This study shows the effect of individual decision style on the Bullwhip effect of supply chain. There are four individual decision styles developed by Rowe and Boulgarides(1992). The analysis of the relationship between individual decision style and supply chain dynamics is focused on overshot against final consumer order rate. Multi methodologies are used to meet the goal of this study, which are survey, game and simulation. As a result of this study, the Bullwhip effect of supply chain isn't influenced by individual decision style. This study shows different result in comparision with the prior research results that individual fact affected the Bullwhip effect of supply chain, Therfore, it is important to improve supply chain infrastructure and system than the individual fact for decreasing the Bullwhip effect of supply chain.

공급 체인 관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)는 부품, 기자재, 원료 등의 구매 및 조달 뿐 아니라 제품의 생산 및 완제품의 보관, 운송, 유통, 판매에 이르는 공급 체인(Supply Chain) 전체에 대한 합리화된 통합적 관리를 의미한다. 지금까지 이와 관련하여 수요 예측, 안전재고결정, 최적 수배송 경로 결정 등과 같은 최적화와 관련된 이슈들에 대한 연구가 많이 진행 되어왔으나 이러한 최적화 값들을 실제로 공급 체인에 적용시켜 운영하였을 때 공급 체인망이 어떤 모습을 나타낼 지에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공급체인을 모델링하여 원하는 기간동안의 시뮬레이션을 통해 공급 체인망을 정량화된 데이터로 표현해 주고, 각 체인에서의 운영정책 변화나 공급체인 네트워크 디자인의 변화와 같은 여러가지 발생 가능한 변인들이 공급체인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 나타내 줄 수 있는 Supply Chain Simulator(SCS)에 대한 개략적인 내용을 살펴보고 개발된 여러 SCS에 대하여 간략하게 알아보고자 한다.

Analysis about supply chain structure was achieved in product unit that is not 'business' dimension that is existent discussion target in surrounding and supply chain structure as that this study analyzes positively how supply chain structure according to business surroundings of product changes. This can do that analysis of product unit in synthetic supply chain management is essential when recognize the importance that supply chain management must consist by product special quality according to corporation's each product. Sort product environment and studied relation with supply chain structure to achieve study purpose hereupon. Structure variable of supply chain drew through existent literature study here. Executed question investigation for supply chain by product for study that is actual proof enemy, and figure method used analysis of variance (ANOVA) mainly. If summarize result of study, result that analyze relation between business environment of product and supply chain structure, according to business environment of product, showed that supply chain structure changes. Certified that relation of two group (environment group of uncertain product and environment group of stable product) of business environment of product and structure variable (that is number of participant of supply chain, lead time of supply chain, about administration's independence, response points of supply chain) of supply chain is significant relation all from all structure variables except number of participant of supply chain. Variable that express length of supply chain from structure Variable of supply chain is number of participant of supply chain and lead time of supply chain, and variable that display monitoring or trust aspect for supply chain is administration's independence degree and response points of supply chain. As analysis result, product that environment is uncertain is appearing more shortly than product that length of supply chain stabilizes, and also, monitoring or trust aspect for supply chain was proved that is consisting abuzzer than product that stabilize. Therefore, showed that put essential point in administration of 'hierarchy'putting first than 'market' when business environment designs supply chain structure in case of uncertain product, and proved that the other side business environment is focusing in administration way of 'market' putting first in case of stable product.

본 연구에서는 분산화된 공급체인상황하에서 효과적인 조정 메커니즘으로 제시되고 있는 공급체인계약의 유형들 중에서 서적, 음반 및 컴퓨터 산업등에서 주로 사용되는 반품계약(Return Policy)에 대한 동적 시뮬레이션 모형을 구축하고, 반품비율 및 환매가 등의 계약 파라미터들이 모형의 성과에 미치는 영향과 구매자의 판매노력 및 판매자의 위험성향이 고려되는 상황하에서 반품계약의 효과성이 어떻게 바뀌는지를 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 판매노력 및 위험성향과 같은 요인들이 반품계약의 효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이며 부가적으로는 공급체인계약에 대한 동적시뮬레이션 모형을 구축하고 연구함으로서 최근 관심이 증대되고 있는 시스템다이내믹스 접근이 공급체인관리 분야의 연구에 유의하게 기여할 수 있음을 제시하고 향후 연구를 위한 기반을 다지고자 한다. 연구결과 반품계약을 시행하는 경우에 공급체인의 성과가 높으며, 반품계약과 더불어 판매자의 판매노력이 고려되는 경우에는 성과가 더욱 향상되었다. 또한 판매자가 위험회피성향을 가진 경우에는 공급체인성과가 감소하였다.

In one global industry after another, supply chains are reaching across continents farther and deeper than they have ever been. As a result, global companies are confronting new and more formidable supply chain risks which insurance policies alone cannot overcome. This is especially true in the Korean manufacturing industry, where the integration of Supply Chain Management and Risk Management has become critical among Korean export manufactures. One of the most effective ways to manage supply chain risks is to prevent them from occurrence. First, however, supply chain managers must have the knowledge to identify potential causes of supply chain risks. This paper attempts to contribute to such knowledge by examining the relationships between Risk Management, Business Partnership, and Business Performance among Korean export manufacturers. Our study analysed 105 cases in Korean supply chain management and then developed a structural equation model. From our model we found that Supply Chain Risk Management affects both Business Performance and Business Partnerships among Korean export manufacturers. Our model also revealed that the practice of Risk Management within the Supply Chain of Korean export manufacturing industry is impeded by certain constraints and limitations.

분산형 공급체인(Supply Chain) 시스템에서 각 기업체의 주문처리 과정에서의 지연은 시스템에게 많은 비용을 발생시키게 된다. 이러한 물질과 정보의 흐름을 효과적으로 관리하는 것이 바로 공급체인관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)의 기본적인 목적이다. 또한, 항시 존재하는 정보의 지연이 공급체인 내의 여러 기업에 주는 영향이나 SCM에 미치는 효과는 매우 크다. 소매업, 도매업, 물류센터, 제조공장 등으로 이어지는 공급체인에서 정보시스템의 개선 등으로 주문처리 과정이 단축되면 분산형 시스템에서 각 디비젼의 재고량과 비용 면에서 얼마만큼의 변화가 있는지는 연구해 볼 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 공급체인 전체를 하나의 통합된 개체로 보고 이를 최적화하고자 하는 경영 방식인 SCM(Supply Chain Management)에서 기업들의 재고변화와 비용 면에서 주문처리 지체가 얼마만큼의 영향이 있는지 알아보며, 두 가지의 정보지연 개선 방안을 가지고 시나리오를 설정하여 30주의 고객 수요를 가지고 실험분석을 한다. 그것을 통해서 SCM(Supply Chain Management)의 비용최소화 전략 수립에 밑바탕이 되는 대안들을 연구결과로 제안한다.

공급체인의 중요성은 하나의 기업이 아닌 공급 체인을 구성하는 모든 구성원이 서로 협력하여야 경쟁에서 승리할 수 있다는 사실이다. 이러한 경쟁에서의 승리를 이끄는 가장 중요한 동력이 원가 경쟁력이란 사실이다. 본 논문에서의 과거의 단순한 원가 관리가 아닌 공급 체인 전체의 시각으로 어떻게 기업이 전략적이고 체계적인 원가 관리 방법을 구축할 수 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다.

As the 4th industry is introduced these days, so the demand of various semiconductors is growing in the market. And global semiconductor companies in semiconductor industry are responding to this demand by facilitating innovation. Meanwhile, there has been done many studies regarding supply chain for a long time. And the study of supply chain in semiconductor industry has often been carried out until now. But there were no enough case studies regarding the supply chain of semiconductor company. Therefore, this study carried out a comparative case study for global semiconductor companies' supply chain and compared each companies' supply chain management and strategy. In conclusion, all the companies are executing supply chain management in an aggressive, systematic and organized way, and there were a lot of similarities and a few differences among these companies in supply chain management. Furthermore, each company has a unique way for supply chain strategy. Lastly, this study suggested some messages which are helpful for their supply chain strategy.

공급체인관리는 개별적 기업 에이전트(마케팅, 자재, 구매, 생산, 유통등)를 통합하여 운용하도록 하는데, 이러한 통합은 한 기업에서 국한되는 것이 아니라 공급자로부터 소비자까지의 공급체인의 모든 에이전트에게 적용된다. 공급체인의 에이전트들 간의 통합이 실질적으로 효과를 나타내기 위해서는 상호 정보 공유 및 조정된 방법으로 운영되어야 한다. 전자거래에 대한 요구가 증대되면서 새로운 변화에 유연하게 대처하고 예측하지 못했던 상황, 즉 Order에 대한 주문량 변경/취소, 새로운 고객 등장(긴급을 요구하는 Project등)으로 새로운 Order 생성, 계절적 요인으로 인한 주문량 폭주, Event에 의한 특정 상품에 대한 Cost Down 및 Cost 복원, 원자재/제품의 불량처리에 대한 Delivery 일정 수정 등과 같은 사건에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 공급체인 내에서 Intelligent 기능을 가진 Coordination Agent의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전자거래와 공급체인을 연계한 e-SCM에서의 조정 에이전트 시스템을 구현하고 Agent의 Coordination 능력을 분석한다.

This paper examined the supply chain management Integration factors and environmental performance in Korean industry. Focusing on SCM Integration, GreenSCM practice, and environmental performance factors, purpose of this study is finding linkage between SCM Integration factors with new environmental practice factors and environmental performance. Based on the analysis of eighty-eight cases, the following results were found. First, We found External environmental collaboration factors and Internal environmental monitoring factors within Green Supply Chain Practices. Second, SCM Integration have a positively significant influence on environmental performance. Third, Internal environmental monitoring factors have a positively significant influence on Environmental performance but External environmental collaboration factors doesn't. This study suggests that only with high level of Integration firms may have good result on entire supply chain environmental performance. Finally, our empirical evidence shows that company should be prepared for new environmental trade regulation with Green Supply chain management integration.
