  • 현재 우리나라에서는 이미 오래 전에 만들어진 도로교통사고 자료양식을 수정 없이 사용해오고 있으며, 이 교통사고 자료에 대한 정확한 분석과 세심한 통계 분석 체계가 구축되지 않고 있는 상황이다. 이를 위해 교통사고 발생과 관련된 교통사고처리 체계의 개선이 필요하다. 개성 방안으로 사고 현황 조사서인 104호 서식의 자료 항목을 공간적 관계나 자료간의 상관관계에 따라 연계하여 정보화하여 관리 및 분석 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하여 교통사고 자료를 지형공간정보체계 (GSIS, Geo-Spatial Information System)기반으로 구축하여 기존에 텍스트 형태의 자료 수집이 아닌 PDA를 이용하여 수신 받은 후 임시 저장된 자료를 사고 자료 양식에 맞게 입력 및 저장, 출력할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한, 교통안전정책 및 각종 사업에 필요한 자료로 이용되는 통계 자료를 교통사고 자료를 토대로 교통사고 발생원인 및 특징에 관하여 점, 선, 면의 공간 분석 기법을 적용한 분석 시스템 개발되어 그 활용성이 기대된다.

Spatiotemporal Analysis of Ship Floating Object Accidents (선박 부유물 감김사고의 시·공간적 분석)

  • Ship-floating object accidents can lead not only to a delay in ship's operations, but also to large scale casualties. Hence, preventive measures are required to avoid them. This study analyzed the spatiotemporal aspects of such collisions based on the data on ship-floating object accidents in sea areas in the last five years, including the collisions in South Korea's territorial seas and exclusive economic zones. We also provide basic data for related research fields. To understand the distribution of the relative density of accidents involving floating objects, the sea area under analysis was visualized as a grid and a two-dimensional histogram was generated. A multinomial logistic regression model was used to analyze the effect of variables such as time of day and season on the collisions. The spatial analysis revealed that the collision density was highest for the areas extending from Geoje Island to Tongyeong, including Jinhae Bay, and that it was high near Jeongok Port in the West Sea and the northern part of Jeju Island. The temporal analysis revealed that the collisions occurred most frequently during the day (71.4%) and in autumn. Furthermore, the likelihood of collision with floating objects was much higher for professional fishing vessels, leisure vessels, and recreational fishing vessels than for cargo vessels during the day and in autumn. The results of this analysis can be used as primary data for the arrangement of Coast Guard vessels, rigid enforcement of regulations, removal of floating objects, and preparation of countermeasures involving preliminary removal of floating objects to prevent accidents by time and season.

  • 자동차 사고 재구성이란 사고 상황으로부터 가능한 모든 정보를 수집, 분석하여 사고 거동 및 원인을 규명하는 작업을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 사고 재구성에 직접 적용이 가능하도록 개발된 범용성의 정성적 충돌 전문가 시스템의 Prototype을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 충돌 전 물체의 운동 방향과 공간에서의 정보가 주어졌을 때, 충돌로 인한 물체의 순간적인 운동을 정성적으로 예측한다. 분야 모델은 정성적 충돌 이론과 정성적 계산을 제공하는 정성적 수학의 지식 베이스로 구성된다. 충돌로 인한 물체의 운동을 해석하는 데 있어, 충돌 전 물체의 운동 방향과 충돌시의 기하학적 배치사이의 상호 작용을 분석하는 것이 그 핵심을 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 상호 작용을 밝혀 내어 정성적 표현 방식에 의거하여 해석하는 충돌 이론을 소개하였다. 추론 기관을 설계하는데 있어서는 동력학 정보뿐만 아니라 공간 정보를 추론하기 위한 기법이 제시되었다.

Analysing Astronomical Thinking of Elementary, Middle, and High School Students Using Ordered Multiple Choice Items (순위 선다형 문항을 이용한 초·중·고등학생의 천문학적 사고 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the astronomical thinking level of elementary, middle, and high school students using ordered multiple choice items. For this purpose, we constructed a questionnaire comprising three items about spatial thinking and system thinking. This survey was conducted and applied to 1,066 students in the 5th grade, 8th grade, and 11th grade in 12 schools located in Gangwon Province. The collected student response data were analyzed by applying inferential statistics of classical test theory and Rasch model. The results of the analysis were as follows; First, in the level of spatial thinking, students were able to grasp the spatial location and orientation of the celestial body, but were not able to convert the celestial motion of two-dimensional plane into three-dimensional plane, and it was revealed that there is no statistically significant difference in the spatial thinking of students among grade levels. Second, in the level of system thinking, students were able to identify the components and relationship between components of the celestial motion system, but could not identify the patterns of the system, and it was revealed that there was statistically significant difference among the system thinking of students in different grade levels, unlike in spatial thinking. Third, the astronomical thinking expressed in certain context (content) was very similar regardless of grade level, Through this, we could confirm the context-dependency or content-dependency of the astronomical thinking of students. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic data for exploring ways to enhance astronomical thinking level in school science classes.

  • 교통안전 선진국에서는 사고 자료의 수집, 저장, 공유와 관련된 도로교통사고 자료 관리 체계를 합리화하기 위해 부단히 노력하고 있으나, 우리나라에서는 이미 오래 전에 만들어진 도로교통사고 자료양식을 수정 없이 사용해오고 있으며, 정확한 교통사고 발생지점 및 교통사고 분석 자료를 체계적으로 관리하지 못하고 있어 아직 후진성을 면치 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 교통사고 자료를 지형공간정보체계(Geographic Information System : GIS) 기반으로 구축하여 기존에 텍스트 형태의 자료 수집이 아닌 PDA를 이용하여 실시간으로 사고 자료를 표준 양식에 맞게 변환하여 저장 및 사고 정보를 관리할 수 있으며, 공간데이터 특수성과 연계하여 사고원인에 대한 지리적 분석 데이터로 표출하는 통합 관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.

  • 인터넷 사용 인구가 증가하면서 이제 사이버공간은 우리 생활에서 중요한 인프라가 되었다. 최근 인터넷 침해사고의 추세는 주로 금전적인 이익을 얻기 위하여 발생하고 있으며, 그 수법이 갈수록 지능적이고 복합적인 기법들을 사용하여 대응과 분석이 점점 어려워지고 있다. 인터넷 침해사고는 이제 특정 개인, 기업의 문제가 아닌 사회적, 국가적 이슈가 되고 있다. 이처럼 인터넷 등 정보통신의 발달에 따른 생활의 편리함 등 순기능과 함께 해킹 등과 같은 역기능도 피할 수 없는 상황이다. 침해사고에 대한 대응은 특정 계급에 국한되는 것이 아니라 사이버공간을 이용하든 모든 사용자가 대비를 해야한다. 사이버 위협에 지속적으로 대비하고, 침해사고 예방 및 대응 수준과 사용자들의 보안 인식을 높혀 개인, 기업, 국가의 안전을 보장해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 침해사고 사례를 바탕으로 분석해 개인 인터넷 이용자들에게 인터넷 침해사고 예방 및 대응요령을 제공한다.

A GIS Based Technique for Analyzing Traffic Accidents (GIS를 이용한 교통사고의 분석 기법 개발)

  • This article aims at presenting a new framework for traffic accident analysis by proposing a new methodology for the management of the accident data and by establishing the relationship between accidents and roadway characteristics within it For the first issue, authors introduced geographic information system (GIS) into the analysis framework of the accident data since it is believed that analysis based on GIS seems to provide more effective information in reducing accidents. Point-based, line-based, and polygon (grid)-based approaches were set of along with concrete examples. Especially, the location-based scores such as localization, specialization coefficients, and Tress score have been added to identify the intensity of certain accident types within study area or grids. The second issue addressed the equation formulation of accident and fatality numbers with roadway characteristics like number of intersections and road length in a grid with a sense that (1) accidents on roadways are the function of the roadway physical characteristics rather than the socio-economical secondary data (2) the equation can be applied to the any 'suggested' area, not just region or nation, and (3) the accident forecasting model should emphasize the accident location itself more than any other factors. Some equations based on those assumption have been derived along with some future research agenda.

National Police Office which controls a traffic accident does not execute an up-to-date technique. And, it is working yet by the hand, There is to traffic accident analysis and the research regarding the analysis against the research which it follows in geography element and composition element and an accident cause is weak. Consequently, effectively establishment and it enforces a traffic safety policy and from the hazard which it evaluates traffic accident data the system and scientific analysis against a traffic accident occurrence cause and a feature in basic must become accomplished. The research which it sees constructs a traffic accident data in GIS base. It is like that, it uses the PDA where is not the collection of data of text form in existing and at real-time it converts store and an accident data rightly in standard traffic accident data form and it will be able to manage. It was related with a space data peculiarity and the research regarding the system development with the geography analysis data about an accident cause under manifesting it accomplished.

  • Recently, Internet use is increasing in various fields. Especially in the sudden disaster area, the role of Internet of things that can continuously monitor is getting bigger. In this study, the characteristics of the confined space and the environmental hazards are examined, and the Internet of the object which is being commercialized will be reviewed. Accidents in confined spaces are very high compared to other places, and it is very difficult to predict accidents. Recently, various attempts have been made to prevent accidents in confined spaces using the Internet of things. Especially, it detects the various gases that can occur in the closed space using sensors and sends them to the workers in real time, so that the risk can be detected in advance to minimize the risk. In this paper, we propose an effective disaster prevention plan using the Internet of things through the case study of the Internet for the prevention of accidents in a confined space.

Pattern Analysis for Urban Spatial Distribution of Traffic Accidents in Jinju (진주시 교통사고의 도시공간분포패턴 분석)

  • Since traffic accidents account for the highest proportion of the artificial disasters which occur in urban areas along with fire, more scientific an analysis on the causes of traffic accidents and various prevention measures against traffic accidents are needed. In this study, the research selected Jinju-si, which belongs to local small and medium-sized cities as a research target to analyze the characteristics of temporal and spacial distribution of traffic accidents by associating the data of traffic accidents, occurred in 2013 with the causes of traffic accidents and location information that includes occurrence time and seasonal features. It subsequently examines the spatial correlation between traffic accidents and the characteristics of urban space development according to the plans of land using. As a result, the characteristics of accident distribution according to the types of accidents reveal that side right-angle collisions (car versus car) and pedestrian-crossing accident (car versus man) showed the highest clustering in the density analysis and average nearest neighbor analysis. In particular, traffic accidents occurred the most on roads which connect urban central commercial areas, high-density residential areas, and industrial areas. In addition, human damage in damage conditions, clear day in weather condition, dry condition in the road condition, and three-way intersection in the road way showed the highest clustering.
