계 철학을 엿볼 수 있다. 특히, 마을의 조영체들을 자연환경 속으로 깊숙이 관입시켜 생태환경에 대한 질서와 평형원리를 존중하는 유기체론적 설계목표를 반영하였다. 안정된 생활환경공간으로서 생태적 네트워크를 구축한 환경설계기법은 입지, 토지이용과 동선, 주거형태, 생태, 영역성, 교육생활문화, 경관, 공동체 구성과 관련된 원칙의 내용을 담고 있다.

$\ulcorner$2000년 인구 및 주택 조사$\lrcorner$ 자료에 의하면 전체 가구 중에서 단독주택 가구가 40.38%, 공동 주택 가구가 58.79%를 차지하고 있다. 아파트, 연립주택, 다세대주택 등으로 이루어진 공동주택이 이제 우리의 일상적인 주거양식이 되었다고 할 수 있다. 다시 말해 공동주택 주거양식은 현대적인 생활양식으로 우리의 보편적인 주거형태이며 대도시뿐만 아니라 중소도시의, 심지어 면 소재지에 이르기까지 우리의 주요한 주거 공간이 되었다. 이러한 현대적인 주거 생활은 도시화의 상징이자 도시 생활양식의 확산에 있어서 중요한 기능을 하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of users'behavior for the planning of the shared community space(SCS). It was analyzed and estimated that the present status of the SCS of the contemporary multi-family housing sites in Korea and the residents'behavior in the SCS. Theoretic investigation and empirical research methods were used in this study. The empirical survey focused on seeking out user-oriented design criteria, based on the analysis of residents'usage behavior for the SCS. The analysis was made by both quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of this study are as follows; First, as to the usage status survey for the SCS, there is a difference in the degree of usage according to their locations. Second, as to the analysis of the SCS through a mental map, the sketch map analysis is found to be a useful research method for the SCS planning by actualizing the residents'behavior characteristics. In detail, the main characteristics in the SCS planning are nearness, centrality, intimacy, combination of facilities and the connection with the main paths of the complex.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 오늘날 인간생활 행태의 변화뿐만 아니라 미래건축 공간에도 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 그 중에서도 인간의 가장 기본적인 생활환경인 주거 공간의 변화는 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 지능형 홈, 사이버 아파트 등의 새로운 미래주거 공간이 나타나고 홈네트워크 시스템을 이용한 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스가 적용되고 있다. 그러나 거주자를 위한 유비쿼터스 서비스가 공간에 적절히 적용되지 않는 사례가 발생하고 있고 수요자 요구와 관련 없이 서비스가 설계되어 있어 효율성이 떨어지는 문제점도 나타나고 있다. 이는 현재의 홈네트워크가 IT 업계가 제공한 솔루션과 기기 중심으로 서비스가 개발되고, 공급자 위주의 기능의 편리성을 위주로 제공되고 있기 때문이며, 주택을 잘 알고 있는 건설인과의 협업이나 최종 사용자의 기호가 고려되고 있지 않기 때문이다. 더욱 중요한 것은 초기 디자인 단계에서 이러한 문제점들이 수용되고 있지 못하고 공간 디자인과 서비스 개발이 유리화되어 선 시공 후, 서비스를 끼워 맞추기식으로 계획하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 서비스 개발의 관점에서 접근하여 공동 주택의 초기 디자인 단계에서 수요자가 원하는 서비스를 공간에 적용하여 부합되는지를 살펴보고, 이에 따라 적절한 미래공간을 디자인 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 공간정보 데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 공동주택 유비쿼터스 서비스 개발을 위한 기초 연구에 그 목적을 둔다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the direction for a process of change of the Community Space of Apartment Complex in national capital. Before looking at the change of Community Space of Apartment Complex, the study has been made of the chronological change in the policy of the house and the kind of Community Space since the 1960's. The method of this study is analyzing the existing study and the case study that is systematized present situation of each Community Space. The following are found out from this study, the policy of house in Korea has been developed to suitable direction, Community Space of the Apartment has been varied for the living environment in quality.

Light is an important environmental element for people to live and do creative activities in residential areas. Especially, people are used to live under artificial light in artificial interior surroundings for the most times. Currently, the lighting quality of residential areas has been improved, but it still does not reach to the recommended level because the luminous environment of present residential areas is only based on the life behavior which puts its priority to clear vision. Therefore, it is necessary that proper standard illumination must be used for various uses and purposes. From this point of view, this paper investigated the essence of light in residential areas, and the luminous environment for apartments was measured This paper finally established well-coordinated standard illuminance, derived from the measurement and analysis of luminous environment from these cases.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the characteristics of the elderly living community in rural areas on the life satisfaction of the elderly. The subjects of study were 670 elderly people living at the living communities in Jeollabuk-do. In order to achieve the research purpose, multiple regression analysis model was applied using community characteristics as independent variables and life satisfaction as dependent variable. Among community variables, programs, mutual support, pysical space satisfaction, community consciousness and conflict, household labor burden are significant variables for life satisfaction. Among the personal characteristics, subjective health, monthly average income, marriage status(bereavement) are found to have a significant effect on life satisfaction. These results suggest that the influence of community characteristics as well as individual characteristics are important on the life satisfaction of the elderly living in the group life. The results of this study suggest such as policy implications that living community features such as interactions among seniors, programs, and their relationship with local residents are the important intervention points for improving life satisfactions of the elderly living community in rural area.

인류의 생활터전인 공간과 시간에 대한 정보화를 통해 수치지도, 위성영상 등의 공간정보 활용이 급증하는 추세이다. 공간정보 처리 기술은 각각의 활용분야에 따라 제각기 발전하여 실제 업무에 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 각각의 독립적인 분야별 발전은 한계에 다다르기 마련이어서 공간정보를 통합함으로써 상승효과를 얻기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 공간정보를 처리하는 GIS, SIIS, GNSS, ITS의 단위 기술들을 통합하기 위한 4S 기술에 대해 언급하고 공간정보를 연계하여 공동활용하기 위한 데이터 제공자 컴포넌트 및 4S 핵심 컴포넌트에 대해 살펴본다. 데이터 제공자 컴포넌트 기술은 저장형식과 상관없이 표준화된 인터페이스를 제공하여 공간정보를 공동활용하기 위한 기술이다. 4S 핵심 컴포넌트 기술은 단위 기술별로 공통된 핵심 기능들을 정의하고 컴포넌트로 개발하는 것이다. 데이터 제공자 컴포넌트 및 4S 핵심 컴포넌트 기술은 상이한 공간정보를 연계하는 응용 시스템 개발시에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. 즉, 요구되는 기능에 해당하는 컴포넌트들을 조립식 블록처럼 조합하여 사용할 수 있도록 해준다.
