In this study, we have acquired the related data of the important culture assets in this country by using close range photogrammetry and GSIS. Also, we have generated database of curtural assets and we have been developing culture assets information system to manage the data effectively. As result of this study, we could facilely operate this system by converting dulistic management to unitary. Therefore, we will act of a part of rearing for effect of many important cultural properties and the domestic information industry from this study.

본 논문은 댁내통신설비 구축에 필요한 설치 공간과 운용조건에 해당하는 환경 요소들에 대한 체계를 분석하여 정리한 것이다. 댁내통신설비기술의 부문으로서 구조화된 배선시스템이 그 중추를 이루고 있으며, 이에 필요한 광커넥터, 트랜시버 등 핵심 접속 자재, 보호기, 복합 세대단자함 또는 게이트웨이 등이 개발되고 있다. 이에 더하여 댁내통신설비의 근간이 되는 배선시스템을 최적으로 수용하고 운용할 수 있는 공간과 환경이 갖추어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 공간과 환경에 대하여 국내외 표준자료와 기술규격 자료, 설치시방서와 연구논문 등을 분석하여 아직 체계적으로 정리되어 있지 않은 공간과 환경 요소들을 분류 정리한 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of effective use of spatial data in Busan metropolitan city. To do so, information systems and spatial data established in each department are analyzed. Spatial data distribution networks scattered around the nation are integrated to the national spatial information clearinghouse and the service is expanded for the public and the private sectors to participate. Information systems supplied by the central government are 22 and information systems operating in the Busan Metropolitan City are 168. In addition, there are also 295 types of the thematic maps in 11 fields related to the environment, road transportation, livestock, and etc. For systems integration and management system, an integrated information management and linkage system is required in the near future. In the next logical step, generation of metadata, experiments for effective utilization of spatial data, and construction of the data center should be necessary.

Spatial decision support systems(SDffi), a new class of decision support system(DSS), result from the melding together of GIS and DSS, Planning support systems(PS5) add more advanced spatial analysis functions than GIS and intertemporal functions to the functions of SDSS. This paper reports the development of a planning support system providing a framework that facilitates urban planners and civil engineers in conducting coherent deliberations about the generation of satisficing sewers. 1he planning support system for the generation of satisficing sewers(PS5/GSS) was designed from the understanding that land use and development drive the demand for storm and sanitary sewers. Through four stages of supply, demand, alternative generation, and evaluation, PSS/GSS integrates basic planning, preliminary design, and engineering design of sewer. GIS and graphic user interface are excellent toolboxes for designing sewer networks, estimating the quantity of wastewater, and showing generated alternative sewers. A sewer model using simulation tedmique can generate an initial sewer. Users can define alternative sewers by the direct manipulation of sewer networks or by the manipulation of parameters in the sewer model. The sewer model evaluates the performance of the user defined alternatives.

사회의 빠른 변화 속에서 지자체가 처리해야 할 정보의 양과 행정수요는 점점 증가하고 있으며, 의사결정과 기획을 위한 정보망과 정보시스템의 활용 계획을 수립하여야 하는 필요성은 더욱 증대되고 있다. 도시정보체계(UIS)의 구축은 의사결정의 효율적인 도구로 각광받아 대다수 지자체에서 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 지자체 행정업무의 70～80%가 공간정보와 연계되어 있다는 막연한 기대감에서 출발한 현재의 도시정보체계(UIS) 구축사업은 단지공간정보 관리 중심의 시스템 개발에 치우치게 되었으며, 시설물 관리 분야에 대한 사업을 이미 수행한 지자체에서는 향후 어떠한 사업들을 전개해야 할 지에 대한 보다 다양하고 구체적인 비전을 가지지 못하고 있는 것이 우리의 현실이 아닌가라는 우려를 하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시정보체계(UIS)의 새로운 비전 수립을 위해서는 막연하게 제시되고 있는 공간정보 관련성 분석을 보다 세분화하여 수행할 수 있는 공간정보 관련성 분석 모형을 제시함으로써 지자체 도시정보체계(UIS) 구축사업의 현재를 돌아보고 보다 발전적인 새로운 사업추진의 시각을 고찰해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 지자체 업무영역에 대한 보다 세분화된 공간정보의 관련성 분석을 위해 공간정보를 업무관점, 업무-정보산출물 관점, 데이터구축관점, 정보관점, 서비스관점으로 세분화여 하여 접근하였으며, 이를 종합하여 최종적인 공간정보 관련성 분석 모형을 구성하였다. 또한 지속적인 도시정보체계(UIS) 사업의 추진을 위해 시간적 개념의 변화 양상을 제시함으로써 GIS의 발달단계에 따라 어떠한 부분에 비중을 둔 사업의 추진이 이루어져야 하는지에 대해서 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 시설물 관리 중심의 도시기반정보화에 편중된 도시정보체계의 구축사업의 시각이 행정정보화, 생활정보화, 산업정보화 등 다양한 분야와 결합하여 보다 큰 시너지 효과와 사용자 중심의 서비스 개선을 창출할 수 있는 기반을 제공할 것을 기대해 본다.. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped. In a long-term perspective of development of spatial information industry, security regulation, such as limiting public picture resolution of aerial photographs, needs a rational improvement. However, unplanned deregulation of spatial information could lead problematic results such as national security issues because its present security management system is not established in reasonable manner. The main purpose of this research is to suggest the improvement plan of spatial information security management system to meet the reducing security regulation in accordance with changes of political and economic condition including current national spatial information security polices and spatial information industry. From an analytical standpoint, we examined the overall aspects of legal, operation management, and technical system while we maintained especially integrated perspective of spatial information security management. Followed by investigation of spatial information security issues, as well as its regulation and policies in overseas, rational improvement plan of security management is proposed in the aspects of legal, operation management, and technical system. It is also suggested the three-step improvement plan of reducing regulation of security management system.
