  • What is the Meaning of the Knowledge Management?, That is gathering, renewal of old knowledge, communication and creation of new knowledge. The major three key factors for the successful knowledge management in construction industry is well cooperation between following factors ; the willingness of the CEO(in its organization). creation of Cooperation culture in company organization through its members participation and the Activity of the Knowledge management Team in company. But most important factors in successful Promotion for the Knowledge Management is the creation of Cooperation culture in company organization through its members participation, without creating the company culture, there is no successful way in knowledge management business in all business. The other important thing in knowledge management is the creating of the recording culture in company business activity. The greatest purpose of knowledge management is the through the KM activity, we ensure the gathering, renewal of old knowledge, communication and creation of new knowledge and capitalization of knowledge. and the result of the KM is strengthen the company and preparing the our future and new mission.

An Interpretation of Interoperability Definitions Using Association Rules Discovery (연관성 규칙 탐사를 이용한 상호운용성 정의의 해석)

  • Lately, developing systems fully interoperable with others is considered an essential element for successful projects, as not only do e-commerce becomes ubiquitous but also distributed systems' paradigm spreads. However, since definitions of interoperability vary by viewpoints, it is still difficult to have the same understanding and evaluation criteria on interoperability. For instance, various interoperability parties in military use different definitions of interoperability, and its T&E is not conducted according to the definition, but only to levels of information exchange. In this paper, we proposed a new definition of interoperability as followsm First of all, we collected existing and various interoperability definitions, extracting key components in each of them. Second, we statistically analyzed those components and applied the association rules discovery in data mining. We compared existing interoperability definitions to ours. From this research, we found associations among the components from various definitions applying market-basketanalysis, redefining interoperability. Key findings of this research can contribute to a unified viewpoint on the definition, level, and evaluation items of interoperability.

  • This study investigates the effect of foodservice employees' mentoring part on expressing emotions and self-esteem by conducting a survey. The data collected from the survey were analysed by SPSS18.0 and AMOS for frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling. The results are as follows. First, the mentoring part was a significant constituent for achieving an organization's objective because a mentor and a mentee could interact and sympathize through personal recommendation, consultation and support for reducing psychological stress. Second, the mentoring part had a positive effect on organizational ability to adapt. Third, organizational conflicts influenced self-esteem. As the results indicated, the foodservice industry should manage an effective mentoring system for high quality services and the attainment of an organizational goal.

  • Recently, the entertainment programs with vocal skills assessment through the broadcasting and cable broadcasting have become very popular. But, in spite of higher popularity, present performance evaluation methods including musical sympathy of the pop singers and plain performers in broadcastings are absolutely dependent on the subjective feelings of audience assessors who evaluate the musical sympathy in these programs. For solving this problem, quantitative methods instead of subjective methods in the entertainment industries for evaluating pop singer's performance and musical sympathy are taken as important issues and social demands. For this, in this paper, we propose a visual and quantitative evaluation method by applying ICT technologies that can be evaluated in all areas of musical sympathy as well as a singer's assessment.

  • Music copyright began in 1850 in France and, unlike other copyrighted works such as architecture or arts, which are based on visual conditions, copyrighted music is based the on trends of the times. The appropriate range of protection for musical works is not the entire music, but the part that is determined to be a creative expression deduced from the analysis of the musical structure. Concerning the issue of plagiarism in popular music, the determination of creativity plays an important role in whether a piece of music encroaches on the original copyrighted works or not. However, determining whether a work is an element of a previously copyrighted work should be achieved through a consensus formed by members of the relevant industry and academia rather than the court. The purpose of this study is to classify the creative and non-creative elements of popular music, in order to create a classification that can enable musical creators to provide a consensus on the elements of creative expression.

A Study on the PR Method of Cadastral Re-survey Project Using Hutton's PR Model (허튼(Hutton)의 PR모델을 이용한 지적재조사 홍보 방법)

  • This study is aimed at looking into the PR method of cadastral re-survey, and at looking for the reason of the delay of cadastral re-survey project. We thought that the reason why the cadastral re-survey project was delayed was a lack of a national agreement on it owing to an insufficient PR. So, to solve this question, we proposed an alternative plan for the PR method of cadastral re-survey, using Hutton's PR model. As a result of a study, a total of 31 PR methods was made which were apt for every practical PR on the basis of 6 three-dimensional models of PR practice. But, some of Hutton's PR models proved to be unfit for the cadastral re-survey project. Therefore, we formed and proposed a new model to apt for the cadastral re-survey project. The result of this study is expected to be of help in getting a foundation to form a national agreement on the quick operation of a upcoming cadastral re-survey project.

  • Whether an excellent animation film has vitality and charm largely depends on the aesthetic and emotional experience it brings to the audience, as well as the flexible use of the medium-long shot during the production of the animated film, especially the long take shot. It can then realize the real emotional communication between the animated film and the audience, stimulate the aesthetic experience, and achieve emotional resonance and sublimation. This thesis studies the characteristics and morphological divisions of moving long-shot composition and static composition and explores the diversified theories of animated emotional experience. Additionally, combined with the actual application analysis in the excellent animation feature "Prince Nezha's Triumph Against Dragon King", this thesis discussed the changes in the emotional experience created by the long take shots in the animation. This thesis finally summarized the relationship between the long shots in animation and the emotional experience of the animation creators, and how long shots stimulate viewers' aesthetic and emotional experience. In this way, it also provides a reference for future animation theory research, and finally creates animation works that bring high-quality emotional experience to the audience.

  • This study aims to present an integrated development plan that independently holds festivals for ancient Mahan historical and cultural festivals in our region. It is also aimed at promoting the intensive Mahan culture through attracting and promoting tourists through Mahan's history and culture. To this end, we intend to explore future ancient historical culture through in-depth analysis and presentation of development that can help with future development plans and build mutual consensus. The purpose of the study is to re-examine the value of Mahan culture, develop integrated Mahan culture in the future through empirical analysis by local residents and experts, and present the current status and direction through research to attract tourists.

케이블 UHDTV 방송기술 동향

  • HD(High Definition) 방송기술이 보편화 되면서 HD이후의 실감형 방송서비스에 대한 기술개발이 빠르게 진행되어 왔다. 여러 기술들 중에서 UHD(Ultra High Definition)는 HD이후의 실감형 방송으로 가장 주목 받고 있다. 그 이유는 UHD 기술의 표준화가 대부분 진행되어 시장내 서비스에 대한 공감대 형성이 많이 되어 있고 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 솔루션과 서비스를 위한 관련 제품들이 이미 상용화 되어 있기 때문이다. 그리고 UHD를 전송하기 위한 기술 기반들은 성숙단계에 있으며 UHDTV 제품이 시장에 출시되고 있어 실감형 방송서비스 중에서 가장 현실적으로 상용화에 접근한 서비스로 인정받고 있는 것이다. 시청자 입장에서도 다른 실감형 방송 서비스와 달리 시청 거부감이 낮다. 특히 케이블은 경쟁매체에 비해 대용량 고화질 방송서비스에 장점이 있고 전송규격의 큰 변화 없이 UHD 서비스를 할 수 있어 상용서비스 제공에 이점을 가지고 있다. 본고에서는 한걸음 더 다가온 케이블기반 UHDTV의 표준화 현황과 방송기술 동향에 대해서 알아본다.

  • 최근 무선통신서비스의 수요 급증에 따른 주파수 부족 심화 현상에 대해 제한된 주파수 자원의 재분배와 같은 해결책으로는 근본적인 극복이 어렵다는 공감대를 바탕으로 주파수 공유에 대한 연구가 다양한 분야에서 진행 중이다. 특히 인지무선기술은 무선통신에 관련된 모든 기술분야와 밀접하게 연관되어 다양한 기술분야의 협업을 통한 현 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 도전 기술임은 자명하다. 인지무선기술을 적용한 다양한 기술 표준들은 마무리 되었거나 마무리 단계에 있지만, 광의적 개념의 CR(Cognitive Radio)기술 측면에서 보면 아직도 해결해야 할 기술 이슈들이 산재해 있으며, 이러한 이유로 2014년 가트너 하이프 사이클상 태동기(innovation trigger)에 위치해 있다. 따라서, 본고에서는 최근 진행되고 있는 CR 관련 국내외 표준화 동향 및 기술개발에 대해 정리하고, 해결해야 할 주요 기술별 도전 이슈들에 대해 제시하고자 한다.
