지역정보시스템의 구축의 일환으로 관광과 기행문을 담고 있는 정보시스템을 고찰하였다. 관광정보는 문답식과 질문식의 두가지 검색방법이 마련되었고, 기행문에는 작성요령과 예문들을 제공하는 전문검색시스템이 고안되었다.

The public Information systems for destination marketing have poorly operated and failed to satisfy tourists' needs. Public tourism website mainly offers fundamental tourism information such as transportation, lodging and prime attractions, which is mainly specialized in commercial web sites, and fails to attract tourists. For the public benefits, marketing strategy publicl DMOs have to specialize their tourism information, and attract specific target markets. Thus, this study examined the effect of tourism motivations on information search behavior to figure out the importance of tourism information. The results show that the level of escapist motivation positively to the perceived importance of fundamental informations, and the level of activist motivation effects positively to the perceived importance of objective-specific informations. These results give show problems of regional tourism information site and implications are suggested.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 주관하는 2004년 제1차 공공기관 우수 데이터베이스(DB) 시상식이 지난달 20일 한국관광공사빌딩 지하 강당에서 개최됐다. 지난해 통계∙기상∙기업∙법률∙특허 등 5개 분야 DB 10종을 우수DB로 선정한 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 올해 공공기관 DB를 대상으로 우수DB 6종을 선정했다. 이번에 선정된 공공기관 우수DB 6종은 재정경제부, 문화관광부, 산업자원부, 건설교통부와 산하 공 공기관에서 운영하고 있는 데이터베이스 가운데 건설교통, 경제산업, 문화예술 등 3개 분야에서 품질이 우수한 각 2종씩의 DB가 선정됐다. 건설∙교통 분야에서는 한국도로공사의‘로드플러스’와 건설교통부의‘건설교통종합정보센터’가 선정됐고, 경제∙산업 분야에서는 조달청의‘나라장터’와 한국은행의‘경제통계시스템’, 문화∙예술 분야에서는 한국관광공사의‘Visit Korea’와 문화재청의‘국가문화유산종합정보서비스’가 선정됐다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 올 11월경 정보통신, 교육학술, 과학기술분야를 대상으로 제2차 우수 DB를 선정할 계획이며, 자세한 내용은 데이터베이스품질평가센터(www.dbq.or.kr)에서 소개하고 있다.

This paper introduces TIGS(Touring Information Guidance System) which provides information of the southwestern area of korea with faster access time than the human service. This system is designed specifically for a traveler. This TIGS provides tourists the informations such as destination, current map information, touring courses according to schedules, traffic information and lodging information. furthermore, this system is implemented with touchscreen for the user to apply easily. The shortest path algorithm is applied to schedule the touring courses to refute the time and the cost. The map is raster manner to represent southwestern area of korea instead of vectorial manner. If this developed system should be established in the public space such as station, airport, and bus station, touring will be more comfortable, the total income will more increase. Also, this system can be easily applied to different local area.

정부의 공공데이터 활성화 전략에 의해 행정기관과 공공기관의 정보공개 및 재이용이 활발해 지고 있다. 이러한 분위기와 함께 민간에서의 공공데이터 활용이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 당초 기대치에 못 미치는 성과와 공공데이터 개방하는 기관에는 정보화시스템을 운영하는 비용은 증가하였다. 따라서 상대적으로 민간에서 선호하는 문화관광 공공데이터를 통해 공공데이터의 효율성을 분석한 후 시사점을 도출한다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a convenient platform for bus users and a platform to provide tourist services suitable for bus tourism as integrated services. Recently, the number of FIT tourists for recreational purposes using public transportation is increasing as the bus use environment is improved. Accordingly, we need a tourist platform that meets the needs of tourists. In particular, a bus information providing algorithm is implemented using a bus information public API to more conveniently use the bus information providing system, and a user use behavior data collection module and a data mining module To develop a contents platform based on a bus stop for bus tourism services to FIT tourists using public transportation.

Currently, there are many simple searches for local culture and tourism, but systematic information retrieval using ontology technology is weak. The keyword-based search, which is an existing search method, derives a search result that is different from a user's wanted intention. On the other hand, semantic search using ontology constructs shows the information related to the search term by creating a relation between words and words. Therefore, when tourists search for cultural and tourist attractions in the area, they provide information that includes meaning relevance in the search results. If the ontology provides information on the culture, sightseeing area, transportation, Can be more easily grasped. In this paper, we propose an ontology-based retrieval system based on culture and tourist sites utilizing public institutions database by using mobile application by extending search system which relied only on existing internal database to provide accurate and reliable information to users. This efficient structure of the ontology makes it possible to provide information suitable for the user quickly and accurately.

NGIS 2단계사업(2001년${\sim}$2005년)은 국가공간자료기반 확충, 지리정보의 전 국민 유통 및 활용, GIS 산업육성 등의 목표를 가지고 추진되고 있다. 민간부분의 GIS 산업을 육성하기 위해서는 다양한 컨텐츠의 개발과 생활지리정보의 서비스 방향을 설정하고 법 제도적으로 지원할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 생활지리정보의 개념을 설정하고 국내외 생활지리정보관련 사이트를 조사 분석하여 향후 민간부분의 생활지리정보서비스 방향을 설정하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 기존의 인터넷 사이트를 조사하여 생활지리정보 항목을 11개로 분류하였으며, 공공부분에서는 중앙정부(건설교통부)와 지자체의 생활지리정보 현황을 분석하고 민간부분에서는 생활지리정보관련 36개 사이트를 조사 분석하였다. 또한 국외 사례는 미국, 일본, 영국, 스코틀랜드, 호주의 17개 사이트를 대상으로 생활지리정보현황을 분석하였다. 국내외 생활지리정보 서비스분석결과 국내의 경우는 도로/교통, 건강/의료 서비스가 우세한 반면 국외사례에서는 도로/교통뿐만 아니라 문화/관광 서비스가 상당히 많이 제공되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생활지리정보서비스의 방향은 공공부문에서는 기 구축된 업무시스템을 민원을 중심으로 웹서비스를 통해 생활지리정보의 형태로 구현되어야 하고 민간부분의 생활지리정보는 기술부분과 컨텐츠부분으로 나누어 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

출판유통진흥원(원장 김종수)은 지난 10월 29일 서울 프레스센터 19층 목련실에서 '출판물류 RFID적용 동향 연구 세미나'를 개최했다. 이번 세미나는 출판유통진흥원 최성구 팀장의 '출판물류 및 공공도서관 RFID 도입현황', 한국출판협동조합 황순록 차장의 '조합 RFID 입출고 컨베이어시스템 적용사례', 북센 이중호 부장의 'Smart bookstore적용사례', 성공회대 유통정보학과 장승권 교수의 '국내외 RFID동향 및 적용 사례 분석발표' 등의 순으로 진행되었다. 출판유통진흥원의 김종수 원장은 인사말을 통해 "문화체육관광부의 지원으로 추진해 오고 있는 출판물류의 RFID적용 시범사업의 현황 및 시범적용 사례를 되짚어 봄으로서 앞으로의 발전 방안을 심도있게 논의하는 자리가 되기 바란다"고 말했다. 이날 발표 가운데 출판유통진흥원 최성구 팀장과 북센 이중호 부장의 'Smart bookstore적용사례'의 주요 내용을 소개한다.
