본 연구는 공급사슬관리를 도입하고 있는 우리나라 기업에서 제품특성과 공급사슬 형태의 연계, 공급사슬 형태와 채널파트너와의 연계가 어떻게 공급사슬 성과에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구이다. 제품은 수요패턴을 기준으로 기능적 제품과 혁신적 재품으로 나눌 수 있고 이에 적당한 공급사슬 형태는 효율적인 공급사슬과 시장반응적인 공급사슬로 나눌 수 있다. 또한 공급사슬의 형태는 lean supply, agile supply로 나눌 수 있으며 최근에는 동시에 이행되는 leagile supply가 제시되고 있다. 공급사슬관리에서 채널파트너의 강도가 공급사슬의 성과를 결정하게 되는데 이는 필연적으로 공급사슬의 형태별로 달리 나타날 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 이 연구를 통하여 오늘날 기업에서 다양하게 생산되는 제품특성별로 적당한 공급사슬 형태의 연계를 제시하게 될 것이며 특히 leagile인 경우 많은 전략적 시사점을 줄 것이다. 또한 공급사슬특성과 채널파트너 연계에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 공급사슬관리의 성공가능성을 더 높일수 있을 것이다.

현대의 비즈니스 경영의 패러다임에서 가장 중요한 변화 중의 하나는 개별적인 비즈니스들이 단독으로 경영되는 자율적인 비즈니스 개체 보다 공급사슬이 더 높은 경쟁력을 갖고 있다는 사실이다. 비즈니스 경영은 네트워크 간의 경쟁시대에 진입하였으며, 개별 비즈니스의 궁극적인 성공은 비즈니스 관련자들의 복잡한 네트워크를 통합할 수 있는 경영능력에 좌우된다. 공급사슬은 최적해 접근방법에 의해서 종종 공학 또는 기술적인 관점에서 자주 논의 되어 졌다. 이 논문은 공급사슬에 대한 개념적인 연구이다. 공급사슬에 대한 개념적인 논의는 대부분 로지스틱스와 생산 및 운영관리 분야에서 수행되었다. 이 논문의 목적은 첫째로 그동안 연구되어진 공급사슬의 개념, 구조 및 통합을 이론적인 틀에서 분석 및 논의하는 것이다. 특히, 문헌에 나타난 공급사슬의 개념을 네 가지 특성으로 분류하여 제시하였으며, 공급사슬 구조에서는 민첩(agile), 린(lean) 및 leagility 공급사슬에 대해 다루었으며, 공급사슬 통합에서는 공급사슬통합자(supply chain integrator)에 대해 소개하였다. 둘째로, 공급사슬 문헌상에 처음으로 공리적인 공급사슬 모델을 제시하였다.

오늘날 기업의 핵심 역량은 공급사슬관리의 수준에 따라 평가받게 된다. 특히 정보기술의 발전으로 기업내부는 물론 공급사슬 상의 다른 구성원들과의 정보 공유가 원활하게 이루어짐에 따라 공급사슬 프로세스를 적극적으로 통합하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이와 같은 기업이 공급사슬의 통합을 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고 기업의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬 통합의 대상을 정확히 파악하여야 한다. 그러나 공급사슬 통합으로 인한 성과는 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이며, 공급사슬 통합을 위한 전략 또한 이에 맞추어 수립되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬통합 요인들을 기술하고, 공급사슬통합요인과 기업의 성과간의 관계에서 기업의 규모에 따른 차이를 분석하기 위하여 대기업과 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공급사슬 통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향은 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 이러한 결과는 기업들이 규모를 고려한 공급사슬통합 전략의 수립에 방향을 제시할 것이다.

본 연구는 제품특성과 공급사슬유형의 연계, 공급사슬 유형별 전략요인의 관계, 그리고 공급사슬유형과 공급사슬성과와의 관계에 관한 연구이다. 지금까지 제품특성 및 공급사슬유형에 관한 연구는 기능적 제품과 혁신적 제품에 따른 공급사슬 관리에 관한 연구에 머물렀다. 오늘날 정보기술의 놀라운 발전은 하이브리드 제품을 탄생시켰으며, 공급사슬유형도 하이브리드 공급사슬을 등장시켰다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 우리나라 기업 중 공급사슬관리를 도입하고 있는 82개의 기업을 대상으로 실증연구를 하였다. 연구결과는 현재 우리나라 기업들의 공급사슬관리 전략 현황을 보여줌과 동시에 미래의 전략적 지향점을 함께 제시하여 주고 있다.

This study build an integrated model of a relationship between the supply chain orientation(SCO), the performance of a supply chain management(SCM) and an export performance in a domestic manufacturing SMEs. Twelves hypotheses including the mediating effect of the structural SCO and the customer-focused performance of SCM were analyzed on the 212 SMEs. In the result of the analysis, the strategic SCO has a positive effect on the both of the SCO and the operational performance of the SCM. The structural SCO has a positive effect on the performance of the SCM. Also, the operational performance of the SCM has a positive effect on the export performance of SMEs. In the mediating effect, the structural SCO has a fully mediating effect between the strategic SCO and the customer-focused performance of SCM. In addition, it has a partial mediating effect on the relationship of the strategic SCO and the operational performance of the SCM. The operational performance of the SCM has a fully mediating effect between the structural SCO and the customer-focused performance of SCM.

오늘날의 경영환경은 불완전할 뿐만 아니라 경쟁이 심화되어 기업간 경쟁의 범위를 벗어나 공급사슬간의 경쟁으로 옮겨가고 있으며, 정보기술관리과 eBusiness가 급격히 발전하면서 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 최적화하기 위해서는 기업의 경쟁전략과 공급사슬전략 그리고 제품 특성을 반영하여 공급사슬이 설계되고 운영되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 제품의 특성을 수요 측면을 중심으로 혁신적 제품과 기능적 제품으로 특징지을 수 있는 제품의 혁신성을 측정하고, 제품의 혁신성이 공급사슬 전략에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 각 공급사슬관리(SCM)의사결정영역에서의 공급사슬관리가 어느 정도 이루어지고 있는가를 살펴봄으로써 전략에서의 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제품의 혁신성이 공급사슬관리(SCM)의사결정영역에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써, 기업들에게 자사 제품에 대한 전략적 분석 필요성의 개념적 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 제품특성, 제품 전략, 공급사슬 전략, 기업경쟁전략의 연계적 개념을 제공하고 자사의 공급사슬의 효율성과 반응성을 진단할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제공하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to explore the impact of the strategic supply chain orientation on the supply chain performance of raw materials export-import firms. In addition, this study analyzed the mediated effect of innovation and information sharing between the strategic supply chain orientation and supply chain performance of the firms. In the research model of this study considered the strategic supply chain orientation, innovation, information sharing and supply chain performance as the characteristics of the raw materials export-import firms by dividing the learning performance and market performance. The sample firms be analyzed were 445 firms. The 7 hypothesis including moderated effect were analyzed by using LISREL as structural equation modeling. According to the path analysis, the strategic supply chain orientation had a positive impact on the innovation activity. However, it did not have a positive influence on the information sharing. In the analysis of the mediated effect, the innovation activity of supply chain showed a full mediated effect between the strategic supply chain orientation and the information sharing. And the information sharing showed a partial mediated effect between the strategic supply chain orientation of these firms and the supply chain performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between supply chain sustainability antecedent, supply chain competence, and supply chain sustainability. The relationship between supply chain sustainability antecedence factor and supply chain competence, supply chain competence and supply chain sustainability and to identify the differences between sustainability antecedence factors, capacity and sustainability depending on the size of the firm. To accomplish this, each research hypothesis was established and the results are as follows. First, compliance with environmental regulations, NGO response activities, CSR activities, and trade fairness were found to have a significant positive impact on manufacturing agility, environmental management, and social capital. And manufacturing agility, environmental management, and social capital has been confirmed that most of the economic, environmental and social sustainability have a significant positive influence. In addition, it has been confirmed that there are differences in the factors of supply chain sustainability, capacity, and sustainability depending on the size of the company. According to the results of the study, environmental regulation compliance, NGO response activities, CSR activities, and fairness factors selected as the leading factors of supply chain sustainability play a role as fundamental prerequisites for supply chain competence to achieve sustainability. Manufacturing agility, environmental management, and the formation of social capital have confirmed that they can raise the level of economic, environmental and social sustainability. Therefore, it was confirmed that the enhancement of supply chain sustainability precedence factors can lead to enhancement of supply chain competence, and furthermore, sustainability of supply chain. Compared with large corporations, SMEs' supply chain sustainability precedence factor, capacity and sustainability should be further improved.

공급사슬의 구성문제는 주문의 동적환경를 고려하여 전체 관점에서 스케줄링되어야 한다. 이러한 공급사슬구성문제를 본 연구에서는 에이전트 협상 방법론을 통해 해결하고자 한다. 에이전트 협상은 공급사슬망을 경쟁적 관계로 이해하고 개별목적을 가진 구성원 에이전트간의 협상과정을 통해 재스케줄링이 발생되어 공급사슬을 구성하게된다. 지금까지의 연구는 공급사슬 상에서 수직적 통합(vertical integration)을 중심으로 조직의 유연적 조정에 초점이 맞추어졌다. 그러나 본문제에서는 다수의 구매자, 제조자. 공급자간의 3 단계 과정에서 협력적 관계를 통해 개별적 이익을 최대화하면서 공급사슬 전체의 관점에서도 비용 최적화를 이룰 수 있는 다자간 협상방법론을 제안한다. 본 협상방법론의 최적화 여부와 효율성을 Branch & Bound 알고리즘과 비교하여 검증하였다.

This study investigate the relationship between embeddedness of supply chain on supply chain performance. The development of research model is based on network embeddedness that the literature of strategic management and sociology. To examine the research model and hypotheses, we have used an empirical method based on field survey in which most of measurements used and verified in previous studies are selected as measurements. The data from survey was analyzed using Partial Least Squares(PLS). The result from empirical model suggest as follow; First, relational embeddedness of supply chain effects on supply chain performance. Especially, reciprocal dependance affects interfirm relation performance. Also trust and tie strength of relational embeddedness affects interfirm relation performance. Second, interfirm relation performance affects financial performance.
