While small libraries have steadily increased in quantity, parts of qualitative growth such as lack of manpower and poor operation have been pointed out as problems. Accordingly, with the aim of establishing a foundation for linkage and cooperation between public libraries and small libraries, the small library itinerant librarians project has been promoted since 2010, and its scale has been continuously expanding. However, the lack of manpower and poor operation still remain tasks to be solved, and the poor treatment and job environment of itinerant librarians have not improved. In this context, this study aims to examine the problems of small libraries and job problems experienced by itinerant librarians and to find ways to improve the job environment of itinerant librarians based on this. Through the analysis of previous studies, small libraries and net companies were investigated, and in-depth interviews were conducted with participants related to itinerant librarians and small libraries. Through interview data analysis, a total of 17 meaning topics were extracted, including 'lack of work authority', 'lack of work manual', 'lack of communication, community', 'lack of integrated operating system', 'poor treatment and working environment', 'malicious user', and 'lack of belonging'. Based on this, four improvement measures were proposed, including the improvement of the job authority and standard regulations of itinerant librarians, the establishment of a community organization, job security guarantees, and job education reinforcement.

인터넷 서점은 대형 프랜차이즈 서점만으로도 1백 60여 종에 이른다. 국내 서적 거래의 규모는 약 3조원인데, 이 중 인터넷 서점이 차지하는 규모는 1999년의 150억 이후 꾸준히 증가하여 2001년에는 1200억으로 전체 규모의 약 4%를 차지할 정도다. 출판시장이 감소되고 인터넷 서점의 시장점유율이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서, 인터넷 서점의 도서 구매를 적극 활용하는 것은 출판시장을 되살리는 계기가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 서점의 활용 방안 중 이용자들에게 제공되는 인터넷 서점 내 리뷰가 이용자들의 구매 확정 의사에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 예상했다. 이에 따라 공공도서관 이용자 85명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문결과를 바탕으로 인터넷 서점 리뷰가 인터넷 서점 이용자의 구매 의사결정에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 인터넷 서점 리뷰 외에 구매자의 구매 의사 결정에 영향을 주는 다른 요인이 있는지 연구하였다.

Recently there have been the various trials going on that public facilities such as city hall, kindergarten, pubic library and so on are designed by Han-ok(韓屋) style. And it is necessary to apply Korean traditional wooden structure to such a various demands. Based on such situation and needs this paper aims to draw a example design proposal for Han-ok style elementary school which is located in Asan new town. The building scope is total 24 classes consist of 4 classes each grade. The Usual type is adopted to the lower grade classrooms which are Han-ok style using the composition of La-gung(羅宮) as a architectural precedent.

최근 환경부에서 발표한 「제3차(2021~2025) 강우유출 비점오염관리 종합대책(2020)」에 의하면, 우리나라는 지난 50년간 급격한 도시화, 산업화 과정을 거치면서 불투수면적이 전 국토의 약 22.4%에 달한다고 보고되고 있다. 특히 전체 소권역의 6%에 해당하는 51개 소권역의 경우 불투수 면적률 25%를 넘어서고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 불투수면의 증가는 기후변화에 의한 영향으로 토양 침투량과 기저유출량을 감소, 갈수기 하천건천화 심화, 우기 표면유출수 증가를 가중시키며 이로인한 비점오염물질 유입 증가, 수질 악화의 원인으로 작용 될 수 있다. 이에 정부에서는 저영향개발(Low Impact Development, LID) 사업 및 친환경그린인프라(Green Infrastructure, GI) 기술요소를 적용하여 도시지역 기후위기 대응 수단의 일원으로 우수유출 저감, 물순환 구조 개선, 비점오염원을 관리하고자 '그린빗물인프라(Green Stormwater Infrastructure, GSI) 조성 사업'을 추진하여 공공청사를 중심으로 학교, 도서관, 체육시설, 공원 등 적용 범위를 확대하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기후변화에 가장 취약한 해안도시지역인 경상남도에 위치하고 있으며, 불투수면적이 높고 노후화된 소규모 청사 2곳을 시범 구역으로 선정하였다. 각 시범 구역별 GSI 시설 적용이 가능한 주차장, 화단, 옥상 등의 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 적용 규모를 달리하여 물순환·물 환경 개선 효과를 검증하였다. 검증에는 국내에서 개발된 K-LIDM 모형을 활용한 우수유출저감 및 직접유출체적 산정결과를 통해 물순환 효과를, 국립환경과학원에서 제시되고 있는 '토지계 지목별 발생부하원단위', 수질환경개선 보고서에서 제시된 침투형, 식생형 비점오염저감시설의 저감효율을 활용하여 물순환 저감효과를 분석하여 비교하였다.

Community Archpe is . Community Archpe is as close as a kind of a complex of culture space or community center which puts individuals and small community together with culture soil in a central position. For example Community Archpe can include community library, community archive, community historical center, community recovery center, community commencement of an enterprise center, etc. We need small library, archive and historian rather than big scale institution and professional system to take care of culture soil which belongs to an individual and community. Community Archpe is located in coordinates of two intention points. First intention is, a 'Heterogenous Smithy'. Heterogeneity deals with Community Archpe's life. Second intention is, a 'Feminine Smithy'. Community Archpe can be a recovery community when we are in the recovery context, which understand and support a person through archives and history. Then, what can Community Archpe do? First, it can be a new movement of the community. Second, it can also be a centripetal point of classic life. Community Archpe surly locates in the central of Community. Therefore, it will be a cultural literary soil and be a smithy of community history and culture. Thus Community Archpe will change a lot of things on people's life. Community Archpe will be a small happiness to ordinary people, even though it is not a state organ realizing large values.

The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement scheme that assesses organizational performances in library department unit level by applying PCSI model, a Public-service Customer Satisfaction Index. Specifically, this study adopted the Antecedent Model, a component of the PCSI's three-part model, that consists of a total of 12 service quality indices. The study selected a large-scale library as a case to analyze and design a method. We analyzed the library's organizational missions and goals set by each of its six departments, and then mapped them with each of the 12 service quality indices. This mapping was further developed as a work analysis scheme of the library and as a measurement tool. A total of 341 library users participated in a survey that was designed to assess 12 service quality indices. As a result service quality was measured for each index, which in turn, calculated the library's service performance index for both entire and individual units of the library. The results reveled the measurement tool useful in assessing service performances for both individual unit and the entire library.

In literature, it has been widely accepted that knowledge management (KM) success ratio in private companies depends on the corporate size and type of industries. However, there are few studies concerning the procedures about building knowledge management system in state-run corporations. Especially. as the Korean Government advocated the slogan saying. The Strong Nation with Knowledge and Information, the need to investigate the knowledge management case about state-run corporations instead of private companies becomes more urgent. In this respect, this paper is aimed at introducing how knowledge management system has been successfully incorporated in KAMCO, and summarizing several fact findings which are deemed noteworthy for other similar studies.

This study aims to identify the methods of implementation for the 'National Research Foundation of Korea Open Access 2021(Plan)'. This study covers the methods of implementation in the three following core items: 1) developing the details on the amount, method, and procedures of APC support; 2) proposing methods for facilitating the transition of domestic Korean academic journals to open access journals; and 3) developing methods of entrusting papers to open access repositories. APC support should be guaranteed at a reasonable level. The average or median of APC values for the previous three years will be applied to set the upper limit for support each year. APC support will be provided when the paper is published to open access journals or transitioning journals to open access. Hybrid journals or dual access journals are not included. Support for open access publishing of academic journals in Korea during the transition period will be available for open access journals that have registered for CCL in KJCI or journals that have submitted their application for transitioning to open access. Publishing in hybrid, dual access or subscription-based journals must be accompanied by items related to copyright such as embargo. Research results will be used for the detailed implementation plan of 'NRF OA2021 (Plan)'. They will serve as the base data for the rapid, stable, and sustainable implementation of open access policy in NRF, addressing the Korean domestic academic journal publishing environment and the field of international academic communication.
