A Convergence Study on the Senior Employment Policy and Senior Job Awareness (노인 일자리 정책과 노인 일자리 인식에 관한 융합 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was conducted with suggesting a clue to improve the perception of jobs for the elderly, and the final study subject was 110 people. As a research methods were student t-test, ⲭ2-test, one-way ANOVA(Scheffe). The result of the study are as follows. The perception and economic status of the young elderly(65-74 years old) were significantly higher. The perception of public jobs was significantly higher when married, religious, and monthly income was more than 4 million won. The perception of social service-type jobs was significantly higher when married and when there was a religion. The perception of private jobs was high when the monthly income was more than 4 million won (p<0.05). The preference for "parking order service" in the public sector, "support for elderly facilities" in the social service sector, and "fast food restaurant employees, kitchen, restaurant assistants, and food delivery service workers" in the private sector was the highest. In conclusion, there is a need for an education program to improve the perception of jobs for the elderly in order to raise the awareness of job policies for the elderly, which decrease with age. It is expected to be used as basic data for job creation and job creation that can be done according to the age of the elderly.

해양안전 정보의 효율적 제공방안

  • 해마다 증가하고 있는 피서철 해수욕장 안전사고 및 비선박 사고의 감소를 위해 본고에서는 연안해역정밀조사 자료를 활용한 해양안전지도의 제작 및 체감형서비스를 구축하여 서비스하는 방안을 마련하였다. 해양안전에 관련한 각종 자료를 수집, 현장조사, GPS측량, 전문가 및 현지주민의 인터뷰 등을 통해 취득하였다. 서비스에 이용될 기본 배경지도로는 5m급 육상 지형기복도와 국립해양조사원의 수심자료를 사용한 해저지형기복도를 융합하여 제작, 이용하였다. 각종 해양안전관련 정보들은 해양영토(구역), 어촌양식, 항로, 각종사고이력, 시설, 위험요소 등 해양안전과 관련한 총 26종의 다양한 분류체계를 구성하여 구축하였다. 이렇게 수집, 구축된 기본 해양공간정보들을 바탕으로 사용자에게 정보의 전달성을 고려하여 국민이 간접적으로 체감할 수 있는 형태의 사이트(해수욕장 등)별 도면 형태의 해양안전지도를 제작하고, 개방형 대국민 해양공간정보 웹서비스인 '개방해(海)', 해양전문 공공기관용 웹서비스인 '공유해(海)' 대국민 해야안전정보 앱서비스 안전해(海)'와 시스템들을 구축하여 서비스 방안을 구축하였다. 각 서비스에는 해양안전사고 예방을 위한 각종 안전 및 위험정보 콘텐츠들을 수록하였고, 목적에 따라 이용가능한 분석 기능들을 제공하였으며, 위험구역에 노출될 경우 사용자간 위험을 알려주는 알림 기능 등을 제공함으로써 위험에 노출되고 조치하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다. 그 결과, 현재 각종 기관에서 해양공간정보의 이용을 확대하고자 연계신청 증가와 더불어, 대국민 서비스 이용자수가 증가하는 실적을 기록하였으며, 향후 보다 광범위한 영역에서 안전사고, 안전대응, 안전관리 등의 분야에서 대책 도구로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • As artificial intelligence develops, AI chatbot systems are actively taking place. For example, in public institutions, the use of chatbots is expanding to work assistance and professional knowledge services in civil complaints and administration, and private companies are using chatbots for interactive customer response services. In this study, we propose a scenario-based AI voice chatbot system to reduce museum operating costs and provide interactive guidance services to visitors. The implemented voice chatbot system consists of a watcher object that detects the user's voice by monitoring a specific directory in real-time, and an event handler object that outputs AI's response voice by performing inference by model sequentially when a voice file is created. And Including a function to prevent duplication using thread and a deque, GPU operations are not duplicated during inference in a single GPU environment.

  • Service industry has become the most important industry among various economic activities. These rapid changes have made the business environment more integral and important to balance the interests of various stakeholders. However, when a new service enters South Korea, there is a need to establish an identity that helps the various stakeholders to have a consistent understanding because different stakeholders have different understandings about the service. This paper is a study on the application of the optimized identity to the medical Marijuana service and the implementation plan. It consists of three steps: theoretical consideration, development of the optimization identity structure, and application to the medical Marijuana service.

  • The purpose of this research is to bring supportive ways to reinforce the market competitiveness of fusion industry based on the rapidly arising fusion industries considering system improvement and fusion R&D support. The research has proceeded in the order of setup for competitiveness reinforcing way of fusion industry and deduction for competitiveness reinforcing way based on directivity. It classified the fusion industry into introduction, diffusion and development by time, and suggested expert fusion R&D, open type fusion R&D, customized fusion R&D, system improvement of market entrance and supportive way for public purchase as the supportive way. It's purpose is to lead the entrance into the new fusion market, stabilize to settle into the market and create high value products by resolving difficulties for the market entrance of the new fusion products & service, reinforcing the fusion capability and securing the competitive advantage.

  • In the era of digital transformation, the transportation underprivileged remains as an underprivileged class without the benefits of technological advances. Electric assist devices for the People with disability are inadequate to provide services suitable for the current traffic environment, although the mobility of the People with disability is improved. In this paper, we develop IoT smart mobility by deriving essential elements through user satisfaction surveys to efficiently move physical distances based on the experience of users using existing electric assistive devices. Based on the data collected through user satisfaction survey, quantitative analysis using TF-IFD and qualitative analysis based on QFD are performed to determine the importance of user requirements. For the evaluation of IoT smart mobility design results reflecting essential functions, usability verification is conducted by forming an expert evaluation team in various fields. In the future, we plan to conduct a service design study that can improve mobility convenience and provide mobility service solutions by designing to provide efficient public services by utilizing IoT smart mobility to the People with disability.

  • Under the flag of creative economy, Korea government is now releasing public data in order to develop or provide a range of services. In this paper, we develop a customized trip navigation system to recommend a trip itinerary based on integration of open government data and personal tourist data. The system uses case-based reasoning (CBR) to provide a personalized trip navigation service. The main difference between existing trip information systems and ours is that our system can offers a user-oriented information service. In addition, our system supports Turn-key style contents provision to maximize convenience. Our system can be a good example of the way in which open government data can be used to design a new service.

  • The pandemic over the past three years has brought drastic changes in our lives, and those changes are now becoming a natural part of our daily lives. Daily life and economic activities based on online, such as video conferencing, remote classes, telecommuting, and online streaming services, have become daily routines after Corona. And the result of rapid development of communication and graphic technology is the metaverse. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the possibility from the perspective of public design for the correct use of the metaverse space of local governments. To this end, in this study, big data analysis was performed on 'local government', 'public design', and 'metaverse'. As a result of this study, we should actively use metaverse with high topic and potential as a space for local governments' promotion or discussion as a means to restore the reliability of local governments and overcome negative perceptions. In addition, it is necessary to actively reflect public design in order to increase the public reliability of local governments' metaverse.

Analysis of Key Performance Index for Advanced Logistics (물류산업의 선진화를 위한 성과지표 분석: IT서비스를 중심으로)

  • In this paper, the key performance index for advanced logistics is analyzed, and the specific requirements for the material flow IT services are proposed to improve the world competitiveness of the material flow industries and to implement the advanced logistics in Korea by survey research. The key performance index is classified into three types of efficiency, sustainability and economics, and two classes of enterprise and public for IT services are proposed. In addition to, for case studies, the survey analysis for the Pyeongtaek Port is performed to diagnose the material flow enterprise and to analyze the priorities of the IT services for Port's employee, trade enterprise, public service personnel, and local resident. From the results, to improve the productivity and efficiency of the enterprise, the secure the professional man-power and standardization are needed, and the automation, u-Port, green technology and material flow security for the IT services are required.

Design of Emergency Notification Smart Farm Service Model based on Data Service for Facility Cultivation Farms Management (시설 재배 농가 관리를 위한 데이터 서비스 기반의 비상 알림 스마트팜 서비스 모델 설계)

  • Since 2015, the government has been making efforts to distribute Korean smart farms. However, the supply is limited to large-scale facility vegetable farms due to the limitations of technology and current cultivation research data. In addition, the efficiency and reliability compared to the introduction cost are low due to the simple application of IT technology that does not consider the crop growth and cultivation environment. Therefore, in this paper, data analysis services was performed based on public and external data. To this end, a data-based target smart farm system was designed that is suitable for the situation of farms growing in facilities. To this end, a farm risk information notification service was developed. In addition, light environment maps were provided for proper fertilization. Finally, a disease prediction model for each cultivation crop was designed using temperature and humidity information of facility farms. Through this, it was possible to implement a smart farm data service by linking and utilizing existing smart farm sensor data. In addition, economic efficiency and data reliability can be secured for data utilization.
