In this study, in order to practice the social inclusion of libraries, the related policies currently announced in the 3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan were examined, and the current status of tasks promoted by central administrative agencies and metropolitan and provincial libraries was examined based on these policies. As a result, first, in terms of active information welfare realization, various programs and services are being implemented to bridge the knowledge and information gap, but it seems that the scope of the target should be expanded in the future, cooperation with related organizations, and infrastructure improvement. Second, in terms of expanding the openness of the space, the expansion of the open space as an open space and the application of universal design are being performed. In the future, it seems that the scope of universal design application should be expanded in consideration of budget investment for continuous space reconstruction and diversity of users. Third, in terms of linking services across boundaries, services and programs are provided to infants and toddlers, children, women, the elderly, the underprivileged, job seekers, and multicultural families. In the future, it seems that the improvement of the service system for the expansion of inclusive services in libraries should precede, and cooperation between related ministries should be made to provide differentiated services. Finally, it is expected that future policy-making tasks for social inclusion should be considered not only for books, programs, and spaces, but also for librarians' education, establishment of cooperative networks with related organizations, and marketing for services and programs.

인터넷을 통한 교육이 활발해지면서 강좌의 진행을 보다 효과적으로 관리하고 운영할 수 있는 시스템에 대한 요구가 증가하게 되었다. 특히, 실험 및 공동과제 수업과 같은 강좌의 경우 사용자들 사이의 상호 의견 교환 및 자료의 공유를 용이하게 지원해주는 협업 기능이 제공되는 것이 바랑직하다. 본 논문에서는 학습자와 학습자. 교육자와 교육자. 그리고 교육자와 학습자 간의 다양한 의사교환 방법과 협업 기능을 제공하는 협업지원 강좌 관리시스템을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 설계된 시스템은 웹상의 가상공간인 개인작업공간, 팀작업공간, 그리고 학습작업공간을 이용하여 강좌 진행 관리 및 중간 결과물에 대한 관리를 효과적으로 지원하고자 한다.

IoT 연구과제와 관련하여 향후 비즈니스에서 가장 중요한 근거가 되는 IoT 플랫폼을 스마트홈, 자동차 등에서 기업과 제품개발 동향을 살펴 보았다. IoT 플랫폼은 크게 가정을 중심으로 하는 스마트 홈, 이동 공간을 넘어 새로운 생활 공간으로 확장이 가능한 자동차 공간, 제품의 제조, 배송 등이 모두 이루어지는 스마트 팩토리 등으로 나누어질 수 있다. 이중 스마트 홈과 관련해서는 가정 내의 가전기기의 융합과 통합의 중심이 되는 역할을 어떤 기기, 어떤 방식의 인터페이스가 주도권을 잡아 갈지는 관련 기업들에게는 사활을 건 승부처가 된다. 그런 면에서 금번 전시회에서 아마존의 알렉사는 매우 중요한 음성인식 기반의 인터페이스로 부각되었다. 특히 향후 가정의 중심 기기가 무엇이든지 그 기기를 통합하는 인터페이스로 다양한 제휴 제품을 아마존이 아닌 다른 업체들로 하여금 소개할 수 있게 함으로써 향후 매우 중요한 위치를 잡았다고 볼 수 있다. 자율주행차는 아직까지 플랫폼으로 연결할 만큼 주도적인 사물인터넷 인터페이스는 선보이지 않았지만, 역시 알렉사 등이 포드, 현대, 도요다 등을 통해 채택된 것을 볼 수 있었고, 그 밖에 헬쓰케어와 연계한 차별화를 통해 꽤하는 것들도 볼 수 있었다. 다만 자율주행차가 새로운 생활 공간으로 자리잡기까지는 자율주행차의 상용화가 이루어질2020년 이후까지는 기다려야 할 것으로 보인다.

GIS 시스템 구축사업이 진행됨에 따라 편리성을 위한 연구와 함께, 최근에는 전산망 및 인터넷의 보안문제가 대두됨에 따라, GIS 시스템에서도 보안에 대한 관심을 갖게 되었다. 크게 GIS 시스템에서의 보안과 관련된 문제는 지금까지 전문가들을 위한 정보유통에서 최근 일반인들에 대한 정보유통으로 발생되는 유통정보에 대한 보안문제와 GIS 유통노드, 지리공간 데이터 서버에 대한 보안문제로 구별할 수 있다. 유통상의 정보에 대한 보안문제는 전송되는 유통정보에 대한 도청을 방지하기 위한 암호화 기술이 요구되며, 또한 전송도중 불법사용자에 의한 변조 혹은 삭제 등의 위협으로부터 유통정보에 대한 무결성을 입증하기 위한 인증기술이 요구된다. 이와 같이 암호 및 인증기술과 함께, 인터넷과 전산망의 급속한 보급에 따른 GIS 유통노드, 지리공간 데이터 서버에 대한 불법적인 접속 및 무단 변조에 대한 전산망 접속제어 기술도 요구된다. 결과적으로 GIS 시스템이 정상적으로 운용되기 위해서는 이러한 제반 문제 해결을 위한 방안이 제시되어야 하며, 이는 각종 범죄를 방지하고 건전한 정보화 사회를 구축하기 위한 선결과제이다 따라서 본 고에서는 이러한 제반문제 해결을 위한 방안을 제시한다.

네트워크를 통해 현실 세계와 같은 몰입감을 느낄 수 있는 가상공간을 구현하기 위해서는 분산 환경 지원, 동일한 가상 공간 공유, 사용자 QoS 지원 등 선결해야 할 과제가 많다. 본 논문에서는 아바타의 위치와 영향 범위에 따라 계층적인 사용자 QoS를 지원하는 가상 댄싱 공간 시스템을 제안하였다. 즉 Visual QoS와 Oral QoS의 단계에 따라 서버에서 클라이언트에게 전송되는 데이터를 조절함으로써 적응적, 계층적인 QoS를 지원하게 하였다.

다중 지역으로 구성된 이동 에이전트 컴퓨팅 환경에서 결함 포용을 위한 대표적인 기법인 공간 기반 복제 기법(SRBA :Spatial-Replication-Based approach)은 이동 에이전트가 수행 중 중간 연산에 대한 빠른 결과 산출이라는 장점을 가지는 대중화된 결함 포용기법이다. 그러나 공간 기반 복제 기법을 실제 이동 에이전트 기반 컴퓨팅 환경에 적용하는데 있어서 해결되어야 하는 중요한 선결 과제 중의 하나는 단계별로 복제된 이동 에이전트들에 대한 추가 위치 관리비용을 감소시키는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 공간 기반 복제 기법에서 발생하는 불필요한 위치 관리 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 이동에이전트를 위한 새로운 일치 관리 기법인 SRLM(Spatial Replication Location Management) 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 SRLM 프로토콜은 단계군 구성시 복제된 이동 에이전트를 위한 등록 비용 및 대표 작업자에게 메시지 전달을 보강하며 메시지 전달 비용을 감소시킨다. 또한, 제안된 프로토콜은 단계 군내에서의 대표 작업자의 결함 발생시 새로운 대표 작업자의의 선출로 인한 위치 관리 문제를 해결한다.

u-City is a new concept and phenomena of applying Information & Communications Technology(ICT) into real cities in Korea. In order to effectively integrate a city with high-tech ICT infrastructure, cutting-edge ICT is being integrated into physical urban environments from the planning and construction stage of a city. There are positive expectations regarding its effect on urban planning and citizens' lives. However, construction of u-city has technical limitations as well as institutional obstacles. This paper aims at identifying problems of current u-city practices and suggesting appropriate solutions for those problems. To do so, it first collects opinions from diverse experts. Then, it draws problems and suggests solutions in terms of u-infrastructure, u-service, policy and implementation process.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the effects of physical manipulative and exploratory geometry software on the spatial sense for 5^th grade elementary school students in learning nets. For this purpose, ton experimental group used Geofix, an operational learning tool, and the experimental group used Cabri 3D, an exploratory geometry software to learn the nets of solids. The comparison group was learned by worksheet only without any manipulative or software. Spatial sense tests were conducted before and after to determine the level, and eye tracking were used to analyze the strategies of students in solving nets problems. As a result, it was confirmed that the using Geofix group was the most effective for the spatial sense, and Cabri 3D could also be a good tool for learning the nets of solids. In addition, after learning the nets of solids, the analytical strategy, which was the most effective strategy for students' solving strategies, increased. In the process of solving spatial tasks such as the spatial sense tasks, eye tracking technology become a very useful tool for exploring students' strategies, so it is expected that objective and useful data will be collected through more active use in the future.

세기의 전환기에서 우리 라라 지리학의 역할과 위상은 새로운 국면을 맞이하고 있다. 지식정보사회의 도래와 함께 공간에 대한 개념과 인식이 바뀌고 있으며, 교육환경도 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 대학을 포함한 교육현장에서 교육소비자들의 다양한 욕구에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 발전적 대안이 모색되고 있는 현실을 감안할 때 지리학의 학문적, 실용적 경쟁력 확보와 대중화를 위한 노력이 절실히 요구되고 있다. (중략)
