In the age of digital innovation based on the Internet, Information and Communication and Artificial Intelligence technologies, huge amounts of datasets are being generated, collected, accumulated, and opened on the web by various public institutions providing useful and public information. In order to analyse, gain useful insights and information from data, Formal Concept Analysis(FCA) has been successfully used for analyzing, classifying, clustering and visualizing data based on the binary relation between objects and attributes in the dataset. In this paper, we present an approach for enhancing the analysis of relational attributes of data within the extended framework of FCA, which is designed to classify, conceptualize and visualize sets of objects described not only by attributes but also by relations between these objects. By using the proposed tool, RCA wizard, several experiments carried out on some public open datasets demonstrate the validity and usability of our approach on generating and visualizing conceptual hierarchies for extracting more useful knowledge from datasets. The proposed approach can be used as an useful tool for effective data analysis, classifying, clustering, visualization and exploration.

본 논문에서는, 서울시 자치구별 공공데이터를 활용한 분석 정보를 통해, 도시가 어떤 구조와 산업으로 형성되었는지 알아본다. 데이터 분석을 통해 얻어진 서울의 특징과 도시(자치구별)의 교통 측면, 상업, 데이터에서 발견한 정보를 통해 도시 특성과 구조를 알아본다. 본 논문에서 연구한 결과는 스마트 도시 정책에 활용하여 도시 기본 설계시 교통, 주거, 상업 등의 효율성을 증대 시키는데 기본 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

최근 범죄예측, 교통관리, 신원확인 등 다양한 목적으로 치안 분야에서 ICT 기술이 개발 이용되고 있다. 사물인터넷의 등장으로 인해 생성되는 데이터의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이를 통해 만들어진 빅데이터는 범죄분석 및 예방, 치안수요의 예측, 범죄 수사에 있어서 새로운 변화를 가져올 것으로 예고되고 있다. 새롭게 부각된 치안분야에서의 빅데이터 활용 서비스 사례로는 범죄 예측 서비스, 교통 관련 서비스, 영상 분석과 통합 관제 서비스, 웨어러블 폴리스캠 활용서비스, 신원 확인(바이오 인식 기술)서비스 등이 있다. 선진국에서는 이들 서비스를 개발하고 활용하기 위한 다양한 공공 연구조직이 설립되어 운영되고 있다. 본 고에서는 치안분야에서 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 국내외 서비스 사례와 함께 이를 수용하기 위한 바람직한 공공 연구조직에 대한 논의를 전개한다.

This study analyzes the current status of reading programs in public libraries based on literature research and data from the National Library Statistics System to derive implications and, based on this, to determine policy directions necessary to revitalize reading programs in public libraries in the future. First, based on the implications derived from the analysis, a plan for securing and sharing data on reading activities in public libraries. Second, the results of a correlation analysis of factors related to the planning and operation of reading programs present to suggest ways to revitalize sustainable reading programs. Third, the improvement of reading program evaluation indicators and expanding qualitative evaluation and creating an official mechanism to collect opinions from public libraries on a regular basis by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korean Library Association. Fourth, a cooperative network between public libraries that held reading competitions was proposed.

본 논문에서는 지속되던 코로나-19 바이러스로 인한 일상의 제약이 점차 완화되는 추세 속에서 이전에 영위하지 못하던 개개인의 여가생활을 지원하기 위해 개발하였다. 제약이 완화되면서 많은 사람들이 국내 여행의사가 점차 증가된다고 분석된다. 지금 우리의 일상 속에는 인간이 직접 의사결정을 하는 부분들이 많이 줄어들었다. 공공데이터를 이용한 자동화된 경로 추천 시스템을 통해 사용자들은 의사결정의 단계 없이 제공되는 경로를 지도 API를 통해 시각적으로 이용하며 나들이 준비 과정을 간소화 시킬 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 공공도서관에서 활동하는 강사간의 연결망을 분석하여 이들의 네트워크와 도서관 운영 참여에 관한 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 데이터는 우리나라 A시의 7개 공공 도서관에서 활동한 강사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 우리나라에서 개발한 연결망 분석도구인 NetMiner4를 사용하였다. 분석결과 네트워크의 Betweenness Centrality, Eigenvector Centrality, 그리고 In status Centrality가 다른 중심분석 유형보다 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 운영참여에 관한 모든 문항의 평균값으로 한 분석 결과는 In Degree Centrality의 관계가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Enrollment rate of childcare centers is an important indicator that regulates supply and demand of childcare services in South Korea, but monthly enrollment rate difference of childcare centers has not been studied. This study examines monthly enrollment rate difference from March 2015 to February 2016. Data for this study is drawn from the Korean Childcare Centers database and includes information about 39,775 childcare centers. Enrollment rate had increased steadily from 71.8% in March 2015 to 84.4% in January 2016, whereas it decreased by 50.3% in February 2016. The result showed that enrollment rate difference between March 2015 and January 2016 is about 13%p, and even those of between January and February 2016 is 32%p. Taken together, these findings suggest that the supply and demand of childcare services need to be regulated based on monthly enrollment information.

In December 2014, the study analyzed the wage level of Long-term Care Facilities reported by the National Health Insurance Organization Database. From 2008 to 2014, 1,231.357 people in Korea were acquired qualification for care worker. This study tries to the wage of 1,221,085 care workers. We found out that 91.3% of all are women, and 41% out of care worker qualification were between 50-59 years old. And only 14.8% were employed as care workers. About 73.2% of the nursing care workers had less than 3 years of service at the current job, and their wages were 129.2 million won per month for Nursing Home and 6,421 won per hour for the home care center. In order to investigate care workers, it needs to distinguish between Nursing Home and home care center, and it was also confirmed that wage increases was not reached. In addition, we can question the effect of improvement allowance for better working condition, and suggest fundamental problems for care workers' wage and status.

The purpose of this study was to analyze ILL data in Gyeonggi province so that it could make a further analysis on current inter-regional network of book collection in ILL. In details, this study sought to analyze inter-regional network of ILL book collection among public libraries in Gyeonggi province to examine how a collection of books could be exchanged among those libraries, and analyze possible applications of task-based data in ILL. As a result, this study could verify that the further implementation of ILL across more detailed areas than current regions for the benefit of efficient ILL, if possible, would contribute to streamlining ILL practices.

Recently, at home and abroad, as the demand and supply of electric vehicles have increased, the spread of charging stations for electric vehicles is accordingly spreading out. In this paper, we provide the location, price, and service information of the electric car charging station through the big data analysis by using Open API of the public data and evaluation service provided by KEPCO, thereby inducing communication among users.
