음식물쓰레기 자원화를 위한 공동주택 거주자의 음식물쓰레기 배출량 및 자원화 의향에 관한 분석 (An Analysis of Food Waste Generation of Residents and Food Waste Resources in Multifamily Housing)

  • 음식물쓰레기의 발생량과 자원화 의향에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 최근 건설된 공동주택 단지에 거주하는 주부 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지는 SPSS window version 18.0 통계분석 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계와 추리통계를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과, 공동주택 단지의 주부들은 일반적으로 대형마트를 이용하여 식재료를 구매하고 있었으며, 음식물쓰레기를 버리는 주된 이유는 장기보관으로 인한 손상 및 부패였다. 계절에 따른 음식물쓰레기 종류가 달랐으며, 이는 식생활과 밀접하였다. 요인분석을 통해 음식물쓰레기 발생단계를 식재료 구매, 음식 소비 및 조리, 음식물쓰레기 배출 등 3가지로 나뉘어 음식물쓰레기 발생량과 자원화 의향 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 음식물쓰레기의 발생량에 미치는 영향 요인은 음식물쓰레기 수거단계 특성이었으며, 음식물쓰레기 자원화 의향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 식재료 구매단계 특성이었다. 즉, 음식물쓰레기 발생량은 단지 내 음식물쓰레기 수거환경이 양호할수록 증가하였고, 음식물쓰레기 자원화는 사전구매계획이 미비할수록 쓰레기 발생을 높았다. 따라서, 쓰레기 종량제 실시에도 불구하고 식생활 문화와 생활수준 향상에 따른 음식의 과소비는 여전하므로, 발생된 음식물쓰레기의 자원화 기술 개발과 제도적 지원을 보다 적극적으로 모색해야 할 것이다.

공동생활시설 내 지적 장애인의 일상생활동작 및 대인관계에 미치는 원예치료의 영향 (Effect of Horticultural Therapy on Activities of Daily Living and Interpersonal Relation of Institutionalized Intellectual Disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 공동생활시설에서 거주하는 지적장애인을 대상으로 원예치료가 일상생활동작 및 대인관계 향상에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 원예치료대상자는 제주시 용담동 J시설에 거주하는 지적장애인 대조군 8명, 실험군 8명 이었다. 원예치료 프로그램은 2009년 3월부터 2009년 7월 중순까지 주 1회 2시간씩 총 20회 실시하였다. 일상생활동작 평가 결과 대조군의 경우 식사동작을 제외하고 모든 항목의 기능이 실험기간 동안 변화가 없거나 오히려 떨어졌다. 실험군의 경우 대조구와는 반대로 원예치료에 의해서 이동동작을 제외한 일상생활동작평가의 모든 항목이 유의하게 향상되었다. 대인관계 평가 결과 대조군은 실험 전 42.25점에서 실험 후에도 42.25점으로 변화가 없었으나, 실험군의 경우 대조구와는 달리 실험 전 41.75점에서 실험 후 50.37점으로 8.62점이 증가하여 99% 수준에서 고도로 유의한 변화를 보였다. 그룹활동 평가 결과 신체적 지각적 능력, 사회적 교류, 인지능력, 감정상태, 직업적 관심이 통계적으로 고도로 유의하게(99%) 향상되었다. 이상의 결과로부터 원예치료 프로그램이 공동 생활시설내 지적 장애인들의 일상생활동작 및 대인관계 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

공동주거단지 개발에 따른 주변 거주자의 생활권 인식변화특성 연구 - 광주광역시 사례를 중심으로 - (Study on the Changes in Residents’ Perception of Neighborhood in the Surrounding Area after the Housing Complex Development - Focused on the cases in Gwang-Ju -)

  • This study aims to examine how residents' perception of Neighborhood in the surrounding area changes to the spatial configuration changes due to co-residential area development in old urban area, and find out the characteristics of the perception changes. The research findings are as follows: First, the results of the spatial configuration changes analyzed by Space Syntax Model show that the integration value is between 0.5 and 0.7, which implies that the development in the old urban area does not contribute to the establishment of hierarchy. When the development takes place with the renewal of streets with consideration of the urban context, however, the integration improves relatively. Second, the actual distance and accessibility due to the street network appear to influence the residents' perception of Neighborhood. After the development, the residents' scope of perception increases on average. Third, the changes in the integration value of the streets after the development appear to influence the residents' scope of perception of Neighborhood. It turns out that there are frequent changes in the residents' scope of perception in the surrounding area around the streets with large increase in integration value, and the perception scope also moves to the center.

관리자와 거주자의 인식 비교를 통한 공동주택 유지관리 항목 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Maintenance Factors of Multi-family Housing through a Comparison of the Awareness of Managers and Resident)

  • Professional management of multi-family housing to maintain physical environments was essential to cope with timeworn housings as the residents share various facilities and spaces therein altogether. Therefore, this research intended to collect the key aspects and items for efficient management of multi-family housing and such data and information was obtained partly by way of conducting survey of the residents therein. This research conducted survey 3 times questionnaire with the residents (n=30) living in multi-family housings and managers (n=30) of multi-family housings. 3 times surveys that consisted of 1 open end and 2 closed end was conducted to draw objectified results and experimental analysis was made at each stage to achieve the purpose of this study. And survey period to fill in a questionnaire was Aug. 17. 2012-Sep. 05. 2012. This research revealed that maintaining safety and healthy and high quality living environment is critical in the management of multi-family housing. Accordingly, proper management manual prepared complying with the requirements of the residents in the multi-family housing management.

화재피난 방안 수립을 위한 공동주택 거주자의 발코니 사용실태 조사 (A Study on the Use of Balcony Areas to Improve Fire Escape for Residents in Apartments)

  • With the increase of apartments and expansion of balcony areas, fire safety issues are becoming more important. Many researchers have conducted a lot of researches to reduce vertical flame spread in the balcony when an apartment unit is in fire. However, there have rarely been studies to use balcony area as a space for fire escape and evacuation. The study aims to examine the conditions of balcony use in apartments in order to find out prevention elements from fire escape and evacuation, and to investigate residents' satisfaction with balcony. For this study, questionnaires were collected from apartment residents and workers of architectural planning and construction companies. The findings show as follows: first, the balcony is generally used as a storage in each apartment unit nowadays. Second, when fire breaks out, many storage items could disturb residents' safe escape by blocking escape route, and easily promote to spread flame vertically in the balcony.

  • The number of 1 or 2 households is rapidly increasing due to the participants of women in the working society, the increment of unmarried men, and the change in family structure. The current housing market and the housing administration focuses more on the bigger number of households so that single person households are being neglected. As more individuals move to the capital, living in the city for a single person household has become very difficult. Sharing has become an important aspect among the society and shared housings have hit the minds of single person households as a new way of living. Comprehensive properties, boarding houses, housings for studying (Go-Si-Won), and officetels match the ideas of shared housings. The absent of clear standards on private rooms and shared facilities is making the living very challenging. This study aim to understand foreign (England, Australia, and Japan) institutional characteristics for shared housings to build foundations in order to bring in shared housings into Korea. The residential concept can not be applied to shared housings in Korea directly since the idea of living is different for each nation and its cultural distinctions. However, a clear classification and standards on shared housings depending on the size of the house and number of residents are needed alongside with an index of principles and residential criteria.

공동주택 거주자의 층간소음 갈등 경험에 따른 사회적 해결방안 (Social Inter-Floor Noiseproof Measures According to Experiences of Conflict in Multi-Family Housing)

  • This study aims to develop a solution to inter-floor noise complaints by exploring cases of noise complaints between floors and by identifying the demands and needs of the residents. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting residents who were sorted into groups depending on their experiences with inter-floor noise. This survey was carried out from June 11, 2014 to June 16, 2014. A total of 100 copies of the questionnaire was distributed to the residents, of which 98 were completed and collected. Data were statistically processed in accordance with SPSS WIN 18.0. The results showed that the leading causes of inter-floor noise complaints were residents' differences in schedules and their inconsideration in behavior. Thus, the solution to this issue is three-fold: first, to take social measures in order to improve communication and understanding between residents so they can be mindful of their noise levels; second, to reinforce noise control regulation; and third, to improve noise reduction design within the building architecture.

일본의 지역친화형 노인복지시설 사례를 통해서 본 노인요양공동생활가정의 계획 방향 (Review of Planning on the Congregate Nursing Homes Based on the Case Study for the Local Friendly Elderly Welfare Facilities in Japan)

  • The purpose of this research is to explore the best examples from Japan to derive spatial and institutional characteristics. This study used the field survey method for 6 elderly welfare facilities in Japan. The characteristics of local friendly facility are as follows; First of all, since elderly care facilities in South Korea are separated from local community and facility plans are large-scaled and unified which are disconnected from local area, this research set aging in community, multi-function, diversity, and intergeneration into the concept that is necessary for local friendly facilities. Secondly, residential environment plan's basic directions are 1) plan that minimizes facilities-like atmosphere, 2) spatial plan that focuses on the elderly dignity and privacy, 3) comfortable and enjoyable communal living space plan, 4) local friendly and communicating plan, 5)plan that minimizes staff's care giving burden. Thirdly, the rooms necessary for local friendly facility model are composed of bedroom, dining room, kitchen, living room, garden, toilet, laundry room, bathroom, corridor, and office based on the legal installation standards.

공동주택의 세대 구성유형과 면적에 따른 MSW 발생량 추정모델 개발 (A New Estimation Model of MSW Generation Based on Household Composition-types and Floor Area in Apartment House)

  • As improving our standard of living, demographic change or industrial development, MSW that is closely linked to human behavior has been occurred much change. Notably, we usually have incinerated the combustible waste. In the process, they also emit a large amount of greenhouse gas that has directly affected the global warming and environmental pollution. Therefore, we need to make control system to manage future production and reduce generation of MSW. Thus this study analyzed the generation of MSW according to household members and floor area in apartment housing occupies the highest share. Then, we used both a correlation analysis and a regression analysis to make new estimation model of MSW generation. Based on this study, the results were used to suggest a method to efficiently handle MSW in the case of planning urban environment. Also, build a database to set up the integrated management system of MSW in the future.

철도소음과 그 영향 (Railroad Noise and its Impact)

  • 철도는 대량수송 및 정시제 운행이라는 중요한 역할을 하면서도 다른 한편으로는 철도연변에 거주하고 있는 사람들에게 상당한 소음공해를 미쳐 정온한 생활환경을 누릴 권리를 침해하고 있음에도 불구하고 철도소음을 관리하는 기준이나 대책등이 아직 미미한 실정이다. 향후 5년 내에는 고속철도의 등장도 확실하지만 기존 재래식 철도에 대한 소음 실태 자료마저 충분치 않아 철도연변의 소음진동 문제를 해결하기 위한 기본적 수단인 소음 기준 제시를 위해서는 폭넓은 기초 자료확보와 새로운 관련연구가 요청되었다. 이러한 필요성에 따라 전기기관차를 중심으로 영동선, 중앙선, 태백선, 경인선, 경원선 및 대도시 도심지를 관통하는 호남선 및 경부선 중에서 측정환경이 양호한 22개 지역을 선정하여 기존 철도의 구간별 30분, 1시간, 2시간, 3시간 등가소음도를 측정하였고 선로의 조건, 열차의 종류 및 속도, 거리권별 등에 따른 개별열차 통행시의 소음특성을 조사하여 철도소음의 기준 설정과 방지대책 강구시에 활용할 수 있도록 하며, 열차 통행속도로부터 최고소음도를 추정하여 주변지역의 등가소음도를 산정할 수 잇는 예측식을 도출하여 측정방법 개정에 활용하고, 그리고 선로변에 위치한 공동주택을 대상으로 층별 철도소음 노출도와 열차통과시의 공동주택 실내.외의 소음도를 비교조사하여 벽체 차음 효과를 조사하였고 철도소음에 대한 주민반응 조사를 하였다.
