1980년대 우리나라의 가장 대표적인 가구의 형태는 핵가족의 형태였으나 2010년을 기점으로 1,2인 가구가 핵가족의 비중을 넘어서 우리나라는 소형가구(Small-Households) 시대를 맞이하였다. 현재까지 확장적 개발 중심의 도시 개발로 인해 계속적으로 증가한 주거비용은 소형가구들의 주거생활에 어려움을 겪게 하는 요소로 작용 하고 있다. 따라서 앞으로 도시에서의 소형가구들을 위한 주거 공간이 나아가야 할 방향성을 제안한다. 본 연구는 국내, 외 선행 연구 사례와 지속 가능한 도시에 대한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 지속 가능성의 3요소를 소형가구의 라이프 스타일 그리고 주거 공간과 연관 지어 공간 디자인 방안을 모색한다.

Due to the information technology improvement and the changing life style, a home is getting a new role of workspace besides the main function as rest area for the family members. Therefore, a demand for the home workstation furniture is increasing nowadays. In this study, three types of workstation furniture id designed, that makes possible the effective works and reflects the characteristics of the house. 1. Panel-based system furniture : main concept is flexibility and expandability, and various units can be composed as desired. 2. Cabinet-type workstation : all functions needed for the home office work is concentrated in a piece of furniture. 3. Movable multi-purpose furniture : small-sized, mobile furniture that functions as a simple workstation or a side station. Home office has a great possibility as a work place for the future, and there is a continuous need for the furniture design with diverse form and function.

Furniture world which is closely associated with human life had been constantly developed, but traditional furniture disappeared after modernization almost. The reason lies rather in the importance of the diversity of Western-style furniture pursuing convenience and shapes, than in change of life style meanwhile. The diversity however reached the limit and it made a new advanced role of not only furniture, also design sector in general necessary, and as solution to solve this problem the immaterial value based on Eastern philosophy/mental was suggested in architecture and all around design sector overall as well. It means that the immaterial point which traditional furniture involved should be focused now and furthermore it's emotional and mental value which is more natural and has close relation with human being accordingly could be judged rightly. The reason why traditional furniture had been used since long time is the immaterial tendency which is well harmonized with the surrounding environment rather than the function. To verify this, the present study aimed to analyze not only the basic, also additional function of traditional furniture used in Hanok (traditional Koran-style house) by the inductive method for investigating the additional effects which users felt. Such immaterial role offers the user more convenience besides the original function of furniture and this made it available that furniture dominates the space. As good examples of such roles it was investigated that traditional furniture played meaningful roles like extensional serviceability, variable space, formation & movement of space, expression of grade of rank. That allowed that this study suggested the sustainable design and also the direction of development of interactive function of furniture through the expected effect having been showed in the modern space where the immaterial role of traditional furniture was applied to and the related cases.

셀프 인테리어와 '온라인 집들이' 열풍은 DIY 문화의 확산, 1인 가구의 증가, SNS를 통한 이미지 공유의 증가 등 다양한 문화 현상의 교차 지점에 위치한다. 본 연구는 대표적인 인테리어 정보 공유 및 커머스 플랫폼인 '오늘의 집'에 게시된 온라인 집들이의 구체적 예시를 통해 청년 1인 가구의 셀프 인테리어에 대해 고찰하였다. 경제적, 공간적, 주거 방식의 제약은 이들의 셀프 인테리어 스타일을 형성하는 데 영향을 미쳤다. 낮고, 단순하며, 가벼운 가구, 작고 저렴한 소품 및 장식들은 '내추럴' 혹은 '모던' 이라고 불리는 스타일로 포장되었다.

This study was carried out for the Centum Shinsegae Department Store, to grasp the indoor rest space and furniture design status, this study analyzes the characteristics of visitors' use behavior centered on furniture. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for commercial rest space design by understanding the characteristics of resting space in commercial space and whether the furniture can support the behavior of visitors. The research method is to carry out on-site inspection, including the location of the rest space on each floor, the type and design characteristics of the furniture design, and the characteristics and patterns of the users on each were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of analyzing the rest space and furniture, the furniture is brown, it has been provided with various designs such as fan-shaped, arched bench, sofa, chair type, and comfortable colors of lightness ranging from light gray to black, and appropriately supported the most common usage patterns.However, in the case of Shinsegae Department Store, it is necessary to consider the safety and convenience of the vulnerable groups.

Korea's housing structure is predicted that one-person housing will be the most common type of housing in Korea. Therefore, this study intends to derive contents for designing a one-person housing space considering the life of a rapidly increasing one-person householder. For this purpose, this study objectively derives the social, economic and cultural influencing factors of one-person households through big data analysis, and analyzed the correlation between contents using social network analysis methodology. In this paper, 60 core contents related to one person housing space were derived by applying big data analysis methodology. And through social network analysis, the most influential contents were derived from the space editing and space composition categories. This means that the residential space is an important part of the design idea that can flexibly respond to changes in the user's life. Based on this study, future research will focus on the concept and design methodology of one-person housing space.

우리나라 1인 가구는 대부분 다인가구로의 전환 이전에 잠시 거치는 거주형태로 인식되어 불안정한 상황이다. 그러나 오늘날 만혼, 비혼 등 결혼에 대한 인식 변화와 고령화 등의 영향으로 가족의 형태가 변화하고 있으며 이에 따라 거주형태도 다인가족 중심에서 1인 또는 2인 등 소단위로 분화되면서 다양해지고 있다. 하지만 다인 가구에 중심으로 형성된 기존의 주거시장에서는 이러한 급속도의 변화를 수용할 수 없어 여전히 소형 주거는 많은 불편함을 감수해야만 하는 열악한 실정이다. 본 연구는 현 사회현상에 주목하고 1인 가구를 위한 주거 계획 시 실내환경 측면에서 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 1인가구의 생활유형과 실내공간에서의 요구 사항들을 파악하기 위한 설문을 구성하였으며 실제 1인가구를 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 결과, 현재 1인가구들이 거주하는 소형주거에서는 식사공간, 수납공간 등이 미비하여 공간 만족도가 매우 낮게 나타나는 등 무계획적 원룸형태 공급으로 인한 문제점을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 단순히 숙식을 위한 물리적 공간 공급이 아니라 다양한 라이프스타일을 반영한 계획적 평면개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 공간이라는 하드웨어와 1인 주거 간의 커뮤니티 활성화, 고령사회를 반영하여 다양한 연령대 1인 주거를 위한 사회화 프로그램 개발 등 소프트웨어 적 고려도 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 물리적, 심리적 전환기에 있는 우리나라 주택시장의 새로운 요구에 대응할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되어지길 기대한다.

In this paper, we proposed a new algorithm for determination of many-to-many corresponding pairs between block-polygon sets from the national topographical map and the cadastral map in Korea Land Information System, caused by different abstraction and generalization rules of the two maps. Our proposed algorithm starts from an assumption that a block-polygon for a N:M pair should significantly overlap at least one block polygon of the counterpart group, and determines N:M pairs using an iterative updating and searching with this overlapping analysis. This iteration process is terminated when the N:M corresponding pairs satisfy our predefined 1:1 corresponding condition.

현대사회의 1인 가구는 전 연령대에서 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 앞으로도 꾸준히 늘어날 전망이다. 4차 산업혁명의 도래와 빠르게 확산되고 있는 스마트홈서비스를 1인 가구가 효과적으로 제공받기 적합한 공간디자인이 필요하다. 본 연구는 1인 가구의 현황 조사와 1인 가구 라이프스타일 분석과 원룸형 주택의 구조 및 유형 분석, 국내 스마트홈서비스 선호도 조사로 진행되었다. 이를 통해 1인 가구의 라이프스타일을 반영하여 스마트홈서비스가 적용될 수 있는 공간디자인 방향을 계획하였다.

Single-person households recently have been rapidly increasing and one reason may be the increment in elderly single-person. Since the change of living patterns is relevant to the government policy direction, it is important to understand how single-person households are clustered and which factors have influence on them. In this study, we tried to detect spatial clusters of single-person households and low-income elderly single-person households after adjusting for deprivation index. A recently developed fused lasso for Poisson data was used for data analysis and we provided the details on how to use it in R. From these analysis results, we observed the effect of socioeconomic level on the clusters and explained the reason why spatial clusters are shown after adjusting for deprivation index.
