Korea is concerned with information security industry due to recent leak-out private information of 3 card companies. Executives are aware of damage from breach of security such as personal data spill, is more dangerous than any other financial risks. The information security industry, which was limited in physical security and network security formerly, is evolving into convergence security of public and facility security industry. The field of interest has also been changed into security of smart phone and intelligence image recently, from firewall or Anti-virus. The convergence security is originally about access control of facility, but recently its demand has been increased mostly by public institutions and major companies. The scope of the industry also varies from finance, education, distribution, national defense, medical care to automobile industry. The market of convergence security has been expanded and new various products and services of security of intelligent vehicle, 'U' healthcare, finance, smart grid and key industries are also developed. It is required to create and enhance of new curriculum and cultivate human resources for the development of knowledge information security industry. Raising standard of education and security consciousness of the nation is also necessary to strengthen the global competitiveness.

The importance of 'Big Data' is increasing to the point that it is likened to '21st century crude oil'. For smart city IoT data, attention should be paid to quality control as the quality of data is associated with the quality of public services. However, data quality indicators presented through ISO/IEC organizations and domestic/foreign organizations are limited to the 'User' perspective. To complement these limitations, the study derives supplier-centric indicators and their priorities. After deriving 3 categories and 13 indicators of supplier-oriented smart city IoT data quality evaluation indicators, we derived the priority of indicator categories and data quality indicators through AHP analysis and investigated the feasibility of each indicator. The study can contribute to improving sensor data quality by presenting the basic requirements that data should have to individuals or companies performing the task. Furthermore, data quality control can be performed based on indicator priorities to provide improvements in quality control task efficiency.

The robot is developing into a software-oriented shape that recognizes the surrounding situation and is given a task. Cloud Robotics Platform is a method to support Service Oriented Architecture shape for robots, and it is a cloud-based method to provide necessary tasks and motion controllers depending on the situation. As it evolves into a humanoid robot, the robot will be used to help humans in generalized daily life according to the three robot principles. Therefore, in addition to robots for specific individuals, robots as public goods that can help all humans depending on the situation will be universal. Therefore, the importance of information security in the Cloud Robotics Computing environment is analyzed to be composed of people, robots, service applications on the cloud that give intelligence to robots, and a cloud bridge that connects robots and clouds. It will become an indispensable element for In this paper, we propose a Security Scheme that can provide security for communication between people, robots, cloud bridges, and cloud systems in the Cloud Robotics Computing environment for intelligent robots, enabling robot services that are safe from hacking and protect personal information.

This study was conducted based on the need to establish an operational plan following the establishment of the Okcheon-gun Daily Life Culture and Sports Center Library, and for the users of public libraries in Okcheon-gun, the functions and roles of the Okcheon-gun Library, collection related to operational direction, user service related activation, library usage related status survey, preference for the future use and perception of desired services were surveyed. Based on the results of the perception survey, the direction required by the Okcheon-gun residents for the Library was identified, and the research results are as follows. As a result of the study, first, when establishing a collection plan, the data types ought to be based on the printed materials and the multi-media materials to reflect the needs of the users, and it may also be necessary to collect them in consideration of the subject areas including literature, art, history, and technical sciences. Second, to provide various information services, it would be necessary to establish an overall information service plan, and it was identified that it would be necessary to develop various information services according to the user preferences and provide cooperative services. Third, it was determined that the programs appropriate for the various subjects and age groups should be continuously expanded moving forward in consideration of the larges demand for programs by the residents of Okcheon-gun. Fourth, new constructions and spatial improvements are needed, and the overall preference for open spaces was significant. In the case of cultural space, the preference for youth cultural facilities, convenience facilities for residents, infinite loss of imagination, and the (experiential) exhibition halls turned out to be large.

If using crime map which represents criminal section that violent crimes targeting women frequently happened, the police could prevent additional crimes by positioning themselves intensively in expected crime zones and each individual could avoid being damaged by referring information of criminal zones. In this paper, by analyzing crimes targeting women and offender information which is provided in public-opened datum portal, we suppose a system which prevents crimes that calculates locational danger and, by considering location and age group of users, provides user-customized information of danger. By crawling the criminals datum which is provided in public-opened datum portal, It collects them. About the areas which happened sexual crimes, calculating danger of crime based on statistical crime information including criminal information, residence of offenders, areas which happened sexual crimes, sentences and the number of crime, this system is able to visualize the areas which sexual crimes happened based on information of danger grade representing on user's location. The score of danger calculated in location unit can provide criminal information according to location and ages of users by interacting GIS.

This study analyzed the patent status of the outdoor exercise equipment used primarily by the elderly. The purpose is to utilize the basic data obtained to promote the health of the elderly. The information on the patent was collected from KIPRIS, an information search service provided by the Korean Intellectual Property Office. The search term used was 'outdoor exercise equipment', directly related patents were selected, and a final 157 were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, patent registration began in 2007, and 2-3 patents were registered on average every year. Second, patents from the perspective of sports convergence that provide an exercise prescription system using wireless communication, such as the ability to generate electricity by operating a power generation module, providing information on the user's exercise amount, or preventing the loss and theft of weights and safety accidents due to their characteristics, were searched for. Lastly, patents related to exercise equipment that can provide user convenience and increase the frequency of use of exercise equipment were searched. The results of this study confirmed that outdoor exercise equipment is being developed more for the elderly and their convenience, and that companies and public institutions are showing increased interest in outdoor exercise equipment for the elderly. In addition to patent trends analysis, follow-up research in connection with exercise programs using outdoor exercise equipment is needed to develop practical and convenient outdoor exercise equipment in the future.

During the pandemic status of COVID-19 since 2019 December, demands and attention on various convergence services with non-contact technologies and social adoption are increasing. Along with these increased demands and attention, the digital divide issues should be concerned to understand the informatization degrees of rural area residences, the elderly, the disabled, and the low-income. Furthermore, rural area residences may be the elderly, the disabled, and the low-income also. It may mean that the rural area should be considered as in noticeable status of the digital divide. This study focuses on the policy alternatives to reduce the digital divide in rural areas with a literature review methodology and on the factors on informatization issues in rural areas. For the aims, this study analyzes the EU cases of informatization in rural areas to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the suggested policies. As the analysis result, it is clear that the EU countries try to enhance the economic and growth powers rather to reduce the digital divide gaps. Also, it can be considered that the EU countries focus on supporting the rural area to adopt the non-contact information services newly rather on maintaining the IT education services and the infrastructures in off-line environments.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among app's and user's characteristics, perceived use easiness, use intention, and actual use in mobile app of integrated electronic tax bill. Appropriate measures were developed and this study used structural equation modeling to analyze the relationships among the constructs. The results of 215 taxpayers showed that informativeness, security of app's characteristics, and innovativeness of user's characteristics have positive impacts on perceived use easiness but convenience and familiarity have negative impacts on it. Perceived use easiness, convenience, and security have positive impacts on use intention but familiarity has a negative impact on it. Use intention has a positive impact on actual use but perceived use easiness has a negative impact on it. Thus, managers should focus on the app's and user's characteristics for effectiveness and efficiency of integrated electronic tax bill.

The South Korean rail authority is constructing a nationwide tourism belt by developing new rail tour routes in an effort to combine local tourism resources with rail service and to create value in regional areas. As massive financial resources are required to develop and operate such tourist trains, governing authorities are required to examine the feasibility of this project as a sound business model and to assess the public benefit and profitability of the project. In this study, the economic feasibility of the tourist trains was assessed with the contingent valuation method (CVM). According to an estimation of the willingness to pay of potential tour train passengers, the surveyed subjects were willing to pay fares that were higher than prices currently published at the time of this study, thereby demonstrating that the economic value they invest on tourist trains may be higher than published prices at the time. For instance, they were willing to pay 28.4% and 54.9% more for the O-train and V-train types, respectively, according to the study, suggesting that the quality as perceived by train passengers for tourist train services is relatively high. The study is significant in that it succeeded in quantifying the satisfaction level of tourist train passengers using quantitative data (additional funds people are willing to pay).

As new disasters such as COVID-19, MERS, and earthquakes appear in modern society, the nation's ability to manage uncertain risks is becoming more important. The government is promoting a disaster safety management policy closely related to daily life by reinforcing on-site response capabilities. Therefore, in order to respond more effectively to disasters that have recently been enlarged, complicated, and delocalized, there is a limit to only disaster-related organizations in the public sector. It is necessary to check it and find ways to develop it. In the event of an unpredictable national disaster or infection, the government needs disaster safety management measures closely related to daily life. Accordingly, as an efficient response and strategy such as procedures and methods for funeral support at the scene of a national disaster were needed, a designated funeral home was introduced. In the event of a major disaster, a large number of casualties that exceed the daily work level of the relevant department occur and rapid changes in relief, medical care, funeral and administrative procedures occur accordingly. The purpose of this study is to derive basic operating directions and prompt funeral support plans for funeral homes designated for national disaster preparedness.
