Ubiquitous city is convergence of metro city construction and intellectual technology. The physical space of metrocity will be progressively summarized, integrated and converged in the future. Information technology developed into ubiquitous IT past through computerization and telecommunication. The purpose of this paper is to research ubiquitous city construction according to recently promulgated law.

최근 IT(Information Technology)산업의 가장 핵심적 키워드는 산업 내 혹은 산업간의 융합화 즉 컨버전스(Convergence)라 할 수 있다. 즉, IT를 매개로 서로 다른 분야의 기술들이 상호 융합되어 새로운 서비스 또는 기술을 제공하는 융합화 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 융합의 핵심에는 유비쿼터스라는 패러다임이 있으며, 유비쿼터스 패러다임은 도시에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공하였다. u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합하여 도시생활의 편의 증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적 도시관리에 의한 안전보장과 시민복지 향상, 신산업 창출 등 도시의 제반기능을 혁신시킬 수 있는 차세대 정보화 도시로 정의된다. 성공적인 u-City 건설을 위해선 기존의 지자체GIS 개념을 확대하여 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념이 필요하며, 지능형 도시공간정보를 효율적으로 서비스하기 위한 서비스 표준체계가 필요하다. 즉, u-City의 실질적 구현 및 운영을 위해서는 정보(컨텐츠)가 필요하며. 이를 위해선 도시공간정보의 상호운용성의 확보가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념과 지능형 도시공간정보 서비스 표준체계를 제시하도록 한다.

The Purpose of this paper is to analyze of community space of high-rise housing as a basic research towards developing a model of spacial convergence. For this, 10 cases of high-rise housing complexes are compiled. Research methods are as follows. First, through the analysis of 10 high-rise housing complexes, the types of community space program are categorized by concepts. Second, community space plans are analyzed by floor. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, through the analysis of 10 cases, the types of community space program are classified 8 categories : Culture, Health, Leisure, Education, Life-style Assistance, Business Assistance, Open Space, Commercial Facility. Second, community space plans are arranged at the lower floor of the building at a high ratio. Third, the types of convergence model for community programs are suggested by 4 categories : Human, Time, Experience, Local Community. Fourth, community space configuration is categorized by 4 types.

KOMPSAT-2 고해상도 위성영상이 제공됨에 따라, 국내에서도 고해상도 위성영상을 활용한 다양한 연구 및 활용 사례가 증대되고 있다. KOMPSAT-2는 높은 공간해상도의 흑백영상과 멀티스펙트럴 영상을 동시에 제공하고 있는데, 개체 추출 및 고해상도의 토지 피복도 생성, 영상의 시각화를 위한 고해상도 멀티스펙트럴 영상 취득이 주요한 실정이다. 따라서 서로 다른 공간, 분광해 상도를 가지는 센서 자료를 이용하여 두 개의 장점을 모두 가지는 영상으로 재구성하는 영상융합은 원격탐사분야에서 중요한 연구분야이다. 이를 위해 다양한 영상융합기법이 연구되었지만, 대부분의 알고리즘들이 융합 후에 원 멀티스펙트럴 영상의 분광정보를 왜곡시키는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 영상 유도기법을 이용하여 융합영상의 분광정보를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 원 멀티스펙트럴 영상과 해상도를 낮춘 융합영상과의 비교 분석을 통하여 융합영상의 공간해상도 왜곡은 최소한으로 줄이고 왜곡된 분광정보를 최대한 보정하였다. 다양한 알고리즘을 통해 얻은 KOMPSAT-2 융합 영상에 본 알고리즘을 적용한 결과, 분광정보 왜곡량이 기존의 융합결과에 비해 줄어든 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 다양한 응용분야에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

It is possible to evaluate hi-tech spatial services such as U-City services as part of the visible results from more than 10 years of public efforts and budgets on Korea National Digitalization. The U-City services are mainly based on ICT(Information and Communication Technology), but in the aspect of giving intelligence to the existing physical space, in principle, they are to be inter-connected with both spatial information and spatial plan. But, still there are few shared concepts for linking U-City services with spatial information and spatial plan. Therefore, under the proposition of the realization of Ubiquitous National Territory in the Digital Convergence Era, the purpose of the current study is to facilitate the balanced development among U-City services, national spatial data and spatial plan by proposing a new concept of Digital Convergence Space. Then, for its realization, regarding laws and policy arrangements are suggested.

다양한 형태의 영상들을 합성하는 것은 하나의 영상에서 얻을 수 없는 다른 정보들을 함께 얻을 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있으므로 다양한 영상을 합성하는 합성방법들에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 고해상도 영상의 공간정보와 multi-spectral 영상의 분광정보를 융합하는 기법들을 모듈화 하여 다양한 형태의 영상들을 합성하는데 여러 영상융합 기법을 적용시켜 봄으로서 각각의 영상융합법의 장단점을 구분하고 분광정보를 갖고있는 저해상도 영상의 공간해상도를 높여서 좀 더 분석하기 쉬운 영상을 만드는 시스템을 개발하는 것이다.

Globalization, conversions, and OSMU (One Source Multi Use) in modern cultural industry is expanding fast, and global competition is soaring with a changing environment today. In fact, the development of one nation depends on its cultural creativity. Yet, there is an increasing need for a connection between space and culture since globalization homogenizes a nation's unique cultural identity and provides low level of utilization in digital cultural contents in terms of saving, conserving and maintaining data. In order to invigorate the cultural industry, there must be some information that provides public culture contents, which they can be freely searched, displayed, and re-produced. Ultimately, these public culture contents should be able to provide Culture Space. This text discusses how individuals produce the Culture Space, which provides digital information of time and space, from a relationship between culture and space. It also introduces the public Culture Contents service framework in order to provide culture information and combined Culture Contents.

In this paper, the development of differentiated programs for visitors as well as those for teaching, ways on how to make these halls a culture complex that can support diverse cultural activities for citizens, and strategies to increase their utilization for the public as an facility open to the community, given the trend that intangible cultural heritage teaching halls are getting bigger and complex. The intangible cultural heritage teaching halls of it is need to make improvements to the facility for their activation. Therefore In this paper as a collected information on their establishment and administration to find ways for their activation from a user perspective by visiting three intangible cultural heritage teaching halls except Seoul and large cities of metropolitan areas. We expect that findings from the study will provide a basis to set directions to make intangible cultural heritage teaching halls a culture complex facility.

말뭉치를 구성하고 있는 문장들 사이의 관계가 반영된 시각화는 말뭉치 전체의 구조나 유사의미 문장군의 분포 등을 파악하는데 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는, 유사한 의미를 가지는 문장들은 서로 가까이에 분포하도록 시각화되어야 한다는 제어조건을 사용자가 제공했을 때, 해당 조건이 만족되도록 2차원 공간에 말뭉치의 각 문장을 시각화하는 기법을 소개한다.

This study aims to create a new urban space through mechanism structure and algorism analysis between IT and ET. The results are as follows. First, the development trends of ET IT are classified into 4 types, "Eco-Friendly Development", "Energy Production Technology Development", "Energy Saving Technology Development" and "Wide Area IT Network Development", which are found to be constantly evolving. Second, Sang-Am DMC developed through the environmentally protective and eco-friendly aspects of ET from the Korean War to 1978. Wide area IT networks developed rapidly from 1990 to 2000. However, in 2010, urban spaces began to develop by the fusion of the Environment and Information. The fusion of Environment and Information in the development trends in the past is referred to as "Individual Development", that in the present is referred to as "Semi-fusion Development" and that in the future will be referred to as "Total Fusion Development". Third, the mechanism structure of DMC has evolved through creation, extinction and fusion processes. The creation process will serve to supplement the insufficiencies of the existing systems, the extinction process will be the compactification of the fusion process, and the fusion process will be the standard for creation and extinction. Finally, the future of new innovative urban and architectural spaces will be forged by the mechanism symbolization patterns of IT ET.
