The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the relationship between supply chain flexibility(process flexibility and logistics flexibility) and competitive advantage strategy(cost, quality, lead time). To accomplish these purposes, the relationships among supply chain flexibility(process, logistics), competitive advantage strategy(cost, quality, lead time) were modeled based on the studies conducted in the various areas. In order to collect the related data the questionaries of 500 were distributed to the employees working at the manufacturing industry in the area of Gumi. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 for Windows. This study used the statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multi regression analysis. The results of the study show that process flexibility had positively significant effect on low cost strategy and high quality strategy and logistic flexibility have positively significant effect on delivery speed strategy. However, it was found that process flexibility did not have the significant effect on delivery speed strategy, and the logistic flexibility did not have the significant effect on low cost and high quality strategy. Thus, it is expected that each enterprise can maximize corporate strategies by applying different flexibility strategy depending on the competitive advantage strategy.

The purpose of this study is to develop business models for current situational scenarios reflecting customer needs emphasize the need for implementing a logistics cooperation system by analyzing big data to strengthen SCM competitiveness capacities. For healthcare SCM competitiveness needed for the logistics cooperation usage intent, they were divided into product quality, price leadership, hand-over speed, and process flexibility for examination. The wordcloud results that analyzed major considerations to realize work efficiency between medical institutes, words like unexpected situations, information sharing, delivery, real-time, delivery, convenience, etc. were mentioned frequently. It can be analyzed as expressing the need to construct a system that can immediately respond to emergency situations on the weekends. Furthermore, in addition to pursuing communication and convenience, the importance of real-time information sharing that can share to the efficiency of inventory management were evident. Accordingly, it is judged that it is necessary to aim for a business model that can enhance visibility of the logistics pipeline in real-time using big data analysis on site. By analyzing the effects of the adaptability of a supply chain network for healthcare SCM competitiveness, it was revealed that obtaining competitive capacities is possible through the implementation of logistics cooperation. Stronger partnerships such as logistics cooperation will lead to SCM competitive capacities. It will be necessary to strengthen SCM competitiveness by searching for a strategic approach among companies in a direction that can promote mutual partnerships among companies using the joint logistics system of medical institutes. In particular, it will be necessary to search for ways to utilize HCSM through big data analysis according to the construction of a logistics cooperation system.

The purpose of this paper is to quantify the regional economic effects of the development in Incheon New Port(Stage I) using a regional I/O table and to provide implications for making policies to support the development of the port logistics industry. According to the results of this study, production inducing effect 6,064.5 billion won on Incheon local economy from the development of port facilities at the Incheon New Port (Stage I) occupies 15.0% of 40,398.5 billion won the total production of the Incheon area in 2005, added value inducing effect 2,821.3 billion won occupies 7.7% of 36,508.0 billion won the total added value of the Incheon area in 2005, and induced new employment 72,424 workers occupies 9.0% of 808,248 workers the total number of employees in the Incheon area in 2005. As presented above, the development in the Incheon New Port(Stage I) was expected to have huge spillover effects on Incheon local economy. Accordingly, the development in Incheon New Port must be promoted in a timely manner on national.
