국토교통부가 최근 주택정책심의위원회 심의를 거쳐 '2014년 주택종합계획'을 확정 발표하였다. 동 계획이 확정됨에 따라 국토교통부는 올해 주택건설 인허가 37만호, 공공주택 준공 7.7만호 공급을 추진하게 된다. 이밖에 임대주택 공급확대 및 공급방식 다양화에도 적극 나설 예정이다. 이밖에 재건축 규제완화 등 주택시장 정상화 관련 프로젝트로 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 계획이다. 여기서는 국토교통부 '2014년 주택종합계획'의 주요 내용을 요약한다.

인터넷으로 인해 고객, 공급자, 기업 등이 상호작용하는 방식이 변화되고 있다. 인터넷은 새로운 사업 기회를 제공하는 한편, 새로운 경쟁적 위협을 암시하고 있다. 인터넷으로 인해 기업은 고객, 공급자, 제휴 파트너 등과의 관계를 재정의함은 물론이고, 기업 내부의 작업방식, 부서간의 장벽을 없애고 그 기능을 재정의하기에 이르고 있다. 가상사회에서는 더 이상 소비자가 전화로 음악 CD나 사전을 주문하고 지로로 입금을 하고 택배로 제품을 수령하는 방식으로 사업이나 거래가 이루어지지 않는다. 소비자는 인터넷에 접속하여 원하는 주제의 음악이나 사전의 한 부분만을 주문하고 신용카드나 전자화폐로 대금을 지불하고 자신의 컴퓨터에 직접 제품을 내려받아 사용하게 된다. The fast changes of global financial environment in recent years increase the risk of trade settlement. This means are required to minimize risk of non payment and to maximize secure payment. Open Account trade accounts for 90% of global trade flows. The O/A system means that the goods, along with all the necessary documents, are shipped and delivered before payment is due, usually within a time frame from 30 to 90 days. Meanwhile, Korean small and medium-sized export enterprises are compelled to globalize their activities owing to limitation and competitiveness of domestic marketplace. To keep face with the global trade settlement system and to support globalization of small and medium-sized export firms, the BPO together with Supply Chain Finance will be solutions. The introduction of the BPO system will allow banks to broaden O/A offerings to their client base and due to secure safety, sellers could ship the goods without delay according to orders and buyers could settle promptly by payment undertaking of correspondent banks. Therefore, it is more effective for companies which have sustainable customers and stable transaction. This study take a look at the trend of the global payment systems and suggested limitation of existed payment in order to derive improvement measures of electronic payment for small and medium-sized export enterprises.

액체 로켓 엔진은 추진기관 공급 시스템으로 작동이 된다. 추진기관 공급 시스템에는 유공압장치 및 각종 배관, 필요한 압력과 유량을 연소실과 가스발생기로 공급하는 시스템, 엔진의 점화 및 정지, 발사체의 사용 목적에 따라 부과되는 기능을 수행하기 위한 장비들이 포함된다. 공급시스템은 크게 가압가스를 이용하는 방법과 터보펌프를 이용하는 방법의 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 잘 알려진 바와 같이 일반적으로 추력이 큰 로켓엔진의 경우에는 터보 펌프식이, 추력이 크지 않은 경우에는 가압가스 방식이 이용된다. 일반적으로 가압가스 방식은 연소실 압력이 커질수록 추진제 탱크의 압력도 커지므로, 그 두께가 두꺼워져서 비효율적이 된다. 따라서 연소실 압력이 비교적 크지 않은 추력이 약 10t 내외에서 많이 사용되고, 시스템이 터보 펌프식보다 구조가 매우 간단하므로, 작동의 신뢰도는 매우 높다.

도시가스사업법이 지난 1월 3일자로 일부 개정, 공포되었다. 이번 도시가스사업법 개정에는 일반도시가스가 공급되고 있는 지역에 난방방식을‘집단에너지사업법’에 따른 지역난방으로 채택할 경우 취사용 도시가스 공급을 거부하거나 지역난방 열원의 사용연료인 도시가스 공급을 거부하는 사례가 빈번함에 따라 난방방식에 대한 소비자 선택권을 보호하고 안정적인 에너지 공급을 위해 일반도시가스사업자에게 가스공급의무를 부과하도록 하는 한편 그 밖에 현행 제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선, 보완한 것이다. 이 법은 공포 후 3개월이 경과한 날(2007. 4.3)부터 시행하고, 다만 제21조제1항 및 제54조제1항제7호의 2의 개정규정은 이 법 공포 후 1년이 경과한 날(2008. 1.3)부터 시행한다

UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply)는 우리말로는 무정전전원장치(無停電電源裝置)라고 하는데, 정전(停電 : Stoppage of Electric Current)과 같은 전원장애(電源障碍)가 발생한 경우 UPS에 접속되어 잇는 기기에 지속적으로 전원을 공급하는 장치를 말한다. UPS방식에는 상시 인버터방식, 상시 상용방식, 라인 인터랙티브방식의 세가지가 있다.

This paper investigates the fault generation type and the cause of output interruptionsin bulky with $30^{\sim}500[KVA]$ double conversion UPS, and proposes the fault detection method to improve the reliability of power supply used in the critical load in industry. Identifies its existing way of detecting a quality of inverter output it to bypass when exceeds its expectation. Under a UPS managing system, when an inner (Power device, Controller, CPU) fault occurs it disrupts the power supply and these occurrences has been verified by the results of experiments and application results. To overcome these problems, the proposed method constructs independently a fault-detection, a bypass-control device and a triple power supply apart from the conventional UPS operation. Also the detection point is changed to the preceding of a circuit breaker, a reference of fault detection is modified to avoid any clash and the breaking equipment is attached to intercept a spread of accident. As a result of applications of these developed systems to 242 UPS which was installed purposefully to the communication power supply, the service errors has not occurred in the UPS for two years since 2006.
