This study provides a systematic review of smart trade contracts, examining the research trends and theoretical background of utilizing smart contracts and blockchain technology for the digitalization and automation of trade contracts. Smart trade contracts are a concept that applies the automated contract system based on blockchain to trade-related transactions. The study analyzes the technical and legal challenges and proposes solutions. The technical aspect covers the development of smart contract platforms, scalability and performance improvements of blockchain networks, and security and privacy concerns. The legal aspect addresses the legal enforceability of smart contracts, automatic execution of contract conditions, and the responsibilities and obligations of contract parties. Smart trade contracts have been found to have applications in various industries such as international trade, supply chain management, finance, insurance, and energy, contributing to the ease of trade finance, efficiency of supply chains, and business model innovation. However, challenges remain in terms of legal regulations, interaction with existing legal frameworks, and technological aspects. Further research is needed, including empirical studies, business model innovation, resolution of legal issues, security and privacy considerations, standardization and collaboration, and user experience studies to address these challenges and explore additional aspects of smart trade contracts.

It is very difficult that a company could grow with its own competitiveness in modern global competition era. The pattern of competition is changing from company-to-company to supply chain network-to-supply chain network. In order to enhance competitiveness and survive capability by combining inter-enterprises core competencies, the effort to integrate and optimize supply chain are increasing. The purpose of this study was to specify the effects of SCM characteristics on supply chain partnership and corporate performance through corporate characteristics such as agility and visibility. So as to verify hypotheses, multiple regression analysis was performed by using SPSS statistical package. The results showed that SCM characteristics had the positive effect on agility and visibility, and supply chain partnership and corporate performance was statistically influenced by agility and visibility. This study contributes on the SCM related research in that it investigated SCM activities of construction machinery industry.

To solve the problem of frequent component failure in guided weapons, a process of component failure in developed countries was investigated and analyzed. The suitability of component control, including risk assessment, analysis of operational impact, and the establishment of response measures, was also demonstrated. In addition, the economic effects of component control were presented by estimating the costs incurred if component control is performed in advance, after-sales, and non-management. DMSMS problems refer to losses or impending losses of an item, raw material, or software manufacturer or supplier. A problem with the discontinuation of parts occurs when the manufacturer or supplier ceases to produce and support the necessary parts, materials, or software, or when the supply of raw materials is no longer possible. Hence, it is important to recognize that failure to all parts of the system can occur.

최근 국제물류관리는 세계화기업의 초국가적 글로벌 경영활동과 고객욕구의 다양화로 인해 기업경영에 있어 중요한 요인으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 물류관리에 있어서 항만은 주요 지역거점 물류체계의 구축과 국제물류관리의 집중화 및 통합화로 인해 공급사슬체인 상에서의 기능 및 역할의 변화가 요구되어 지고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구는 지속적인 국제물류환경 변화와 해운환경 변화로 인해 새로이 요구되는 중심항만의 기능과 역할을 분석하고, 항만경영환경 변화에 성공적으로 대처하고 있는 싱가폴항만의 대응전략을 연구·분석하고자 한다. 또한 부산항과 싱가폴항의 비교분석을 토대로 부산항이 21세기 항만경영환경변화에 대한 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.

공급체인관리(Supply Chain Management)는 단순히 물질의 흐름관리뿐만 아니라 제품의 생산, 공급, 유통 등 다양하고 복잡한 활동들의 물질 및 정보 흐름의 통합이라고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 각 구성원간의 긴밀한 협력과 공동작업을 위해서는 원활한 정보 수집 및 응답이 요구된다. 하지만 기존 시스템은 비이동성 에이전트 개념으로 네트워크의 오버헤드나 혹은 접속 단절 상황에서 작업 수행이 불가능하여 구성원간의 정보 수집과 응답이 실제 업무 처리에 지연이 발생되므로 생산에서 판매까지의 리드타임이 길어지게 되고 채찍효과(Bullwhip Effect)가 더욱 크게 나타난다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 구성원간 협력과 공동작업을 위해 효율적으로 처리되어야 할 정보 수집 및 응답을 대상으로 하는 효율적 다중 응답을 위한 이동 에이전트 시스템을 설계한다. 제안시스템은 기존 시스템의 문제 해결을 위해 이동 에이전트와 객체 복제 메커니즘을 제시하며, 또한 각 구성원 시스템의 투명성을 위해 네이밍 서비스의 구성 방법과 등록된 구성원 시스템 객체의 객체 참조자 정보에 따라 복제된 이동 에이전트가 각 구성원 시스템으로 이주하는 이주 방식과 이주 후, 개별적인 작업 수행 결과를 해당 각 구성원 시스템에 제공하는 다중 응답 시나리오를 제시한다.

The paper examines the determinants factor and business performance of global supply chain management. Partnership and process innovation were used as proxy for the characteristics of determinants factor of global supply chain management. Agility of business performance was used as proxy for the business performance of global supply chain management. Based on the analysis of sixty eight global supply chain management cases in Oil and Chemical Industry, the following results were found. Firstly, it was found that the process partnership of determinants factor affects agility of improved business performance. Secondly, process innovation of determinants factor was not improved more agility of improved business performance. However, there were several limitations such as characteristics of process innovation and partnership, etc.

The aim of this research is to identify the competencies required by logistics managers or supply chain managers in China. And this research also attempts to show their relative importance and key knowledge areas that require improvement. Using a survey questionnaire, data was collected against forty three logistics and supply chain management skills or competencies, which were then grouped into four categories and analysed. The Analysis revealed that supply chain awareness, ability to make decisions, analytical skill, communication skill, supply chain cost, people skill, and integration of internal or external information flow which belong to logistics planning group are considered the most important Competencies for effective and efficient logistics functioning. On the other hand, reverse logistics and IATA regulations from environmental awareness group show little influence on logistics managers for improving their logistics performances. The results have implications for a variety of parties including prospective logisticians, students, teachers and companies considering expanding their business to Chinese market. For example, the results permit companies to employ appropriate logistics managers who are qualified with sufficient skills and competencies suggested in this research. In the case of practitioners, the results provide a benchmark for comparison with their current level of abilities and suggested competencies.

This research aimed to understand the relationship between comparative superiority elements of the supply chain activities for food supplies in the hotel industry. The samples are obtained from exclusive hotels located in the Seoul area. A statistic package program called SPSS was employed to conduct reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results of a multiple regression analysis between supply chain management and food production strategies were as follows; company's characters and cooperative relations with suppliers had a significant impact on cost while quality was significantly affected by company's characters, information system, cooperative relations with suppliers, and supply chain activities. It was revealed that all factors had a significant impact on flexibility and delivery date.

통신기술이 1 세에서 5 세대로 발전하는 동안 해상물류의 핵심인 컨테이너는 기능상의 큰 발전없이 과거에 머물러 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 컨테이너의 위치 및 상태 정보를 수기로 관리하던 기존의 방식에서 벗어나 IoT 장비를 활용해 실시간 위치 파악, 상태 모니터링 및 자동화 등을 통해 물류의 가시성을 확보하고 컨테이너를 효율적으로 재배치함으로써 비용 절감 및 새로운 서비스 창출하기 위한 스마트 컨테이너를 제안한다. 부가적으로, 태양열판을 이용한 전원공급, 펠티어 소자를 이용한 냉방기능을 제공함으로써 신선 식품 배송의 핵심인 풀 코드 체인(Full Cold Chain) 플랫폼으로 활용범위를 넓히고자 한다.

This research tried to develop an ESS electricity trading system linked with blockchain for energy participation consumers. For the purpose of publishing renewable energy ESS power amount and demand information, we will build a smart contract system on the blockchain DB, utilize the blockchain DB data of energy prosumers and consumers, and expand the power trading market flexibly. to provide realistic solutions. Therefore, the main contents of the development of the ESS power trading system linked to the blockchain are cloud-based web construction for ESS management, coin issuance and exchange registration for activating the blockchain, and to reflect the blockchain technology, building a blockchain database for collecting and supplying ESS-based production demand data, selecting a blockchain-based platform and building a foundation, and creating a smart contract, etc.
