In this study, a reference model is constructed that provides architects or designers with sufficient information on the intelligent service facility that is essential for U-City space configuration, and for the support of enhanced design, as well as for planning activities. At the core of the reference model is comprehensive information about the intelligent service facility that plans the content of services, and the latest related information that is regularly updated. A plan is presented to take advantage of the database of list information systems in the Public Procurement Service that handles intelligent service facilities. We suggest a number of improvements by analyzing the current status of, and issues with, the goods information in the Public Procurement Service, and by conducting a simulation for the proper placement of CCTV. As the design of U-City plan has evolved from IT technology-based to smart space-based, reviews of limitations such as the lack of standards, information about the installation, and the placement of the intelligent service facility that provides U-service have been carried out. Due to the absence of relevant legislation and guidelines, however, planning activities, such as the appropriate placement of the intelligent service facility are difficult when considering efficient service provision. In addition, with the lack of information about IT technology and intelligent service facilities that can be provided to U-City planners and designers, there are a number of difficulties when establishing an optimal plan with respect to service level and budget. To solve these problems, this study presents a plan in conjunction with the goods information from the Public Procurement Service. The Public Procurement Service has already built an industry-related database of around 260,000 cases, which has been continually updated. It can be a very useful source of information about the intelligent service facility, the ever-changing U-City industry's core, and the relevant technologies. However, since providing this information is insufficient in the application process and, due to the constraints in the information disclosure process, there have been some issues in its application. Therefore, this study, by presenting an improvement plan for the linkage and application of the goods information in the Public Procurement Service, has significance for the provision of the basic framework for future U-City enhancement plans, and multi-departments' common utilization of the goods information in the Public Procurement Service.

기존의 u-HealthCare 서비스는 환자에 대해서 일정한 공간에서의 센서의 on/off 타입에 대한 모니터링/환자관리의 서비스를 제공하였다. 이러한 환경하에서의 주된 서비스는 현재 환자의 상태에 대한 수동적인 형태이다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 센서 데이터에 대한 연속센서 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한다. USN의 응용서비스인 u-HealthCare 서비스는 센서데이터로부터 생체정보 및 위치정보를 이용하여 환자/보호자/관련 의료진에게 필요한 정보를 제공한다. 이것은 환자에 대한 관리/모니터링뿐만 아니라 환자의 상태에 따른 센싱(sensing)된 데이터를 이용한 패턴(pattern), 예측-(prediction), 이상치(outlier)를 분석함으로써 보다 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 센서 데이터에 대해 새로운 연속 센서데이터 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 질의를 통해 지식을 추출하고 보다 지능화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 응용서비스 기법을 제안한다.

홈 네트워크 분야는 현재 유무선 통신과 디지털 정보 기기를 기반으로 지능화 된 주거 공간을 제공하고자 하는 스마트 홈 연구가 활발하게 진행 중이다. 최근 사용자에게 더 편리하고 실용적인 스마트 홈 서비스를 어떻게 제공할 것인가에 대한 이슈가 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 범용성, 유용성, 편의성을 고려한 서비스에 대해 연구하였다. 플랫폼 독립적인 웹서비스를 기반으로 홈 내 자원에 대한 기본 정보을 제공하고, 자원 사이의 관계 상황을 찾아 새로운 관계 정보를 제공한다. 이를 활용하여 사용자 편의적인 인터페이스를 가진 모바일 응용 프로그램을 개발하였다. 향후 장애 정보와 결합하여 홈 내 유지보수 서비스로의 확장을 기대한다.

The Intelligent Space(ISpace) provides challenging research fields for surveillance, human-computer interfacing, networked camera conferencing, industrial monitoring or service and training applications. ISpace is the space where many intelligent devices, such as computers and sensors, are distributed. According to the cooperation of many intelligent devices, the environment, it is very important that the system knows the location information to offer the useful services. In order to achieve these goals, we present a method for representing, tracking and human following by fusing distributed multiple vision systems in ISpace, with application to pedestrian tracking in a crowd. This paper described appearance based unknown object tracking with the distributed vision system in intelligent space. First, we discuss how object color information is obtained and how the color appearance based model is constructed from this data. Then, we discuss the global color model based on the local color information. The process of learning within global model and the experimental results are also presented.

전 세계적으로 다양한 피해를 입히고 있는 랜섬웨어는 사이버 공간에서 가장 위협적인 공격으로 인식되고 있다. 최근 랜섬웨어는 단순히 데이터를 암호화하는 것 뿐만 아니라 데이터 유출, DDoS 공격을 수행하는 등 고도화 되고 있다. 최근 랜섬웨어 공격 조직들은 서비스형 랜섬웨어를 제작/판매하고 있으며, 그에 따라 전문 지식이 없는 악의적인 사용자들도 랜섬웨어 공격이 가능한 실정이다. 본 논문은 지능화 되고 있는 랜섬웨어의 최신 동향을 분석하고 세대별 발전 방향을 살펴본다.

도로, 교량, 하폐수처리장, 공동구와 같은 도시기반시설은 u-City 구축에 있어 근간이 되는 요소로서, 도시민에게 편리한 삶을 제공해주는 동시에 지속적인 유지관리가 수반되어야 할 시설들이다. u-City는 이러한 도시기반시설을 u-IT기술을 활용하여 융복합, 지능화 함으로써 도시민에게 보다 유이한 서비스를 제공하고, 관리자에게 보다 효율적인 유지관리 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 공간으로서, 현재 이에 대한 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 취지에서 도출된 도시기반시설 서비스와 관련 요소기술 개발 내용을 소개하고, 현장 적용성 시험에 필요한 테스트 베드 구축 내용을 고찰하고자 한다. 이 테스트 베드는 현장 적용 상태에서의 성능을 검증하고 실용 가능한 수준으로 고도화 하기 위하여 구축된 횡단보도가 포함된 왕복 6차선 도로로서, USN 센서 및 싱크노드, 봉합 콘트롤러가 설치되어 원격으로 상황을 감시할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.

디지털방송이란 방송 콘텐츠의 제작, 전송 및 재현에 이르는 모든 과정을 디지털화 함으로써, 고품질의 방송 프로그램 및 다채널 서비스를 실현하고 통신방송 융합형 서비스를 포함한 다양한 부가기능을 제공하는 방송 기술로 정의된다. 디지털방송의 주요 특징은 다음과 같다. ㆍ현재 아날로그TV보다 5∼6배 선명한 고선명(HD) 영상과 CD급 고음질의 음향을 제공함 ㆍ기존의 방송 프로그램뿐만 아니라, 영상, 음성, 음향, 문자, 그래픽 등 다양한 형태의 멀티미디어 정보를 TV수상기, 컴퓨터 모니터, 휴대전화 등 여러 가지 수신 단말을 통하여 받아볼 수 있음ㆍ방송 통신망 연동, 방송 단말의 지능화 기능 등을 통하여 시간, 공간적 제약없이 언제, 어디서나, 누구든지 시청자 개인 취향의 프로그램을 자유롭게 이용할 수 있으며, 시청자가 방송에 직접 참여하는 양방향 서비스가 가능함 ㆍ양방향 데이터 방송, TV전자상거래, T-Government 등 멀티미디어 부가서비스를 이용하여 디지털 인프라간 통합의 구심점 및 정보플랫폼(Home Gateway) 역할을 수행함.(중략)

오늘날은 지능화된 사물이 스스로 공간의 상황을 인식하여 필요한 행위를 대신해 주는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경으로 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 언제 어디서나 상황 정보를 분석하여 원하는 사용자에게 실시간으로 알려줄 수 있는 알림 서비스에 대한 관심으로 이어지고 있으며, 현 물류 시스템에서도 실물의 흐름과 정보의 흐름간에 불일치와 같은 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 변화를 요구하고 있다. 알림 서비스 또는 이벤트 통지 서비스는 정보의 제공자 측에서 발생한 새로운 이벤트에 대해 관심있는 사용자에게 알려주는 서비스로, 정보의 제공자와 관심있는 사용자를 연결하는 역할을 한다. 이 논문에서는 통합물류운송 시스템에 적용 가능한 알림시스템의 응용 시나리오를 기술하고, 전체 시스템의 구조, 데이터 모델을 제안한다. 또한 이벤트 대수를 이용하여 복합 이벤트를 정의함으로써 응용하는 시스템의 적합함을 설명한다.

최근의 정보통신기술의 급격한 발전으로 인해 향후 도시를 건설할 때 도시운영 및 관리뿐만 아니라 도시민들이 향유할 각종 서비스에 정보통신기술 변화를 반영하여야 할 것이다. 행정중심복합도시를 건설하기 위해서도 이러한 정보기술의 변화를 전망하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 추진방안이 모색되어야 한다. 행정중심복합도시는 과거의 전형적인 도시개발방식에서 탈피하고, 새로운 방식과 모델을 도입하여 21세기의 모범적인 도시를 건설하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 IT의 비약적인 발전에 따라 도시의 물리적 거리와 시간에 구애받지 않고 무한한 정보를 매체로 새로운 도시공간으로 구현되어야 한다. 또한 이러한 정보기술의 발전을 통해 행정중심복합도시의 가치를 높이고 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 창출할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 u-행복도시의 비전을 '사람과 자연과 기술이 하나되는 세계제일의 지능정보도시'로 정의하고 이러한 비전을 토대로 행적 효율과 시민 편익이 제고되는 전자 행정중심 도시, 자연과 인간이 함께 하는 지능형 환경 도시, 시민 안전을 도모하는 첨단정보관리 도시, 사람과 사물이 연결되는 정보 네트워크 도시에 대한 구현방안을 모색하였다.

For the development and management of u-City(ubiquitous city), Ubiquitous City Construction Law was enacted(March 3, 2008) to form the legal basis of u-City plan, construction and managements afterwards. The ultimate goal of the u-City construction is the advancement of national territory utilization and management using Korea's high level of IT and spatial information infrastructure. Based on the definition of the u-City Construction Law, the u-City refers to a city where u-City services are provided through the u-City infrastructure applying u-City technology. But, based on the current level of relationship model among u-City service, technology and infrastructure, it is not enough to guide the local municipalities to plan and provide the successful u-City services in its vicinity. So as one of the core issues for the legal arrangements of successful u-City services, the purpose of the study is to suggest the basic directions and execution strategies for the relationship establishment among u-City service, technology and infrastructure.
