Organizing and maintaining customer-based online communities are becoming increasingly important in current business environment. Companies can utilize the member generated contents in developing their products and services and they can establish close relationships with their customers. This paper investigates how customer-based online communities increase individual members' contributive behaviors. Drawing on the social psychology literature, this study adopts the concept of self-discrepancy rooted in self-identity and derive an index for self-discrepancy by using the differences between actual and virtual self-identities. Furthermore, this study examines the relationship between the self-discrepancy and the anonymity-related psychological factors (autonomy, recovery, and catharsis), which in turn influence quality and quantity of contribution. Analysis of 114 respondents showed that self-discrepancy between actual and virtual selves has two different sub-dimensions (personal self-discrepancy and social sel f-discrepancy) and each dimension has different effect on the quality and quantity of contribution through the mediation of autonomy and recovery. Notably, catharsis negatively influenced quality of contribution. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed based on the major findings.
The structure of sensibility from motion was developed for the purpose of understanding relationship between sensibilities and physical factors to apply it to dynamic visual display. Seventy adjectives were collected by assessing adequacy to express sensibilities from motion and reporting sensibilities recalled from dynamic displays with achromatic color. Various motion displays with a moving single dot were rated according to the degree of sensibility corresponding to each adjective, on the basis of the Semantic Differential (SD) method. The results of assessment were analyzed by means of the factor analysis to reduce 70 words into 19 fundamental sensibilities from motion. The Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) technique constructed the sensibility space in motion, in which 19 sensibilities were scattered with two dimensions, active-passive and bright-dark Motion types systemically varied in kinematic factors were placed on the two-dimensional space of motion sensibility, in order to analyze important variables affecting sensibility from motion. Patterns of placement indicate that speed and both of cycle and amplitude in trajectories tend to partially determine sensibility. Although color and motion affected sensibility according to the in dimensions, it seemed that combination of motion and color made each have dominant effect individually in a certain sensibility dimension, motion to active-passive and color to bright-dark.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of storytelling skill on science learning motivation and space perception ability. For this study the 5 grade, 2 class was divided into a research group and a comparative group. The class was pre-tested in order to ensure the same standard. The research group had the science class with storytelling skill, and the comparative group had the class with teacher centered lectures for 10 classes in 10 weeks. The storytelling skill was focused on finding stories, constellation searching, story deciding, story hero deciding, story composition, storytelling completion. To prove the effects of this study, science learning motivation was split up according to attention power, relation, confidence, and sense of satisfaction. Also, space perception ability consisted of two-dimensional rotation, 3 dimension rotations, reflection, three-dimensional searching, number of block, and figure type in pattern. The results of this study are as follows. First, using storytelling skill was effective in science learning motivation. Second, using storytelling skill was effective in space perception ability. Also, after using storytelling skill was good reaction by students. As a result, the elementary science class with storytelling skill had the effects of developing science learning motivation and space perception ability. it means the science class with storytelling skill has potential possibilities and value to develop science learning motivation and space perception ability.
By comparing the development history of rectangular coordinate system in Cartography and Mathematics, we assert in this manuscript that the rectangular coordinate system is not so much related to analytic geometry but comes from the space perceiving ability inherent in human beings. We arrived at this conclusion by the followings: First, although the Cartography have much influenced to various area of Mathematics such as trigonometry, logarithm, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics, and so on, which were developed or progressed around the advent of analytic geometry, the mathematical coordinate system itself had not been completely developed in using the origin or negative axis until 100 years and more had passed since Descartes' publication. Second, almost mathematicians who contributed to the invention of rectangular coordinate system had not focused their studying on rectangular coordinate system instead they used it freely on solving mathematical problem.

In this study we investigated the adequacy of tools for distinction gifted students through the comparison these mutual relation on the basis of data, like paper test, the depths interview score, and the rest data((TTCT: Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking, IQ test, FASP: Find A Shape Puzzle, V.T: Visualization Tests and Exp: experimental ability test), and analysis data of EEG test for examining the adequacy of tools for identification gifted students. So, we developed Brain Wave gifted Index(G-Index) for finding another distinction ability as using brain waves data. The standard of index development use gifted brain characteristic in closed-eyes rest state which is judged like that characteristic of distinction between gifted and normal students is the most clear and consistence. That is, the degree of unified pattern between each object and gifted PCA pattern was defined by Pearson method which added spatial mutual index to weight concept. This refer to mean number of spatial PCA pattern. Searching for the possibility of distinction gifted gave distinction effect in 76%. The result of regression analysis on the basis of mutual relation between the rest data is . The probability formula for distinct gifted group is as follow. $$P=\frac 1{1+e^{-[-0.018(TTCT)+0.057(IQ)+1.916(FASP)+0.682(V.T)+0.088(Exp.)+0.034(G-Index)-57.510]}}$$ The result of this calculation showed that probability for distinct in gifted group was very good(95.0%). On the basis of upper result, tools for identification gifted students should be estimated as using many-sided estimation data whatever possible. And following study about development, and operation of tools for distinction suitable to gifted student in science should be progressed.

The purpose of this study is find out the correlation of level of knowledge of pre-service elementary teacher with space perception ability on 'Earth and Space' of elementary science. During the second semester of 2013, for 15 weeks, the classes were conducted for 3 hours per week and we find out knowledge Understanding degree and select terms offered by 5th grade science courses 'The solar system and the stars', 'Earth and Moon', 'change of seasons' section and measured space perception ability degree of pre-service elementary school teacher with a questionnaire. We analyzed the correlation of understanding level of knowledge in the field of astronomy of pre-service elementary school teacher with space perception ability. The results of the study are presented as follows. First, pre-service elementary school teacher showed a low level of knowledge understanding as it goes the upper grades about upper concept in 'The solar system and the stars', 'Earth and Moon', 'change of seasons' section' of astronomy area of elementary science 'Earth and space sector'. The pre-service elementary school teachers needs to acquire knowledge of astronomy area in elementary school curriculum. Second, pre-service elementary school teacher showed that there are differences individually in 'finding solid body' of sub-element of space perception ability. This shows that 'finding solid body' factor is associated with space perception ability. Third, in the section of 'The earth and the Universe' for elementary education, 'Reflection' and 'Finding solid body' which are low-level components of space perception ability were verified that have a corelationship with general grades in the astronomy conception test.

Oxygen is an essential element for human beings' physical and mental activities, and in particular, plays an important role in brain functions. The present study attempted to investigate the effects of supply of highly concentrated (30%) oxygen on human ability of visuospatial cognition, compared to air of normal oxygen concentration (21%). This study sampled eight male university students (the average age: 23.5) as subjects. An equipment that supplies 21% and 30% oxygen at a constant rate of 8L/min was developed. Two types of questionnaire containing 20 questions were developed to measure the ability of visuospatial cognition, and accuracy and reaction time were calculated from the result of task performance. The average accuracy was $50.63{\pm}8.63$ [%] and $62.50{\pm}9.64$[%] for 21%and 30% oxygen respectively, and a statistically significant difference was found in the accuracy between the two types of oxygen. The average reaction time was $6.60{\pm}O.77$ [sec] and $7.23{\pm}0.69$ [sec] for 21%and 30% oxygen respectively, and a statistically significant difference was not found in the reaction time. The results showed that there is no difference in the average reaction time but the average accuracy rises with the supply of highly concentrated (30%) oxygen, indicating that the supply of highly concentrated oxygen has a partially positive effect on the ability of visuospatial cognition.
This study is focused on subjective images that are produced before visualization in the digital information environment and on characteristics of objective, dynamic image expression that specifies the subjective images. In this study, the visual world that works in the action of "see"is expanded into vision of eyes, vision of brain, and vision of camera. Also we have redefined the definitions of image and its materialized image, yeongsang. It is defined that image contains a strong meaning of consciousness and mind, and that yeongsang involves vision in which constantly changing information of light is created and reproduced by physical processes. We made it clear that image expression in the 21 st century is becoming more generalized, simplified, and concentrated, by the digital technology, from existing specific non-real images to "informationalized" non-real images. This means that there exists an intrinsic difference in the expressional form of the modern analog environment and that of the recent digital environment in the area of yeongsang communication. Along with development of technology, image information raises plastic reality through indirect experience in the virtual space by expanding the sensual faculty of human. However, there also is a tendency for humans to rely more on technology instead of utilizing their creative faculty. Image expression by“the digital information environment” in the 21st century will pursue two sides; one is to shift from external expression of the human body in the cyber space to internal expression, and the other is to internalize the image world and make it connected worldwide. Further research is necessary in these fields.ary in these fields.
As the consumer market for odor products grows, companies producing healthcare products are beginning to pay more attention to the emotional aspect of an odor product in order to differentiate their products from competitors. In the following research, the affective effect of odor product was investigated while focusing on relaxation and working contexts using orange and pine scents, since these are typical odors in current domestic market. Two empirical studies were carried out. First, in experiment I, 18 subjects, all of whom were university students, spent 20 minutes sitting comfortably on a sofa while electrocardiogram assessments were made. After a five-minute break, in experiment II, the same subjects were provided with both arithmetic and geometric questions and their electroencephalogram readings was recorded from eight channels. All subjects participated in three sessions - no odor, an orange scent, and then a pine scent - with a minimum time interval of 24 hours. The results show that in the context of a pine scent, both the activation ratio of subjects' parasympathetic system and those of the Sensory Motor Rhythm waves and Mid Beta waves were at the highest peak. Therefore, the pine scent helped the subjects to feel more comfortable and more focused at the same time. In other words, it gave them a state of meditated attention. In addition, it was found that the right brain was activated twice the intensity when the subjects worked through the geometric questions, whereas both sides of the brain were activated in equal magnitude during the process of arithmetic tasks. This replicates previous studies of the functional aspect of the right brain - being responsible for spatial and creative thinking.
The study, based on existing studies, explored influencing relationship, suggesting app service quality and user reviews as previous elements to affect use satisfaction about users' comments based on big data and reuse intention. The study includes a comparative analysis of existing studies. Based on such analysis results, the authors looked into app service quality elements perceived by gourmet restaurant app users and the role of user reviews, and suggested practical implications that can help the development and operation of gourmet restaurant app contents. The study subjects were male and female consumers who over 20 years old throughout Korea who had not a searched smartphone gourmet restaurant app in the three months preceding the survey. The subjects were selected from consumers who search the restaurantsby using restaurant apps like Mango plate, Dining code, Hot place, and selecting restaurants. Among them, consumers with experience using restaurants were finally selected for the survey. According to the results, reliability, informativity, and system capability, among service quality, had positive influences on app use satisfaction, while design and mobility had no effect. App use satisfaction had positive influences on app reuse intention. User comment informativity played a controlling role. The study explored the importance of app service quality and user review informativity as elements that affect continued use of gourmet restaurant apps by dining-out consumers.
