서촌한옥마을 조사에 따른 한옥지구 보전 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the preservation plan of Traditional District by Research in Seochon Hanok village)

  • 본 연구는 한옥에 대한 인식의 변화와 가치가 재조명되는 상황에서 향후 우리나라 고유의 한옥마을을 보전하고 활성화하기 위해 요구되고 개선되어야 하는 것이 무엇인지를 연구하였다. 분석방법은 한옥 거주지의 문제점을 파악하고 그에 대한 개선방안 및 개선 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석결과로 한옥자체의 건축적인 요소의 보전도 필요하나 더불어 더 중요한 것은 공동체적인 마을단위의 고유의 역사성과 문화성을 재창조하여 가치를 높이고 체계적이고 계획적인 보전 및 개발을 위한 도시계획적인 차원에서 주민의 협조와 정부의 정책적인 지원과 배려가 요구된다는 것을 제시하였다.

기 개발 아파트단지의 범죄예방 환경설계(CPTED) 적용 방안 (A Plan for the Application of CPTED to the Developed Apartment Complex)

  • 본 연구는 현재 운영되고 있는 CPTED기법의 대부분이 새로이 개발되는 아파트단지에 적용되고 있고, 기 개발 아파트단지는 상대적으로 범죄에 노출되어 있다는 문제인식을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 CPTED기법 적용시 발생되는 비용적 측면을 고려하여 거주민의 범죄예방 선호 공간 및 시설을 조사하였으며, 다음으로 기존의 물리적 환경의 변화 없이 신규 도입이 가능한 CPTED 계획요소를 도출하여 기 개발 아파트단지의 CPTED 적용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 CPTED 적용의 1순위 공간은 아파트 단지입구, 지하주차장, 공원 및 휴게시설, 엘리베이터, 건물내 계단 및 복도이며, 2순위는 보행로, 담장, 1층 중앙현관, 3순위는 단지내 상가와 공동시설, 지상주차장이다.

미국 저층 공동주택 거주자의 소음 환경에 대한 주관적 평가 - Athens시를 중심으로 - (A Subjective Evaluation on the Noise Environment of the Low-rise Multifamily House in Athens, U. S. A)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate residents subjective opinion of the noise on the low-rise multifamily house in U.S.A. The results of this study can be applied for the prevention of noise when planning cities, roads, and multifamily houses in Korea. The subjects of this study are three kinds of multifamily houses and their 109 residents in Athens, U.S.A. The results of this study are as follows. The residents felt the noise from lawn mowers and the sound from filter fans of air conditioners were higher than in the other external noise. The residents daily activities were disturbed a little by the external noise. Of the internal noise, the air home sound was recognized a little by residents. They only felt a moderate sound level from the building services of the solid borne sound. They suffered worse from noise in the summer and they felt worse from 16∼20 o'clock due to noise. The residents who were living in town houses felt better than those in the other multifamily houses. (Korean J Human Ecology 1(2):61∼74. 1998)

  • 본 연구는 소비자 의식조사를 통한 친환경적 리모델링의 문제점을 분석한 후 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 리모델링 시장 현황 및 시장 전망을 분석하였다. 다음으로 거주자들의 소비자 의식을 통하여 친환경적 리모델링의 문제점을 도출하고 이에 따라 친환경적 리모델링의 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 제시한다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법으로 진행된 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 친환경적 리모델링의 의식조사를 위한 대상을 선정한 후 의식조사를 통하여 문제점을 분석하였다. 둘째, 분석된 문제점을 바탕으로 친환경적 리모델링의 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to support satisfaction for reasonable management method to elevate the enhancement of management attitude and the satisfaction of management state for Multi-family Housing. This study was intended to find out variables which influence on the satifaction and attitude of resident to the management of Apartment, and to investigate variables influencing on the satisfaction and attitude of resident to the management of Apartment. In this study, survey research method is employed. The sample is taken from 336 APT. resident's living in Seoul, from 13th of Sep. to 20th of Sep, in 1993. Used statistica] method are Frequency, Percentage, 1-test, One-way Anova, Duncan-test, Multip]e Regression. The major finding were as follows: 1) The work of management of Multi-family Housing was classified into three type ; a)administration management b) maintenance management c) community-life control. 2) The management attitude of Apartment inhabitant is very high, especially .the attitude of maintenance management is the higest. But they disagree with the raise of management cost necessary to maintenance management. 3) The satisfaction of administration management, maintenance management, community-life control management is all low in the management condition of Apartment.'1'he management method of present Apartment shows a little problem.

공동주택단지 거주자의 자연지향과 녹환경 인식구조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cognition Structure of Green Environment of Resident in the Multi-family Housing)

  • In this study, we analyzed the state of outdoor-space use and green-environment development for apartment residents, and investigated their ways of thinking on nature orientation and green environment. The results are as follows. 1) The ways of thinking and actual use of outdoor space by apartment residents appear different. 2) Due to the difference of apartment locations and complex environments, the state and reason of green environment construction are different between the residents of high-rise and low-storied apartments. 3) The residents of the low-storied apartments are more satisfied with the green environments of the complex than those of the high-rise apartments. In addition, constructing the green environment in a balcony and outdoor space enhances the satisfaction level of the apartment residents. 4) The residents of the low-storied apartments are passive in nature orientation, while those of the high-rise apartments are active. 5) Depending on the types of nature orientation, the apartment residents are grouped as 'people of nature experience', 'nature appreciators', or 'people of living-thing contact'. These groups show different patterns on the ways of thinking for outdoor space and green environment.

경년에 따른 공동주택 거주자의 주거환경 만족도 및 관리의식 조사연구 (A study on the Residential Satisfaction and Maintenance Consciousness to the Life Span of Apartment)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the fundamental data for the gradual apartment management plan. Through the questionnaire survey, residential satisfactions and maintenance consciousness were investigated. As the result of statistic analysis, the residents' needs for improvement according to the life span of apartment communities were found out. And we can also compare the differences about maintenance consciousness to the life span of apartment. The major research findings are as follows. First, the satisfaction averages according to the life span of apartment communities were classified two groups, less than 10 years' and over than 10 years'. By the requirement for improvement according as the life span apartment communities, habitability factors was demanded in less tham 10 years' group and safety factors was required in over than 10 years' group, Second, dwellers have high preference about remodeling to reconstruction. Especially we have to pay attention to the result that positive consciousness of remodeling and long term reparative marked highly in the group which has the short elapsed years. These results represent the possibility gradual step-by-step remodeling. In other words, the object of remodeling is not only odeteriorated apartments but also new apartments to have short elapsed years.

  • The housing is a human's basic space and the comfort and the safety are the most basic conditions. According to the flow of age for Well-Being since the 21th, the suppliers and the users of apartment are making best effort now for the embossment of green environmental quality of apartment, and outstretch their hands for marketing strategic purposes in a side of indoor and outdoor environment with distinctive elements. But these supply and use are on progress competitively with the simple distinction, it is thought that indoor and outdoor environment are must be promoted according to the survey of residents' consciousness. So this study aims to provide basic materials with residents for the promotion of comfortable dwelling environment by solving the basic safety problem and also aims to survey and analyze the residents' safety consciousness in object of physical and non-physical environmental quality of indoor and outdoor of apartment by analyzing indoor air quality pollution, the feeling of being victimize caused by air pollution and safety consciousness according to physical environment elements.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the method on improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and to evaluate relation between improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and improving the sense of community in apartments. The research subjects of this study is the four public lease apartments which is built around same period with same design guide. The survey method is a questionnaire survey, a experimental study, focus group interview, an analysing drawing. The result of study is as follows. The first, the frequency of use and satisfaction rate have been effected by the operation management system as well as the physical circumstance. The second, The frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities have had positive correlation with sense of community. The third, multimedia room and conference room with low usability need to change a multipurpose space such as cafe, classroom for learning on artistic topic with high demand from occupant. Finally, a mindset shift is required for architects to inspire community facilities as an important mediated space improving the sense of community by suggesting spaces for leisure and hobby activities.

공동주택 거주자의 공유공간 인식에 대한 조사 연구 (A Study on the Resident Recognition of Common Space in Apartment)

  • The most ordinary form of residential type in Korea is a plate-type apartment, and the common space in these apartment is attracting as an important factor for enhancing social exchanges among neighbors and forming community consciousness. In addition, it provides a sense of psychological security by enabling natural exchanges and communication in contemporary society. It is desirable to plan the flow of space in such a way that private, semi-private, semi-public, and public spaces are linked. Semi-private and semi-public spaces can be defined as common spaces. Semi-private spaces are strongly recognized in the order of unit household entrance, main entrance, elevator, corridor, staircase, playground, bench, trail, walkway and parking lot, exercise space, main/back gate, the ability to gratify is increased sense of belonging, ownership consciousness formation, defensive function. Semi-public space is strongly recognized in the order of playground, bench, exercise space, trail, main entrance, walkway and parking lot, unit household entrance, main/back gate, corridor, staircase, elevator, the ability to gratify is increase of social contact, Secondary activity space function. In addition, the function to gratify in the common space differs according to gender and age group among resident characteristics, and differs according to corridor type, parking lot type and main entrance type. Therefore, differentiated planning of common space is needed in consideration of these differences in the design of common space in future.
