수요자원은 단방향 소통의 수요관리차원에서 활용하는 방법과 수요자원의 효율성 제고와 사업모델 창출적 방법인 양방향 소통의 시장 친화적으로 활용하는 방법으로 구분할 수 있다. 세계적 추세는 수요자원을 전력시장과 통합하는 공급자와 소비자간 양방향 소통의 흐름으로 진행되고 있다. 여기서는 우리나라의 CBP 시장을 고려한 수요자원시장과 전력시장의 통합화를 위한 방안으로 수요자원과 발전자원의 경쟁 방안과 하루전에너지시장, 하루전 예비력시장, 용량시장의 기본 설계 및 운영방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 물류산업에 있어 중심의 위치를 차지하고 있는 항만산업에서 컨테이너 터미널 운영 기업(Container Terminal Operating Company, TOC)들이 현재 처해 있는 경제 상황하에서 생존을 하기 위해 어떠한 모습으로 변화되어야 할 것인지, 그리고 21세기를 선도하기 위하여 TOC들이 반드시 갖추어야 할 역량이 무엇인가에 관한 체크리스트와 미래를 어떻게 대비해 나가야 하는가에 대한 로드맵(roadmap)을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 국내의 컨테이너 터미널 운영 기업들이 현재 처해있는 환경에 대한 새로운 인식을 통해 컨테이너 TOC들의 목표를 재 설정하고, 차세대 컨테이너 TOC의 모델을 제시한다. 그리고 이에 대한 추진과제를 설정하고 이렇게 설정된 과제들 중에서 정보시스템 부분에 대한 실행 계획 및 요소 기술, 추진 전략 등을 제시한다.

It has been well known that customer' needs have much influence on the structure of supply chains. Uncertainty in customer demands forces companies' supply chains to be very flexible. When a company can not meet customers' changing needs, competitiveness in market places will be jeopardized. To survive in the competitive market places, structure of supply chains should be reconfigurable. In this paper, fractal concept is adopted to handle the reconfigurable issue. In a fractal-based SCM, structure of supply chains can be automatically reconfigured through the dynamic restructuring process with a fractal goal model. Goal in the system is divided into sub-goals, which are represented by a fractal goal model. The fractal goal model is a formal model which can be evaluated, changed, and scaled easily. Thus a well-designed fractal goal model is indispensable for a fractal-based SCM, and enhances the reconfigurability. Fractal structure for reconfigurable SCM is designed and presented. Fractal goal model is applied to SCM and an exemplary case is also briefly illustrated.

WTO 농업협상 이후 농촌지역의 새로운 소득원발굴을 위해 농촌관광에 대한 수요가 증대하고 있다. 이를 위해 '02년부터 정부의 정책적 지원하에 농촌관광사업이 전국적으로 추진되고 있으며, 공급주체인 참여 농업인 및 지역주민에게는 민박운영, 체험프로그램 운영 등의 새로운 시장환경에 적응하기 위한 다각적인 경영활동이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부 정책사업 또는 자생적으로 농촌민박 경영에 참여하는 농가들을 대상으로 민박 경영활동이 적절한 수익모델을 갖추고 지속가능한 구조로 정착될 수 있도록 농촌민박의 실태를 분석하여 정책적 지원과 관리운영에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 실태조사는 “02년도의 정책사업 시범마을 10개 마을과 일반 민박마을 12개 마을 계 22개 마을을 선정하여, 해당마을의 민박농가, 내방객, 지역주민을 각각 4∼5명 계 312명 대상으로 설문 조사하였다.

최근 국내 전력회사의 구조 조정이 구체화됨은 물론 세계적으로도 전력회사의 구조조정이 가속화 되어가고 있다. 기존의 독점체제에서 점차 경쟁 체제로 기업환경이 변화되고 있으며, 이에 따라 전력회사들은 기존의 단순한 전력공급이외에 다양한 부가서비스를 제공하기 위한 통신망을 구축하고자한다. 본 논문에서는 전력선 통신망을 이용하여 전력선 통신을 위한 전력부가 서비스를 제안하였다. 제안된 통신망은 수용가에 다양한 편리 서비스를 제공함과 동시에 수용가에 대한 AMR, 수요관리 등의 전력회사의 주요한 응용을 제공할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

오늘날 정보기술(IT)은 다양한 산업분야 융화되어 기존 산업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 생산성 및 품질 향상의 견인차 역할을 수행하고 있다. 특히 생산 및 물류 분야에서 IT 융합을 통한 새로운 시너지 창출을 시도하고 있는 것이 RFID 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이미 정부 주도의 시범사업이 끝났으며, 2008년 공공기간 확산사업이 성공적으로 마무리되면, 본격적으로 산업분야 확산이 기대되고 있다. 본 논문에서 자동차 산업에서의 RFID 응용 모델로서 RFID 기반 지능형 직서열 생산시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 기술한다. 직서열 시스템은 완성차 생산라인의 조립시간과 순서에 맞춰 모듈과 부품을 공급하는 협업 생산시스템이다. 자동차 조달물류 프로세스 혁신을 위하여 RFID 기술을 도입함으로써 협력기업간 정보 교환을 원활하게 지원하며 실시간 추적관리 체제의 구현을 이루고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은실시간 재고 파악 및 생산물량 예측이 가능하며, 이기종 부품 장착에 의한 조립불량률을 현저히 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

개인의 감성에 잘 부합하는 컨텐츠를 제공하기 위해선 개인의 취향과 컨텐츠를 이용할 때 어떤 감정을 가지고 있는지 알아야 한다. 개인의 취향을 알고 있다면 취향에 부합하는 컨텐츠를 재분류 할 수 있고 개인이 컨텐츠를 이용하려할 때의 감정 상태를 알 수 있다면 분류된 컨텐츠 중에서 감성에 부합하는 컨텐츠를 빠르게 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문은 개인의 취향을 인식하고 감정상태를 추측하여 연동된 플랫폼에 감정상태에 따른 결과를 출력하는 감성엔진을 제안 한다. 성격이 비슷한 사람은 비슷한 취향을 가지는 성향이 있으므로 취향인식을 위해 개인의 성격을 구별했고, 구별도구로 MBTI를 이용했다. 감정 추측을 위해 주변에서 일어나는 환경의 정보를 OCC 모델을 기반으로 분석하여 감정자극의 종류와 크기를 산출했다. 감정자극들을 감정그래프를 이용해 감정의 생성, 유지, 소멸을 관리하고 감정감정 상태에 맞는 결과를 출력했다.

Recently, Grid is embossed as a new issue according to the need of cooperation related to distributed resources, data sharing, Interaction and so on. It focuses on sharing of large scale resources, high-performance, applications of new paradigms, which improved more than established distributed computing. Because of the environmental specificity distributed geographically and dynamic, the most important problem in grid environment is to share and to allocate distributed grid resources. This paper proposes supply-driven strategies model that is applicable for resource management in grid environment and presents a optimal resource allocation algorithm based on resource demands. Supply-driven strategies model can offer efficient resource management by transaction allocation based on user demand and provider strategy. This paper implements the supply-driven strategies model on the DEVS modeling and simulation environment and shows the efficiency and excellency of this model by comparing with established models.

To propagate clinical disease management service, there should be built a ecosystem where service developers, service providers, device suppliers closely cooperate for u-Health platform. However, most u-Health platform is difficult to build an effective ecosystem due to the lack of secure and effective PHR(Personal Health Record) management, the lack of personalized and intelligent service, difficulties of N-screen service. To solve these problems we suggest the CDMP(Chronic Disease Management Platform) architecture. The CDMP is a software platform that provides the core functions to develop the chronic disease management services and performs a hub function for the link and integration rbetween various services and systems. CDMP is SOA based platform that enables a provision of reusability, expansibility and it provides open API where everybody can share information, contents and services easily. CDMP supports the multi platform system foN-screen service and the self management functions via SNS. In this paper, we design and implement the CDMP including PHR service based on hybrid data model for privacy preservation. Experiment results prove the effectiveness of hybrid model-based PHR service.
