최근 다양한 네트워크의 융합(Convergence) 추세에 따라 기존 PSTN 서비스도 인터넷에서 VoIP 형태로 제공이 되고 있다. 하지만 VoIP 서비스는 인터넷망을 이용하므로 부여된 발신번호 정보를 송출하지 않아 발신자의 위치 및 해당지역의 공공구조기관(PSAP)의 식별이 불가능하여 긴급서비스 지원을 위한 위치정보 제공을 못하는 문제점이 제기되었다. 최근 측위기술의 활용이 다양해지고 요구수준이 높아짐에 따라 실내에서의 신호 차폐 문제점을 극복할 수 있고, 높은 위치정확도 등을 제공하는 WLAN와 RFID 기술을 이용한 측위기술 연구가 활발하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Wi-Fi, RFID, GPS를 이용한 측위기술을 사용하여 무선이동통신 환경에서 VoIP 긴급서비스를 지원하기 위한 모델 제안과 각 구성요소에 대한 기능, 세부적인 지원 절차를 설명하고, 위치정보의 획득 및 처리를 위한 운용 시나리오에 관한 구체적 방안과 제안모델을 적용하기 위한 고려사항에 대한 분석결과를 제시한다. 그 결과 제안된 모델은 무선이동통신의 긴급서비스 설계시 적용이 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for preventing insider information leakages in public agencies for national security. First, the study examined the definitions and current usage of information security systems of public agencies were examined. Second, web-service base information leaks and malware-base information leaks were discussed and three major credit card companies' personal information leakage cases were analyzed. Based on the analysis, four solutions were provided. First, information leakages can be protected by using web filtering solutions based on the user, which make possible to limit frequencies of malware exposures. Second, vaccine programs and vaccine management system should be implemented to prevent information leakages by malware. Third, limit the use of portable devices within local networks to prevent information leakages and vaccines programs for malware should be regularly used. Forth, to prevent information leakages by smartphone malwares, data encryption application should be used to encrypt important information.

u-Society 구현을 위한 IT 발전전략은 경제 재도약을 위한 IT 산업정책에의 요구 종대, 디지털 컨버전스 추세의 강화, IT의 사회전반에의 영향력 확대라는 세 가지 환경변화를 감안하여 수립 추진되어야 한다. IT 산업정책에의 요구 증대에 부응하기 위해서는 IT를 중심으로 하는 신성장 동력을 강화해야 하는데, 구체적으로는 IT 원천기술 투자비율을 단계적으로 증가시키고 기존산업과 IT의 융합 분야의 창의적인 R&D 과제를 발굴하고 국제화된 IT인력을 양성하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 한국형 벤처 생태계를 조성하여 소프트웨어 및 컨텐츠 부문을 육성시키는 것이 필요하다. 디지털 컨버전스 추세에 대응하기 위해서는 진입장벽의 완화, 수평적 규제체계의 적용, 방통융합 서비스의 조속한 도입 및 규제기구의 통합이 선결과제이다. IT의 사회전반에의 영향력 확대를 경제 및 사회 제분야의 발전으로 연결시키기 위해서는 물리적인 광대역 인프라의 구축에 더하여 정보사회의 역기능 방지 및 정보보호체계 강화, 정보화추진위원회의 기능 강화가 요구된다. 또한 비IT부문에의 IT접목과 더불어 복지, 교육, 공공부문 혁신에 If를 적극적으로 활용하여야 한다. 즉, u-Society구현은 기존의 정보화정책의 한계를 넘어, 물리적인 인프라 구축과 보완 제도, 규제정책, 산업정책의 유기적인 조화를 필요로 하며 이러한 노력이 결실을 맺을 때 우리나라는 경제적 풍요와 수준 높은 삶의 질을 향유할 수 있을 것이다.

Ddareungi, a public bicycle service in Seoul, establishes itself as a means of daily transportation for citizens in Seoul. We speculated that the pattern of using Ddareungi may have changed since COVID-19. This study explores changes in using Ddareungi after COVID-19 with descriptive statistical analysis and network analysis. The analysis results are summarized as follows. The average traveling distance and average traveling speed have decreased over the entire time in a day since COVID-19. The round trip rate has increased at dawn and morning and has decreased in the evening and night. The average weighted degree and average clustering coefficient have decreased, and the modularity has increased. The clusters, located north of the Han River in Seoul, had a similar geographic distribution before and after COVID-19. However, the clusters, located south of the Han River, had different geographic distributions after COVID-19. Traveling routes added to the top 5 traffic rankings after COVID-19 had an average traveling distance of fewer than 1,000 meters. We expect that the results of this study will help improve the public bicycle service in Seoul.

The use of service robots, particularly guide robots, is becoming increasingly prevalent in public institutions. However, there has been limited research into the interactions between users and guide robots. To explore the customer experience with the guidance robot, we selected 'QI', which has been meeting customers for the longest time, and collected all reviews since the service was launched in public institutions. By using text mining techniques, we identified the main keywords and user experience factors and examined factors that hinder user experience. As a result, the guide robot's functionality, appearance, interaction methods, and role as a cultural commentator and helper were key factors that influenced the user experience. After identifying hindrance factors, we suggested solutions such as improved interaction design, multimodal interface service design, and content development. This study contributes to the understanding of user experience with guide robots and provides practical suggestions for improvement.

The purpose of this convergence study was to describe Medical Service Providers and Consumers' perception of the PHN system, and of the Quality of nursing provided by male nurses. This study was a cross-sectional survey. The subject group included medical service providers and consumers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square and t-test using SPSS 19.0. 77.3% of providers and 66.2% of consumers agree with the PHN system. 81.4% of providers and 70.8% of consumers agreed with the statement that the nurse is the most qualified public health worker. Period of service showed statistically significant differences according to the group (t=7.56, p=.03). The development of nursing experts was identified as an important strength of the PHN. Quality of nursing Male wasn't statistically significants between groups. Compared to earlier studies, it is to suggest a study that confirms preliminary nurses' psychiatric, social, and communicational nursing.

In recent days, trend technologies for cloud, bigdata, or mobile, as the important marketable keywords or paradigm in Information Communication Technology (ICT), are widely used and interrelated each other in the various types of platforms and web-based services. Especially, the combination of cloud and mobile is recognized as one of a profitable business models, holding benefits of their own. Despite these challenging aspects, there are a few application cases of this model dealing with geo-based data sets or imageries. Among many considering points for geo-based cloud application on mobile, this study focused on a performance test of mobile cloud of Bayesian image fusion algorithm with satellite images. Two kinds of cloud platform of Amazon and OpenStack were built for performance test by CPU time stamp. In fact, the scheme for performance test of mobile cloud is not established yet, so experiment conditions applied in this study are to check time stamp. As the result, it is revealed that performance in two platforms is almost same level. It is implied that open source mobile cloud services based on OpenStack are enough to apply further applications dealing with geo-based data sets.

This study is to verify the moderating effect of residential selection on the relationship between marriage and childbirth. According to the analysis results, interactions of first marriage with the financial capacity of local governments for public services, residential stability, the scale of the region, and local economic situation have a moderating effect on childbirth. Interactions of remarriage and marriage with foreigners with the financial capacity of local governments for public services, residential stability, and the scale of the region have a moderating effect on childbirth. These results indicate that when married couples choose to reside in small and medium-sized cities or large cities rather than rural areas, it can more positively affect their intention to have children. While there may be a logical argument against advocating for regional integration based on the moderating effect of residential selection on the relationship between marriage and childbirth, the analysis results of this study and the phenomenon of married couples avoiding rural areas can contribute to raising the need for regional integration.

With increase of electric vehicle in the road, the number of charging/discharging infrastructure for electric vehicle in public space is also increased rapidly. To charge or discharge the electric vehicle the user of electric vehicle and service provider should verify the each other's identity to minimize security vulnerability. This paper proposes mutual authentication scheme between electric vehicle and charging/discharging service provider with help of hash function and Message Authentication Code(MAC). Also efficient operating scheme for charging/discharging service system is proposed. The analysis shows that the system has robustness against security vulnerability. Also this system can keep the sensitive personal information of service user safely.

Domestic public e-procurement has been recognized excellence at home and abroad. However, it is difficult for procurement companies to check the related announcements and to grasp the status of procurement announcements at a glance. In this paper, we propose an e-Procurement Announcement Analysis Support System using the HDFS, HDFS, Apache Spark, and Collaborative Filtering Technology for procurement announcement recommendation service and procurement announcement and contract trend analysis service for effective e-procurement system. Procurement announcement recommendation service can relieve the procurement company from searching for announcements according to the characteristics and characteristics of the procurement company. The procurement announcement/contract trend analysis service visualizes the procurement announcement/contract information and procures It is implemented so that the analysis information of electronic procurement can be seen at a glance to the company and the demand organization.
