최근 Enterprise Architecture(EA)에 대한 관심이 매우 높아지고 있다. 공공분야 뿐만 아니라 민간분야에서도 정보화 노력에 아키텍처의 개념을 도입하려 하기 때문이다. 그러나 실제로 이들 조직에서 아키텍처의 개념을 도입하려는 노력은 매우 다양하다. 즉, 아키텍처 도입의 목적, 범위, 접근 등의 관점에서 매우 다양할 뿐만 아니라 시대에 따라 변해오고 있다. 이러한 아키텍처 도입의 다양성은 아키텍처의 본질적 모습에 대해 많은 혼란을 초래하고 있다. 최근 이 EA의 도입이 가시화되고 있는 실정에 비추어 이 EA의 개념적 실체를 보다 분명히 할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 현재 수행된 EA 산출물을 분석해봄으로써 EA 노력을 체계적으로 분류하고 이들 노력의 특성을 밝히고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과는 EA를 보다 정확하게 이해하고, EA 도입 프로젝트의 방향을 설정하는데 기여를 할 것이라고 본다.

지식정보화 시대에 국가의 분야별 정보화 사업이 확대됨에 따라 정보기술 자산 및 예산에 대한 효율적 관리의 필요성이 대두되고, 1999년 한국전산원에서 '정보기술아키텍처 수립 및 표준 적용에 관한 연구'를 발표하여 국내에서도 정보기술아키텍처의 중요성이 부각되기 시작하였다. 이후 공공부문에서 실제 적용하는 사례가 나타나고 있으며, 해양수산부도 선도적으로 사업 계획에 참여하여 시범적인 수립을 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 정보기술아키텍처에 대한 기본적인 사안을 확인하고, 국내 공공기관에 도입 적용되고 있는 상황에서 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처 사업을 어떤 배경과 목적을 가지고 추진하고자 하는지 확인하고, 사업의 범위가 어떻게 되는지 검토해보며, 추진의 상세 내용으로 비전 및 원칙 수립, 환경 분석, 분야별 아키텍처 수립 방안, 참조 모텔 및 지원 도구, 이행을 위한 계획 수립, 마지막으로 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처를 어떻게 발전시켜 나아가려는지 확인하고, 정보기술아키텍처를 통해 얻고자 하는 기대 효과를 정리한다.

코로나19 이후 건축사업계 비대면 작업 등의 필요성이 대두되면서, 스마트건설 플랫폼 기술인 BIM(Building Information Modeling, 건설정보모델링) 활성화에 관한 목소리도 높아지고 있다. 최근 한국건설기술연구원에서는 공공분야 BIM 기술의 성숙도를 4단계(레벨1~4)로 봤을 때, 우리나라의 평가치는 '레벨1' 초보 수준에 머물러 있다는 진단을 냈다. 이미 '레벨3' 수준에 진입한 영국 등 선진국보다 뒤처져 있다는 분석인데, 이는 2D 환경을 기반으로 설계 또는 시공업무에 대해 제한적으로 BIM을 적용하면서, 일정 규모 이상의 설계BIM만 의무화한 수준이기 때문이다. BIM 트렌드가 '기술개발'에서 '활용' 단계로 넘어가는 과정 가운데 건축분야에서의 활성화 방안은 무엇일까. 월간 '건축사'가 'WBIM(주.더블유빔)'사(社)의 이재환 대표를 만나 BIM의 현장 활용성, 그리고 적용 측면에서의 현실문제 등에 대한 현장 이야기를 들어봤다. 각종 개발사업과 설계파트를 지원하며 BIM전문가로 활동해 온 이재환 대표는 "기획단계부터 BIM을 활용하면 사업 진행 전 과정에서 실시간 검증이 가능하고 동시에 각종 아이디어를 효과적으로 적용할 수 있다"면서도 "활용성을 확보하려면 업계뿐 아니라 발주처, 감독 등도 BIM에 대한 이해도를 높여야 한다"고 말했다.

As e-Commerce and national public procurement have been enabled, needs of supplier management and evaluation system for national public procurement has been growing. Enterprises have constructed and operated supplier relationship management system, in order to automate and increase their supply chain processes by managing the strategic assessment of relationships with external partners. Recently, PPS(Public Procurement Service) in Korea is introducing the concept of SRM to ensure the fairness of public procurement and to strengthen the competitiveness of the national public procurement and public procurement. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish supplier evaluation management and decision support process to allow a transparent supplier selection. In this paper, we present an evaluation method for transparent and objective public procurement. We also present a method for purchase decision support.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a concrete public sign block for floors that can provide pedestrian safety and various information. Method: In order to achieve these research objectives, step-by-step block manufacturing techniques applied in relation to the development of public sign blocks were proposed, and the field applicability of the developed concrete public sign blocks was evaluated. Result: The concrete public sign block for floors developed in this study is expected to be capable of expressing public signs of various shapes and to reduce manufacturing cost. As a result of the usability evaluation for two years, no problems such as cracks, edge dropouts, discoloration, and abrasion were found, so it is judged that sufficient durability was secured. Conclusion: Based on these research results, it is expected that the concrete public sign block will be used as an alternative to secure the weaknesses such as stickers, stone and brass plates that have been used in the existing public sign for floors. It is expected that it can be applied in various fields.

최근 건설분야에 화두가 되고 있는 건축정보모델링(BIM, Building Information Modeling)은 건설산업의 패러다임 전환을 통한 새로운 성장동력의 미래로 부각되고 있으며, 건축분야는 서울시, 용인시, LH공사 등 BIM을 활용한 공공 발주사례가 확산되는 추세다. 토목분야는 건축보다 기간이 길고 비용이 크며 이해당사자가 너무 다양해서 발생하는 정보의 양이 방대할 뿐만 아니라 활용분야를 다양화하지 못하고 이를 뒷받침해주는 제도나 지침의 부재 등으로 인해 건축분야보다 BIM도입이 늦어지고 있다. 이에 토목분야에서 활용할 수 있는 3차원 형상정보와 관련된 정보모델표준, 지침, 가이드를 개발하기 위해 BIM 적용시 가장 효과가 크고 도입의지가 강한 엔지니어링사의 BIM에 대한 인지도 분석을 통해 토목분야 BIM 도입을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

This study is a case study in which collection performance evaluation was attempted using key performance indicators presented by EBSM or collectionHQ, taking three public libraries located in Geumjeong-gu, Busan as examples. Focusing on the collection performance evaluation, which evaluates the performance of the collection, not only the evaluation of individual libraries, but also the differences in the evaluation results of libraries were reviewed. The key performance indicators used are grubby items, dead items, popular author provision, popular subject provision, overstocked subject areas and understocked subject areas. The main analysis results are as follows. First, in the evaluation of the grubby items, the ratio of grubby items out of all items in all three libraries was low. Second, in the case of all dead items, the ratio was high in all three libraries, It exceeded the base value suggested by collectionHQ. Third, the Top 10 popular authors were identified, and there were differences among libraries. Fourth, in the evaluation of provision of popular subject areas, all three libraries had almost no popular subject areas. Fifth, in the evaluation of overstocked subject areas, there was no overstock at Geumsaem Library, but many at Geumjeong Library and Seodong Library. Sixth, in the subject area evaluation of understocked inventory, only Geumsaem Library showed a lack of inventory.

Traditional bidding process and activities in public construction area has many problems in terms of the clearness and fairness of administration. And, it causes many cost consumption to suppliers. As part of the efforts to solve these problems, some public institutions developed the electronic bidding systems. But these systems have still problems in diverse aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze current bidding systems through literature survey and questionnaire, to compare the result of the analysis with the developed electronic bidding systems and to suggest the improvement for the coming bidding systems.
