본 연구는 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 테러리즘과 관련하여 경호임무 수행시 나타난 위해사례분석을 통하여 도출된 문제점들을 다각도에서 분석하여 현재 한국 경호제도의 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 현재 한국의 경호관계법, 경호의 원칙과 방법론, 테러와 뉴테러리즘에 대한 기본 이론을 고찰하였다. 그리고 경호위해 사례 중 박근혜 위해사례를 중점적으로 분석한 질적사례연구로 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통한 한국 경호제도의 발전방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 법제도적인 측면에서는 테러방지법과 요인경호법 제정을 재검토해야 할 것이다. 그리고 민간경호의 근거법인 경비업법의 개정을 통해 민간경호의 발전을 도모해야 한다. 둘째, 민간경호 육성의 측면에서 세분화되지 않고 있는 교육훈련 프로그램을 정비 해야하고 강화해야 한다. 또 경비업법에 의한 신변보호업무를 활성화하고 시장을 확대해야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 민간경호원에 대한 국가자격증을 도입해야하고, 공경호의 대표적인 대통령실 경호처에서는 선진기술들을 민간경호로 이전해야할 것이다. 셋째, 운영적 측면에서는 SCE원칙, 인적방벽효과의 원리, 촉수거리확보의 원칙, 체위확장의 원칙, 일직선의 원칙, 대피우선의 원칙 등 경호원칙에 입각한 경호운영이 요구되는 바, 이러한 운영을 위해 선행적으로 예방경호의 중요성이 강조되며 철저한 경호경비기획이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Oxyphilic (Hurthle) cells have abundant eosinophilic granular cytoplasms and occur in both benign and malignant neoplasms of the thyroid gland. Most published studies described mainly oxyphilic tumors of follicular type, and reports on oxyphilic papillary thyroid carcinomas are rare. The oxyphilic variant of papillary carcinoma differs from the classic papillary carcinoma in its more aggressive biological behavior. We report a case of oxyphilic papillary carcinoma exhibiting exclusively oxyphilic cells in a follicular pattern without papillary structures. The pattern of papillary carcinoma was confirmed by fine needle aspiration material and lymph nodal metastasis, both of which revealed typicaled papillary structures with characteristic nuclear features, psammoma bodies, and oxyphilic cytoplasm.

Warm deep drawability in a square cup drawing was investigated using a newly developed high-strength steel sheet with retained austenite that was transformed into martensite during formation. For this investigation, six different temperatures between room temperature and 250℃, and five different drawing ratios ranging from 2.2 to 2.6 were considered. The results showed that the maximum drawing force and the drawing depth were affected by the change in temperature, and a more stable thickness strain distribution was observed at elevated temperatures. However, blue shortness occurred at over 200℃. FEM analysis using the LS-DYNA code was used to compare the experimental results with the numerical results for the thickness strain distribution.

본 연구는 역대 대통령경호실장을 구분해 그들의 전문성과 권력성을 유형화하여 살펴봄으로써 성공한 대통령경호실장과 실패한 대통령경호실장의 원인을 알아보고, 미래의 대통령이 성공적으로 국정을 운영할 수 있도록 방향을 제공하여 주는데 그 목적이 있다. 역대 대통령경호실장을 유형화하기 위하여 경호업무에 오랜 기간 근무한 경호전문가 그룹을 대상으로 전문가회의를 통한 양적연구를 진행하였다. 이와 같은 연구 목적과 방법에 의한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 권력형/전문형은 제2대 박종규 대통령경호실장, 제5대 장세동 대통령경호실장, 제7대 이현우 대통령경호실장, 제8대 최석립 대통령경호실장 등 4명이 해당되었다. 둘째, 권력형/비전문형은 제1대 홍종철 대통령경호실장, 제3대 차지철 대통령경호실장, 제6대 안현태 대통령경호실장, 제14대 김인종 대통령실 경호처장 등 4명이 해당되었다. 셋째, 비권력형/전문형은 제4대 정동호 대통령경호실장, 제9대 박상범 대통령경호실장, 제13대 염상국 대통령경호실장 등 3명이 해당되었다. 넷째, 비권력형/비전문형은 제10대 김광석 대통령경호실장, 제11대 안주섭 대통령경호실장, 제12대 김세옥 대통령경호실장 등 3명이 해당되었다. 대통령경호실장의 유형화 연구는 앞으로 우리나라 대통령이 자신의 안전을 담당할 기관의 책임자를 임명할 때 성공하기 위한 준비된 대통령으로서 국가안보를 생각하고 전문성을 감안하여 국익을 위한 대통령경호실장을 임명해야 할 것을 시사하고 있다.

MCP(microchannel plate)와 지연산 양극판(delay line anode), 그리고 지연선 검출회로로 구성되는, 원자외선 분광기 에 사용될 2차원 지연선(delay line) 방식 의 위 치 검출기 (position sensitive detector)를 설계하고 그 중 지연선 검출회로를 제작하여 동작 및 분해능에 대한 시험을 수행하였다. 이 시험에서는 검출회로의 고유한 분해능을 확인하기 위하여 MCP와 양극판은 각파 특성이 잘 알려진 스티뮬레이션(stimulator)와 양극판 시뮬레이터(anode simulator)로 대체되었다. 제작된 검출회로는 안정적으로 동작하였으며 분광 및 영상 축 방향으로 각각 약 570ps와 약 100ps의 시간 분해능을 가지는 것을 확인하였다

KT는 무궁화 3호 위성을 이용한 양방향 위성 통신 사업을 추진하고 있으며, 지상망을 이용하기 어려운 지역에 정부/공공, 에너지 산업, 기업 단일망 등 다양한 산업 분야를 대상으로 초고속 네트워크를 제공하고 있다. 양방향 위성 통신 서비스는 36,000km 상공의 위성 중계기와 지상 간의 통신 지연을 극복하기 위한 첨단 기술로 운용되고 있으며, 중요 데이터에 대한 위성 통신 품질보증 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 위성망의 트래픽을 수집하고 데이터를 로깅하는 위성망 트래픽 수집 도구와 수집된 데이터를 마이닝을 통해 실시간 모니터링하고 통계 정보를 생성하는 위성망 패킷 데이터 분석 도구로 이루어진 위성망 패킷 데이터 분석 시스템에 대해 논한다. 위성망 패킷 데이터 분석 시스템은 데이터 송수신 정보를 모니터링 함으로써 실시간 위성 통신 상태를 점검하고, 전송 지연 및 실패 등의 위성 통신 오류 상태를 조기 진단하고 조치할 수 있는 위성망 품질 보증 서비스를 제공한다.

P사의 실린더 당 210 kW 급 중속디젤엔진의 연료분사펌프를 대상으로 연료 송출 압력파에 대해서 Ansys Fluent R15.0을 사용하여 수치 해석하였다. 연료 송출 압력파의 실험 결과와 수치 해석 결과가 유사하게 나타났으며, 전산유체역학을 이용한 연료분사펌프의 연료 송출 압력파에 대한 수치 해석의 신뢰성을 확인하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to consider the definition, history, classification and clinical effect of balneotherapy. Methods : We researched oriental documents and recent sources of balneotherapy. Results and Conclusions : 1. Balneotherapy is medical cure method which uses physical chemistry effects of water. 2. Records of balneotherapy are seen in oriental documents such as Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經), Sinnongbonchogyeong(神農本草經), Jaebyoungwonhuron(諸病源候論), Youmoonsachin(儒門事親), Bonchogangmok(本草綱目) and Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) etc. 3. Spa can classify eleven types according to ingredient. The types were as following. Simple thermal spirng, Common salt spring, Sodium bicarbonated spring, Sulfate spring, Radioactive spring, Acid spring, Sulfur spring, Carbon dioxide spring, Iron spring, Alum spring & Sulfate-iron spring, Bicarbonatealkaline spring. 4. Physical, chemical and environmental effect of spa therapy have effectiveness on the chronic and we akness disease more than acute disease. And balneotherapy have more effectiveness on digestive disease, pulmonary disease, metabolic disease, circulatory disease, muscle skeletal disease and dermatologic disease than any other diseases.

Objective : This study was performed to examine the relationship between cerebral blood vessel with meridian by using Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography(TCD) Method : Monitoring of TCD was examined in 10 healthy people in their twenties (mean age was 26.5±1.00). Each examination was performed before & after acupuncture. Three Meridian were tested. Those were Stomach Meridian, Bladder Meridian & Gallbladder Meridian. Maximum velocity and Mean velocity were analyzed from TCD on different vessel. Result : The results showed significant(p<0.05; Wilcoxon signed rank test) change in some cerebral blood flow after acupuncture. Conclusion : There was the relationship between Meridian and cerebral blood vessel.
